   Great app, terrible set up. The app functions great but WHY would you not make users create an account or recovery email? Things happen, things get forgotten. So now I have to lose hundreds of saved items because I wasn’t told or even recommended on settings up a recovery? The whole point of the app is for it to be secure, not inaccessible, or destroyed.

   CBee35. I did love this app with the ability to have individually locked folders with folders within. However with Apple’s new 26.0.1 Preview installed any folder is viewable password protected nor not just by using Preview to open it and any sub folders. Please FIX!

   Used to be good. This app used to be good but now it’s gotten greedy. You can’t add any new documents or pictures without paying. I thought maybe I had too much so I deleted a lot of stuff and it still doesn’t let me add without paying. Deleting the app and moving on to something else

   Not FREE - storage without paying USELESS. LOOK AT THE RECENT AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS Not the ones Apple pushes… This app developer continues to try and find ways to make you Pay for the Free app. First it had minuscule storage Then it became a bit more storage because everyone deleted the app And now we are back to limited storage which goes to the purchase screen when you try to add something. Second Time I am deleting the app This time for good

   Good as far as it goes. I was quite pleased with this app until I discovered that there was a limited use lockout. When I had a few videos on file I discovered that I could not add any more without paying for the priviledge. This was never mentioned when I downloaded the app. Bait and switch? I deleted it.

   Misleading. In the in app purchase it says free, but there is no place to get it free.

   Browser no longer opens any website. I will not be renewing my subscription. The browser needs an update because it can no longer open any site. I keep getting this error: Your browser is out of date! Update your browser to view this website correctly.

   Lost everything. I used to have pocket files before it changed to max vault and even though I have iCloud backup on all my apps nothing saved to iCloud at all and all my photos that I can never get back disappeared never to be seen again

    Unacceptable animation speed. Save the photo after taking the photo, and the animation prompts to display for 3 seconds! This is unacceptable.

    Free app- able to a 9 photos to sort… now purchase. Wanted to organize photos, able to select nine to load in to the app. Could sort them, but couldn’t load anymore without purchasing the subscription

    Made it worse. The previous version of slideshow was so much better. The overall app is still good, but the new slideshow is a huge fail! Please put it back to when it was great. Thanks.

    New browser is awful. Browser can no longer do Google Image URL search (or find original image). It's the main reason I use the app. It now switches to Google App when you click the icon to bring up the URL window. I can't find any browser settings to fix this. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 *Addition* And you can’t request desktop site to overcome this issue! AND double clicking the address bar highlights the entire URL and doesn’t let you switch back to insert!

    Lost every file I saved here. I subscribed to this app to protect my photos and have a secure place. I went to sign back in to the app and I found that EVERY SINGLE PHOTO AND VIDEO I SAVED WAS DELETED! I never authorized this and I lost photos that are priceless and I can never recover them! DO NOT BUY THIS APP! Save yourself the heart break and save them somewhere reputable!

    Bait? Hostage-Ware?. Uploaded seven files before it froze up. PAY or NO MORE UPLOADS. Too bad. Had good functionality. But this isn’t even cripple-ware. Ugh.

    LOST EVERYTHING when forced to update. Updated iOS and received a pop up saying I had to update the app to keep using it. Did so and now EVERYTHING IS GONE. Four years of photos I can never replace. Will never use any of your apps again. I’m heartbroken.

    Lost Everything. This app actually makes me want to commit suicide. I kept over 4,000 photos of my girlfriend across 3 years on this application (for privacy reasons as others have access to my icloud photos). My phone was stolen and wiped and I lost everything. I’m actually so broken now. I had icloud backup turned on but pocket files doesn’t create any backup whatsoever. Lost priceless memories that I won’t ever be able to get back for the rest of my life … would not use this app ever again.

    The Free version Is Useless. The free version allows you to store just 10 photos in the app! What a joke! Can you believe it? And you can see how outrageous the charges of a paid version are.

    DELETED ALL MY FILES. All of my files were deleted after I reset and restored my phone from backup. I’ve done this plenty of times and this never happened until the last time now I hate this app. Not to mention I had purchased premium membership 🙄🙄

    Garbage. Can’t copy files from iTunes!. This app looked great, and I was considering subscribing. But I couldn’t even test it. Spent a ton of time copying files from my computer through iTunes, only to find that I can’t even see view them? Seriously? This is the “basic functionality” of a file manager app. It isn’t a pro feature. This thing is way too locked down and way too expensive. A shame, because otherwise it looked great.

    Way too expensive. Maybe have different versions or a way to unlock certain features as I only would use the picture albums if I was to pay for this. I have dedicated apps for the other functions this app offers that work just fine if not better and are free or a small one time fee.

    They spend to much time asking you to upgrade to there premium. Not happy!. Not happy!

    Cloud issues. I am having issues signing in to two of my clouds, one ksrive and Dropbox for Dropbox was I sign in I receive my text verification code and once I input it the code my folder will not load. My one drive doesn’t even let me log in in states rrror messages stating session had timed out!

    Not Cool. Now with the basic plan, you can only store up to 6 files.. that is just messed up. From being able to store about 40 files to 6 files.. not everyone has the means to get a premium plan. This app use to be one of the best photo and files vault app, but now it’s among the worst.
