   You must enter the app to use it. When I share photos they go no where. I must go into the app and pull photos from there. Waste of time really.

   Constant interruptions. You constantly interrupts my work with asking me to rate them. Also, it constantly find that it glitches and I have to close out of the app and restart it to resend something to DropBox. It is about every five times I have to do that.

    Worst app. I usually don’t have issues figuring out how to use an app but this one just sucks! I was trying to print a 5 page doc and all the app would do is “prepare it for pdf print”. I tapped print and nothing. It also doesn’t allow you to delete your “account”. I signed up, unwillingly, for a 7 day trial and I want to delete all of it. I don’t want my Apple account charged for anything but I can’t find where to cancel the free trial - I don’t want to be bothered with canceling it a week from now - as well as cancel anything associated with my information.

    Lost everything. Do not see a way to recoup any of the scans I had on my previous phone, there is no login for Scan Hero that I can see

    Deleting. Used to be able to capture a single page and email it to myself without a subscription but now this app requires a paid plan for that. Removing this worthless app.

    scammers. charged my family with weekly subscription 7.99 when a month or yearly subscription is not much more than that. When apps uninstall themselves from your phone it does not update you. Why resort to predatory practices on consumers? Because they are scammers.

    Costs $100 to not use it for a few months. I stopped using it after the free trial and had plans to use it in the future, I only just realized it has been charging me $8 a WEEK. A WEEK. Ridiculous price! Not using it for a few months costs me nearly $100. It also had trouble scanning ANY document that is stapled; if the corner is folded when you’re on literally any other page than the front page, good luck getting a good scan. Waste of money. Thanks a lot.

    One star. Used to be great then they did some kind of upgrade where they put the date in the subject line and you can’t tap on your photo and go automatically to scan Hero. There’s also no place from the app to get in touch with Support.

    Crazy price increase-shop elsewhere. I have paid my yearly prescription for years at $40/year and all of a sudden the price is taking a huge leap to $90/year with no added features. No thanks there are many cheaper options that function the exact same.

    Scan hero app. Just received a notice in my email that the price will change from $39.99 to $89.99 a month. executives at this company must be on drugs if they believe they can just raise the price to more than double and expect people to still continue to stay and use their product. there are many other choices at much better prices.

    What just happened…. Is very sad. I have had the pleasure to use this app for some time and today it just decided to go with Evernote. Limiting complete control and access and usability. I am very sorry for this loss. I hope they reconsider and allow old users to do things easily and directly in their app as it has been. I cannot sign documents I cannot edit and if I even try to go Evernote’s which crashed and had to uninstall before being able to use, when I am signed, I can just read. Please don’t waste my time say this service is not available any longer and I would be more grateful than now that I spent more than an hour on the setting to discover there is no more service for me here.

    Difficult to Use. I am trying to update the default email for the r scanner. Of course the instructions to get to my account says one thing and what I actually see on my screen does not have what the instructions describe. So frustrating!!!!!

    Sharing. Up until recently I could send a pdf to my email to share. Now you are requiring paying for this privilege. I only need to share a document every couple months or so I don’t think paying for it is right. I have no need to pay for this weekly, monthly or yearly. Give us back the ability to share up to five copies without paying please.

    Too expensive. Price just went up to 79.99. Last year it was 19.99. No reason for that! It charged the same day I cancelled and it is non refundable. So they take your money too! Free document scanner on notes tab in iPhone. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!
