   I lost all my password. I am using this app for years on Android and iPhone, the last few years I have been using it on iPhone, today 02/05/2026, after storing a new password, the app ask me to do a kind of database update, after enter a new password, I got in a new interface and all my passwords are gone. I got rated this app 5 stars, now I changed it to 1 start to see if I could get help from the developers

   Not syncing. I’ve used this for several years but since it has changed google app folder which use to be google root is no longer syncing with my other 2 that I have even though I’m using same google account and folder for it

   Greed makes loyalty extinct. I started using this app when the logo was blue. It was free, then it changed to a one-time cost for lifetime users. Still great. I purchased lifetime updates. Then came PRO. Purchased it too. Now there’s upgraded PRO which is software-as-a-service to make users pay forever. Where is all the prior versions I paid for? What happened to all my passwords? I opened the old blue and the old red apps to find nothing but samples instead of my data. They didn’t tell anyone. Well, shouldn’t super secure data encrypted password vaults also stop the developer from moving, removing, changing, or erasing customers data? The whole point of SafeinCloud was to secure my password/content data from everyone. This was its original promise. We were loyal customers when this app was “who and what?” Well at least give back my data.

   Passwords disappearing. I have the pro version and recently several passwords have been disappearing from the app.

   Not sure how safe is my information. I am sorry to say that this app somehow lost some of saved data. This was noticed after Apple IOs updates. And somehow the password changes when I made no changes. And when I restore it from my cloud service, it honors the same password. I like the app but not sure how stable in keeping data. This is my honest experience….

   Very good app. My wife and I have been using this app for over a year now. Really like the way one person can add or change passwords and the other person has immediate access. EDIT: Got a new iPad and when I downloaded the app I was charged again for the app even though I bought the multiuser version.

   Please support synced Wear OS Watches. I own the pro version of this application for Android and Apple. Please allow sending cards to Wear OS synced watches with iPhones so I can once again use this as I used to or allow cloud syncing to Wear OS watches since that is currently not supported. Either way I currently feel like I wasted my money purchasing a second time after switching to Apple phone since I can no longer use this on my watch even after downloading the application on the watch Play Store.

    Not so good. First time I tried this app I had all of my stuff saved in there and suddenly I was notified that I needed to change my password and it would not allow me back in so I had to erase everything and start over again. This is the third time I’ve done that

    This is an edited review. A lack of patience on my part caused a problem for me. The app needed to be reinstalled to remove what I determined to be an indecipherable warning. Once reinstalled all is well again. Great app. Synching passwords to database is an awful experience.

    Reliable and safe. I’ve used over 6 password keepers since jumping on the internet. I like that this one syncs devices without fuss, does as much or little as I want without confusion, and doesn’t require a subscription. The encrypted data is stored where I want, and the developer updates regularly. How cool is that?

    Great app. I love this app and have been using it for years! Then only grip I have is my wife and I have found it difficult to share the same database in cloud storage. At various times the databases have gotten out of sync and we have not been able to get them merged back again. Due to so many changes and the fear of loosing data.

    Good password manager. Been using safeincloud since my Android days and still using to this day. Been very reliable. It’s nice I can use it to autofill password on web accounts. I have so many passwords without having something like this app I would forget them. This saves so much time in looking up any password.

    New logo. I’ve been using safe in cloud for years now, this new logo is a step back. It looks like an app logo from 2010 that style is not in anymore not sure who green lighted that lol Still giving it 4 stars because functionality hasn’t changed but pls go back to a modern design.

    Take control of your passwords. It seems now more than ever it’s important to manage your passwords. With SafeInCloud you don’t have to use the storage supplied by the company providing the software. I personally use my own NAS. SafeInCloud also has software versions available in most platforms.
