Forced survey. I can’t stand it when an app that I paid for keeps asking me to review it. Pop-ups are annoying and should not be used in a paid app. If you’re that desperate for reviews, pay for a study group.

Apps issue. I absolutely loved the app for years until it just stopped allowing me to email my scans. Now it’s a waste of time and there is no customer support.

No support. No search for Folders. I'm hoping I can get the developers of TurboScan's attention by giving them a one star review because they give you no way to contact them. Firstly. I use a lot of folders on TurboScan. There is no way to search for a folder. Folders are not listed in alphabetical order. It's all random. Another problem with folders is there's only one way to find a particular folder and that is too swipe left on the horizontal bar at the top of the screen which is tedious when you have many folders. Easy fix: Allow users to search for folders. After finding a folder the logical thing at that point is to allow a user to scan another item into that folder. That doesn't happen with turboscan. When you find a folder in the search function you can only look at items within the folder. You cannot actually enter the folder and add more scanned pages.

Love the app. I love this app but something has happened and now when i send me receipts to my email to send up to my expense platform only the last receipt shows up there.

Every update comes with a glitch.. The app gets worse with every update. After the most recent update, I cannot rename files before uploading them. The “rename” button simply does not work. Something like this happens literally every time.

Why update?!?!?. I have used this app since 2012. The latest update has become like Windows, just added a whole lot of junk that nobody wants or cares about. You had a great app that did what it said on the box, simple and efficient.

Email not working. I was happy with the apps all the time. However, the email functin inside the apps is not working anymore after update. I can only use the "save to icloud drive" function. Not good anymore.

Working fine, then DOA. Been using turbo scan for years. Worked flawless then one day wasn’t able to send documents as pdf files anymore after they were scanned. Normally I would hit send for the scanned pdf and then within seconds I would receive an email showing that I received it. Now I may or may not receive the email after a hour or two. Not sure what has changed?

Functionality. If you need to select more than one photo at a time to be put into a file goodluck. Ever job I sell has photos and i have to sit there and select one by one uploading doing the same thing over and over. Should be able to select more than one

Auto edge detection. Love the app but how do I turn off auto edge detection? It won’t quit automatically cropping my image incorrectly… I will change to 5 stars if someone can help me

Use it every day. Great app works every time I have scanned and emailed 1000’s of documents since I originally purchased the app 8-10 years ago. The issue I have the price for the app has quadrupled and there there is an annual subscription fee since I originally purchased the app.

Sometimes it’s very slow in delivery for “ send as a pdf”. Sometimes it’s slow in email delivery as pdf.

Great scanner. Just confirming I like it better every day.. Asked other reviews have stated this scanner works great. I have used it to scan in 24" x 36" blueprints, and they were totally usable for construction. I especially like that each scan can be labeled and also filed within the app. I use this all the time for my insurance documents, car license and smog test, and various sign-up sheets.
