   Missing basic features. Terrible interface and missing normal features. How does your password app not have a password generator…

   Devious installation of Rosetta. Until I wanted to try this app, I had a pristine new Mac mini with nothing on it but universal apps and no app that required Rosetta. This what I wanted to maintain, but thanks to Sticky Password installing Rosetta (and not informing me) or not ever calling it "Rosetta" during the install process, I have Rosetta on my Mac and apparently, it can't be installed. Most developers who require Rosetta to be installed because they're still using an Intell app at least warn you before installing it. Yes, I know it really doesn't hurt anything, but I didn't want it on my Mac and this developer should have been honest enough to state that it was being installed during the install process. Instead, it's called something else with accompanying words that make you believe you must click a button to continue.

   App keep crashing. I researched a ton to find the right password manager. Set this up on my mac and was happy until I tried to add the app on my phone…every time I logged in it crashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. Very frustrating

   Do not subscribe. I am sharing with you that this app and company are fraudulent. I purchased the “premium lifetime” subscription and there is absolutely zero support. Sticky quit working two months ago and I cannot obtain support. I submit and get the perfunctory thank you email and then nothing more. I logged into website to seek help, again and now the complaint/help page indicates my email is not associated with a premium subscription? I went back and found my welcome email sent to my email address of record and forwarded my written complaint that way. Customers should not have to jump through these kind of hoops to obtain support they pay for upfront. I cannot recommend this app/company and I strongly urge anyone considering this app/company to look elsewhere. Do not give your hard earned dollars to this flaky crooked company. Guaranteed you will regret this purchase. Guaranteed. Don’t do it….. BcS

   Frustrating Barebones Functionality. You can save an email and password for a site. That’s about it. There is no way to generate a password when you’re creating/editing a login. You have to go to the some screen, open the password generator, copy the password, go back to the website logins, open the one you’re trying to update, and paste the new password. There is no 2FA support for entries. Other password managers let you scan a QR code or import a 2FA key, and then they generate the 2FA codes. You’ll need a separate app to do that if you use Sticky. The website entry has autocorrect enabled. If you start typing a website name, the keyboard thinks you’re typing a sentence and autocorrects to change spelling and add spaces. It’s a pain in the hole, and it tells me that Sticky’s developers don’t actually *use* Sticky as their own password manager. Otherwise they’d have fixed this. It has two different pages for websites and apps. This complicated things unnecessarily. Most apps have a website too. You’re likely to annoy yourself by searching for, say Facebook, in the Website section when you actually saved it to the App section. Overall Sticky Password extremely subpar. You’d have to be nuts to pay for premium membership. There are reputable free apps that do much much more.

   Used to love this password manager for its WiFi sync feature, now it doesn’t work. Don’t buy this.. This was a great app because it allowed you to keep your passwords by syncing between phones, laptop, laptops, and desktops using your private WiFi. your passwords were not in the cloud, which many people prefer. Lately when my phone syncs to my laptop, or a desktop or vice versa, the app tells me that it has successfully synced the usernames and passwords on my devices. So I think that my passwords are up to date and backed up on my different devices. However, even though it’s telling me the sync was successful my passwords and usernames aren’t synced, they remain different for various accounts that I’ve recently changed on one or the other. so it’s not actually working. Huge bummer. I’ve asked for customer support using the company’s Online tool and have not gotten any response over the course of a week. I’m now looking for another password keeper after 10 years of being a loyal customer since this one no longer seems to be keeping up with its own tech issues or responding in a timely way to customer concerns. Don’t use this for your passwords, you will be sorry.

   New update now requires cell phone data to use.. New update now requires user to be connected to the Internet via cell phone data or Wi-Fi to use. That is really bad. I choose this password manager because I had the option to do local only Sync and local only data storage, no cloud. But now to use this app, user has to always be connected to the Internet. That is just ridiculous. I only use local storage and local sync. When opening the app it’s icon circles indefinitely unless you’re connected to the Internet either cellular or Wi-Fi. Also, it would be nice if developer could bring some color and make it more modern and of course fix the online only debacle.

   Frustrating For Mac Users. If you own a Mac, you're in a for a world of frustration. On a Mac laptop or desktop, the StickyPassword Program cannot import passwords from any of your search engines like google chrome, firefox, or safari. As a work around, I had to install the StickyPassword program onto my Windows PC and import all my passwords from web browser there. Very frustrating and dumb how the Mac version of the program doesn't have a web browser import feature. The PC version of the app also has a generate password feature, but the Mac app does not. Helloooo developers can you UPDATE THE MAC version to have these features? UGh. Morever, when using the StickyPassword manager on your iPhone, the app doesn't have a Face ID unlock feature like all modern apps, so every time a website or app prompts you for your password and you have to open the StickyPassword app, you have to type in your password EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please implement major updates to this app. I can't believe I paid money for this app and it's the little things that create a whole world of frustration.

   Have to open to use. Great for storing passwords, but autofill only works if I open and log in to the Sticky app and then go back to app I’m trying to get into. Rather lame. I could get in just as quickly accessing a spreadsheet and copy-and-pasting.

    Mac User. Not always easy to use with Mac - room for improvement (not easy to use fingerprint to access, constantly needs to sign into app, no plugin to help save info to app). Other than that, it's good.

    It’s ok. It’s ok. It stores your passwords. The annoying thing is when you have multiple logins for the same site. Sticky shoots in the user I’d and password that is most used before you have the chance to stop it. You literally have to quit sticky in order to log in. The other annoying this is when you use the password generator. It doesn’t tell you what the password is and sometimes it doesn’t seem to save it depending on the app so you end up with an unsaved super secure password. This doesn’t happen all that often but when it does it is a headache.

    Life changing but could be improved. This service is a game changer in my world. Not remembering passwords and the bazillion different requirements leading to a large variation of passwords at every account and device kept me for getting thingns done. This has been amazing but I wish the app was better integrated with safari on my phone so when I log into a new account it prompts me as it does on my PC browser. Otherwise this is a game changer!!

    Easy to use, but not perfect. Most of the time Sticky Password’s autofill/autostart function works for me when I am logging into an online account; but occasionally, it prevents me from successfully changing an account password online. When I try to save a new password to an online account, Sticky’s autofill will insert itself in the final save function of the online password update process, inserting the old password in its vault over the change I just entered. This causes the online site to send me another “incorrect password” message, and I have to start over. So, if I want to change log-in information for a particular online site, I have to turn off Sticky Password completely to complete the password change, then re-open Sticky and manually enter the new password from within Sticky, while not logged into the online account. The other annoying omission from the Sticky Password programming is that it retains previous username and password entries for my online accounts without dating them. This record retention could be useful in some cases; but if Sticky Password doesn’t show “date created” with each username and password entry, or allow me to suppress older entries to prevent them from being used or automatic entries, it becomes another cause for failed log-ins. You should fix this. As several of my accounts require me to update my log-in security every six to 12 months, this flaw can be really annoying and cause me to waste time resetting the account in Sticky Password. Finally, I can’t figure out how to get Sticky Password to store a second password or PIN code where some sites may require separate site access passwords, followed by account acces password. My credit card bank has this requirement. In spite of these shortcomings, I like Sticky Password because of the lifetime purchase feature, rather than constantly having to shell out for an annual license. And making changes to Sticky is a pretty straightforward process. I also use the Secure Memos feature for things like gate key codes, etc. It would be great if you could tweak the autofill function to not interfere with online password updates, and instead accept them from within the browser and update accordingly. And auto-inserting creation/modification dates on Web Access entries would be very helpful. Again, this can cause annoying false starts when trying to log in.

    Coerced review but still good. I’ve had this app for 5+ years. A lifetime subscription. Customer support is not as good now as it was when I started. They used to give a response within 24 hours. But the last couple years I’ve been lucky to get an acknowledgment and a response at all. Or they respond with a litany of questions that will take more time than a day’s worth of work to reply. It would be simpler to call you or let you call them, but that seems impossible anymore. The app is fairly good but doesn’t update with my phone like it should. If you let it auto login your info on an app or website and there is a problem, it will automatically retry almost instantly until you are locked out of that app or site. I let it auto fill the info but not log In automatically. Then I hit enter and it goes well. 85% of the time it is great. I would recommend it to others but with caution. If you are a person that is not too savvy with phones and computers then think twice. Oh, if you set up an identity to auto fill a form it works really good up to the phone number info. Not all sites want or need the country code but it puts it in there anyway and screws up the phone info and you have to correct it manually. That is annoying to say the least.

    Great App. I have used it for years on my PC and Iphone. Issues: When changing passwords with the password generator due to a security warning, I would also paste a copy of it somewhere else (like in notepad), until you make sure the new password will access the site or app. Sometimes not all characters the generator may include can be used on certain sites or apps. You can change the characters allowed in the generator settings. Aside from that the app had great security features.

    Good app. The app has run well on my iPhone. It synchs locally to my laptop quickly. My only issue with it is the app on the phone doesn’t generate passwords for new accounts and save them automatically. The laptop version does.

    Not a bad app!. I have used this for a couple of years. I find the cloud sync VERY useful, and on the whole it works very well. Gripes: the credit card very rarefully recognizes a cc required field, but at least you can copy it from the app manually. Otherwise I really like it.
