   Doesn’t sync anymore. This app is great however, it used to sync to my other devices, but not anymore. I keep getting an error reply to my password while trying to sync from my phone to my iPad. I hope this gets fixed!

   Will not back up to other passable on other item. This app used to work perfect but now when you try to send back up to another device, it asked for encryption password and then when you send to other device, it asks you to enter that encryption password and it always says wrong password

   No longer works in 2026!. I am a lifetime paid member and have been using it for over 8 years. Now in 2026 when I export a file with added info I give the file a password as required to import the file on the device that I am importing/syncing, but when it calls for the password and I enter it, is says incorrect password . I have tried multiple times to contact Passible but they do not respond. Save yourself aggravation and choose a different password. Manager!

   In a log on death loop. I upgraded my phone and I had to sign in again, it did a face scan, inputted the pass code, then a face scan, then inputted the pass code, and on and on until I closed the application. When I tried to sign in later, the same thing, then finally, it locked me out for 5 minutes. I’m thinking this is not for me, the bulk of my passwords are on the keeper app, but they want a subscription, so I thought this was a no cost alternative, wrong, you get what you pay for I guess, and this app is free, I should say, you get what you don’t pay for, and that’s a stable app. And yes, after the 5 minutes, tried to sign in, and it went straight to locking me out with another 5 minutes, ahh, good times :(

   Does not work. Passible was a good password manager. It has stopped working as described and the support system is unresponsive.

   App has gone down hill. This used to be a good app. Now you can no longer import a backup file. All you get is a password error when trying to import it. Have tried to notify customer service several times with no success. They do not respond back at all. It appears they may have abandoned support for this app. I highly suggest you find a different password manager.

   App no longer works. The app no longer allows you to update passwords from one device to another. If you have this app on an iPad and iPhone, you will need to add/delete/edit the passwords separately on each device every time. Find another app that will save you time, rather than create more work for you. Do not recommend.

   Zero Support. Be aware, there is zero technical support available for this product. And trying to use the export/import to share passwords across devices doesn't work.

   App not working anymore. Have used for long time. The app does not work like it used to, as I could email an encrypted update from one device to another and update the other. Now it will not update and only gives password error. Have attempted numerous times and get the same result. Other issue on new phone it will not use face recognition for login. It errors and goes in a loop. Have written to the developer about the errors with no response. Would not advise acquiring the app. Look for another.

    Do your research! Need FAQs. I’m disappointed with Passible because my data appears locked to one device. When I changed devices, my passwords did not transfer, and I can’t find a reliable export/backup option. A password manager must support secure backup/sync and an export function. Please add encrypted sync/backup and CSV/JSON export so users can move their data safely.

    Cannot reach customer service. I purchased the lifetime package December 2018. Today, I cannot sign in until I purchase a new subscription, even offering the same lifetime membership I already purchased. Cannot reach customer service to have them correct the problem. Now my passwords are locked safely in the app where no one, even myself can access them.

    Thieves and Crooks. I bought this app many years ago and it worked fine. Today, they locked my passwords away until I pay them again. It said it was an upgrade, but it wasn’t and there was no choice but pay the thieves. I have them on multiple devices all locked until I pay these crooks again and again.

    Terrible app now. This app was great until it wasn’t. Code you enter doesn’t work and no support because the email they give gets kicked back. There was no way to import what you have saved. Now I’m stuck having to reset passwords on everything. Thanks a lot Passible for not being reliable with your app or tech support.

    They don’t have an option for importing your passwords. I want to give my unbiased and honest review of this app. This will be short but I don’t like this app because they don’t have the option or feature for importing your passwords. I have csv file of my passwords from Microsoft edge, and sent it to my phone, when I saw this app and downloaded and explore I notice that they don’t have an option for importing your passwords. And I want my refund. I recently paid $3.99 monthly for first time, but I want my money back. I’m not very happy with this app.

    Does not work!. It worked great until a few months ago. Now after logging in, it directs back to the login in screen. I cannot sign in to retrieve important passwords. I emailed support and had zero response.

    Lost Everything. Been storing all of my passwords cumulatively for over 10 years with no issues. Suddenly, every single password is gone, email address for support does not work, and cannot seem to get any help anywhere. Word of caution before purchasing this App.

    Do not use this app. This app is so old, last update was 5 years ago. Their privacy policy isn’t available and Apple requires it before they can update the app, hence no update for the last 5 years. Why I wonder. Also, you will not get any support if you are stuck. The developer probably abandoned this app anyway. Mine is stuck on asking to allow pasting from Safari, it’s in a 5 second loop, it won’t go away unless I allow it. I’m going to export everything and use something current.

    Stuck in loop. I’ve had this password manager for years and it was great until 4-6 weeks ago. Now it gets stuck in a loop during sign-in. If I’m persistent, and just keep jabbing a finger at it, I can get in - eventually. This is obviously a nuisance and I’m quite worried that one day I won’t be able to finesse it any more. Please advise.

    Terrible customer service and communication. Accidentally deleted app on iPhone. App is on my iPad, but when I export and try to download to iPhone it says extension not recognize by apple. Written four times and NO RESPONSE. I need it desperately on iPhone. Now I’m bringing iPad with me all the time to find passwords. At least they could allow printing logins. 🤬

    Does not allow to save any passwords without a subscription. When I downloaded the app, it didn’t say that it would only allow to save any passwords after you subscribe. I save exactly 2 passwords in the app, after which I won’t allow me to do anything unless I subscribe and pay. 2 passwords? Really? That is just bait and switch tactic. Shame on you!

    App need to be removed from App Store. App is no longer supported. The devleloper shouldn’t be allowed to charge for the premium version on the App Store. I lost 4 years worth of data after app was unexpectedly removed from my phone and I couldn’t import the info from the cloud. No response from support team.

    Didn’t save my passwords!!. I switched phones recently and restored my new phone from a backup of my old phone. None of my passwords are in the new phone in the app, it is blank. I already sent my old phone back and erased it. I have contacted customer support twice with NO RESPONSE. I can’t find a phone number to reach them. 😤

    Can only download 3 places and password. I can only download 3 links and passwords with the free version, then it starts asking you to upgrade! Not worth the time to download!!!!!! Stars should be zero or negative

    Export/Import Function no longer works. If you export a file and try to import it on another device, you receive a ‘Wrong Password’ error upon entering the password used for the encryption. This makes it impossible to sync the data across multiple devices or back it up, so if anything happens to the Passible file on your device, all your passwords are lost.

    Password management made ridiculously simple!!. [UPDATE]: seems like there is no longer support for this product. Paid for it and now not able to even open it as it locks itself for 5 mins. Not way to contact developer for support. Very simple and powerful tool for daily use.

    This free app isn’t free.... I downloaded this app and was able to put in two. Now I have to pay before it will let me add anymore!
