   Fax capabilities are not working.. I contact Customer Service about it. They take their time to get back to me about it and it’s never with a solution. This is the second or third time I’ve had trouble with my ability to fax. In the process of fixing it, I have lost the files I had store on my phone. I’ve had to reach out to them before and then it just started working again on his own. Now it’s been a long time and I still haven’t heard back or received a resolution about this problem. Now I just want my money back because I pay an annual amount and I haven’t been able to use it for the full year. I want my money back for that also. I want my money back for the stored 128 pages worth of faxing ability in advance, and I want my money back for that too.

   What trial. This is an excellent app. The problem with it is that- and the reason you should not even try its 3-day “free” trial - is they charge you for a year of service automatically on your Apple Card. The app owners did this to me as I was looking for information that would let me buy a week of service or cancel the app.

   My Scans. Can’t get my pdf to scan actual size. No help line to call. Frustrating!!!!!!!!! No help line! Very frustrating. When I send my scan to email and it doesn’t receive it, I would like to get an answer why?

    SCAMMERS!. It said 3 day free trial, I deleted the app right away from my subscriptions and still charged me 37 dollars and they are not refunding my money. I want my money back immediately

    Gotcha. Makes you go through the entire process of taking the pictures and editing before you get to the final step only to be asked to purchase a subscription in order to do anything with a scan. I would have gladly paid for the service, but do not have made it clear that this was a paid subscription, until the very end is underhanded and devious. Just have people purchase the app outright and don’t play games.

    Used to be a great app. Now it freezes in the middle of scanning 50 pages and then I have to re-do it. My boss is starting to think I don’t know what I’m doing.

    Used to be great…..new update is broken. Used to be the most useful app I had. With new update, it won’t scan a new document. Thanks for making it useless. I’ll have to find another platform.

    Keeps crashing. I use this app to keep all my documents. I use a lot of PDF patterns of all kinds. It had been working great until this last update. Now I can not do anything on this app for longer than 30 seconds before it crashes.

    There is no "Free Trial". The 3-day free trial is false advertising-- they WILL charge you right then for the full year $36.99 subscription. When you try to cancel before the 3 days, the App Store just cancels the auto-renewal for next year, but your money has already been taken for this year. It is such a scam.

    My scans no customer service. My scans has not been working for the past month I would email them for help would not get back to me till 12 hours later in the middle of the night paid for a year subscription will not refund me the rest of the months. The worst customer service you can not speak to anyone
