   Format change. I loved this when I first got it. I could put passwords in a corresponding alphabet letter. Making it easier to locate what password I was looking for. For example - Desktop would go under D, Chromebook under C … now it’s just like the one I replaced this for. Now it’s just one long list arranged by the oldest first and newest entry last. I would have given 5 stars when I first got it. Now nothing makes this any better than others I’ve used. And I paid for this one because I liked the alphabetical entries. Why the change?

   Lost ALL passwords. This app stopped working in May and I lost all my stored passwords! I had been using for years and only place they were all stored. Do not use this app.

   app quit working. I have had and used this app for awhile and have a lot of passwords stored in it. On May 21, 2020 it quit working. Now when I try to log in the app immediately closes. I am no longer able to access my passwords. I emailed the customer support but have not received a response.

   Won’t help customers. I sent them to important notes telling them I needed help with my account. This was very very important and they never responded. I believe when you need help with your account these companies should always be willing to help their clients. Because of their lack of consideration I had to go with a different app.They won’t help you or even respond.

   Used to be free.... ...but now they want $1.99 for unlimited use. I’ve already loaded all my passwords in it and can’t use it. No way. That’s extortion! Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere for a password managing app.

    Too Bad it will not work any longer.. I really like this app but it will not work with the latest version of iOS. Save your money and find a different password saver app. The developers have gone missing and have not replied to queries about updating the app so it will work on the latest version of iOS.

    Passwords all gone. Used this app for years and today I log in using my fingerprint and the whole app is empty. Everything is lost. Should I have a backup? Sure. But I don’t. Unable to find any contact information for support to help. Good app when it works. Bad app when it loses all of your passwords. Everything.

    Update needed. I love this app, but it needs to be updated to accept facial recognition for signing on.

    Worked great till I had to reset my iPhone. I cannot select login only "create a new account " which means all my hundreds of passwords are gone and in the end this App didn't help when I really needed it...

    Back up. I’m not able to back this up. I tried to send it to myself through Gmail and when I click Gmail, it just automatically goes back and won’t let me use it. I tried it as a text and all I get is something that says I remember, but I can’t open that it would be nice to know how to back this follow up printed out so I can put it in my safe

    keeps crashing. i love the app, but for the past few days i haven't been able to open the app because it keeps crashing. this is kind of a problem because i need to access my passwords!

    Having problems now. Why does this app keep crashing? I enabled fingerprint authentication but when I deleted I reinstalled it doesn't seem to allow me to reenable fingerprints and I can't remember my old password. It also doesn't give me an option to change my password. I'm stuck!

    Charges. I tried to enter a new password and now it wants to charge me $1.99 for unlimited entries? I have been using this app for years and now it won’t let me continue adding unless I pay? This is supposed to be a free app

    Great App PLEASE keep updating. This app is just what I was looking for! I hate the bells and whistles offered by other apps with auto logins etc. I wanted an app to store my passwords so I could look them up when I needed to. I used a similar app previously and it was great. However, the app developer did not update the app so that it would function with new iOS update. It eventually stopped working and I couldn’t even open the app. I hope that doesn’t happen again because this is the only thing I’ve found that does EXACTLY what I want it to do. GREAT APP!!

    Very Convenient. Love the concept and simple User Interface... Wish the text fields allowed for text size to be larger... my vision is good and I have to work to type in and read text efficiently.

    Terrific App and Support. This is what a password app should be ... simple and data I love this Appkept on your device... I had for aand continue to enjoy and depend on it. I encourage all to backup by email... In a software update the app was corrupted... an email to Jason resulted in terrific support and I used an earlier email backup to restore all the data. Love the App and support
