   you have to pay to use the app. downloaded this app because I thought it would be free to convert to PDFs. You have to pay $10 in order to do that ir really anything in the app. really disappointed

   Text is blurry and unreadable. I was using this in a pinch for some school physical forms. The capture and text recognition and conversion to pdf resulted in a blurry unreadable document. Have the 17Pro and ended up just taking a pic and submitting that which was crystal clear.

   Glitches. I started scanning at 9:30am I had 38 pages to scan and I had to scan then save it one by one. If i didn’t the app would close out randomly and everything I had previously scanned would be gone from the folder I had it in. Then the same would happen when editing the scans. I just finished editing and scanning its 1:30pm 0/10

    Shuffles Pages - don’t recommend. No matter what I do, it shuffles around the pages I upload and locks a few of them in place. Dont recommend.

    Can’t end service, company website invalid. Happy to give higher stars because the scanner itself was useful. We had only signed up for a week. I’ve been trying to stop the service and stop the payment and have contacted Apple support to get help. This company does not have a valid website on the App Store, when you click app support, it goes to a dead page, and searching the company results in another dead page. This company continues to try to withdraw money from my Apple account and I have to keep blocking them manually because they won’t stop the service nor stop the unauthorized charges. If the developer can reach me, I’d be happy to change my review because the product was adequate, but this is not OK.

    Despicable. $10/week for any document scanner app - let alone this buggy piece of trash - is incomprehensible. Its apparent that all revenues generated from this app are from users who are either unaware of the ludicrous price point or forget to to unsubscribe. This business model is downright Machiavellian and should punishable by law.
