   Not User Friendly. Had issues creating the account, getting customer support, and just getting started. I wish I wouldve just done the USB option like my first pregnancy.

   Can’t create an account. I want to view the ultrasound by the clinic but the app will not let me create an account.

   Can’t Login or Access Ultrasounds. Tried logging on for the first time since the switch to Bomee, my information was not loading and my ultrasounds pictures and videos are gone. I cannot even submit a support request. I deleted the app to see if it would fix the issue, and now I cannot even log in to my account! Please help me fix this so I can save my pics/videos!! :(

   Glitchy and Invasive. The ultrasound boutique I used, required this app be used to access your session photos (something I did not know until after the fact). I immediately had issues downloading my photos, which had the Bomee watermark all over them. After attempts to delete and then re-download the app, I was locked out of my account. I had to wait a full business day for any response from support, which told me to delete the app and re-download. The ultrasound boutique also said they were having issues with the app as well and ended up sending me my photos another route. It then took weeks to get Bomee to delete my information. They are incredibly invasive with the access they want to your phone. I would pass on downloading this app.

   Can’t sign in. I signed in yesterday with my Google account to view my ultrasound photos, and today when trying to log in it won’t let me! I go through all the steps to log in with my Google account, and after going through that the app doesn’t load any further. No error message, no logging in, no viewing my precious photos :(

   Pitiful. my unborn child could make an app better than this one. nothing works. that's the review. if your Ultrasound Tech is going to use this app, tell them to go to he-ll on a scholarship.

   Angry. I am angry beyond belief. I wanted a 3d scan of my baby. This was paid for. This app was utilized by the tech. And this app is DISGUSTINGLY INVASIVE. You are NOT allowed to get access to the photos and videos you already paid for until you agree to their HORRIBLE privacy agreement. Which states by using their app you give them FULL RIGHTS to your baby’s ultrasound and images. They can use it ANY WAY THEY WISH. They also demand your baby’s name, birthdate, and a verified email to invade your and your baby’s privacy. Apple? For Frakking once in your company’s pointless existence DEAL WITH THIS INVASIVE APP AND DEMAND THE PRIVACY RULES ARE CHANGED. This is a CHINESE app and goodness knows what they are doing with our babies ultrasounds and images. They can seriously go to hell.

    Expiring. I don’t like how my photos and video can just expire. Especially since it’s not “cheap” ! I think that’s very inconsiderate. They emailed me saying that it’s apart of their new contract blah blah blah, but not stating when things will expire. Now I have to figure out how I will download all of my videos and photos, that I PAID for.. I don’t like that.

    Moms BEWARE. Do not use this company they are Korean based and are illegally selling your information to companies who market to pregnant women. You will be bombarded with spam after downloading this app

    Ultrasound Studios. Many ultrasound studios, mine included are being told last minute that we will need to charge our patients/clients $10 up front to continue services after being promised these services would remain free for us and they would find other ways to monetize. We are being given less than a weeks noticed to either comply with these outrageous charges or to find a new service. The majority of us will be finding new services. This company is shady and dishonest. Don’t do business with them.

    All Ultrasounds Gone. I logged onto the app immediately after my ultrasound today and looked through all the pictures. About an hour later, all ultrasounds throughout the pregnancy have disappeared. When I tried to submit a help request, the app just froze. I deleted the app and tried to redownload and now I can’t log in. There is nowhere to submit a help request outside of the app. I am sincerely hoping that all my data is not lost as I haven’t had the chance to download it to my phone.

    Won’t keep past ultrasound, and no noise, so you won’t be able to hear the heartbeat. I deleted the app by accident and when I logged back in, the ultrasounds are no longer there. Really disappointed.

    The region problem.. I have the same problem as below. I am in South Korea and changed to the region to Korea on the store app but it hasn’t fixed at all.

    English version doesn’t work. I want to see the sonogram but the English version does not play it. The icon shows loading but then doesn’t play the video. I am in Korea and I tried downloading the Korean version but a pop up message says I can’t in my region. Please fix this bug.

    Not worth the time to install and set up. I’ve had this for about a month. It was really nice being able to see my baby’s ultrasound at first, but then they stopped playing. I have tried to verify my email address. Nothing. I want to see what it says for my pregnancy’s development. It loads forever and shows nothing. I have compared my (English) app to my husband’s (in Korean, we are in Korea), and the difference is huge. His version has all kinds of articles and resources for getting ready for our baby. Mine has a picture of a fruit. I understand the limitations of having an app in multiple languages, but I can’t even change my version to match his. Also worth noting: I can’t add him to my family on the app, and he can’t add me to his on his. Basically, it’s not worth setting up an account and trying to use this app in English.

    Daily problems. For about 4 months, I’ve been having daily problems with viewing ultrasounds and photos that I’ve purchased through the app. The app auto updates, so that’s not the problem. Seems there are consistent bugs and problems with this app. Reaching out to support hasn’t been helpful. This sucks because my provider only uses this for ultrasound. Hopefully they’ll find an alternative.

    Trouble with ultrasounds. I loved this app when I was pregnant. And up until few months ago I would log into to see the videos & pictures of my little one. I did not receive a notification about any updates requiring a subscription to keep my ultrasounds on the app. And now I the app won’t load nor show my ultrasounds. I am devastated. Someone please help! Update: I was able to get in contact with support and they were swift with responding and resolving the issue. I was able to access my ultrasounds once more!
