   Need to Fix the Problem. UPDATE: As of your last update of nov or Dec 2024 to version 16.15, I cannot delete an entry. If I try to deleted the app deletes another entry that I didn’t choose. I have ten entries that I’m unable to delete. Please fix the problem. Update: As of the last update on Oct 31, 2022 I’m unable to retrieve my passwords from my iPad. The App was working then an update happened since the last updates back in 2021 the app sto working on my iPad. The App opens but it does not et me retrieve, add or do anything on the App. Please fix the problem that a lot of us are having not able to retrieve our passwords. Every time you have an update I’m hopeful to have the problem fixed, but it’s not the case. I feel you don’t care. Proof me wrong and fix the problem so I can recommend the App other people. Hoping the problem will be fixed. I received the app as a little gift from my son. I was skeptical but I really like it now. I’m getting better and now I know my information is safe. Still liking the App I’d do much easier to keep my passwords safe. 12/21/21 The app has not disappointed me at all. I love it use it everyday. Get it. 1/15/2022 Since the last two updates, the App does not work on the iPad, unable to use at all. I have contacted Support and no answer to my complaint about this issue. I’m not the only one with this issue and like me they also did not received an answer to their concerns. I hope the issue is addressed soon, if not I would not recommend the App to any more of my friends and family. Please address the issue that the App is unuseable on the iPad.

   No saving passwords. I’ve had this for years from the very beginning now I can’t save passwords. I can’t delete old passwords what is going on and every time I send a question for help I’m not getting it. Please help because when it works it’s a 10 all the way around.

   Bug in sync. The idb data sync does not work between devices via airdrop. While the file is dropped to the target device, the import tab does not show the new file. This used to work in earlier versions.

   Still doesn’t work!. It used to work great 5 stars for me) but it no longer functions in a usable manner. I was hoping version 15.30 might have fixed the problem I’ve been having with this for the last couple of months, but the details page still comes and goes before I can do or see anything. Also, I backed up my data to the cloud, my local machine (an iPad Air 2), and Dropbox. There’s no way I can retrieve these files from any of these sources. This has turned into a nightmare, as I have lots of data—and some of it is irretrievable. Oddly, the iPhone version doesn’t have the same disappearing details problem, but I can’t import my data. Zero stars for the developer who can’t seem to recognize it doesn’t work with the machine it was designed for. Update: version 15.32 and IOS 16. Still doesn’t’ work.

   Won’t open any saved passwords for more than 1 second. I’ve used this app for years without any issue. Seems it was “upgraded” recently which now doesn’t allow me to see the passwords anymore because it won’t stay open for more than 1 second. It’s useless at this point until they fix it.

   Unusable. I have been using this app for many years but this new version (15.20) is unusable on my iPad. Whenever I select an item to see the details it goes right back to the index before I can get the information I need! I have sent feedback to them but no reply or fix has come…

   What happened???. I’ve been using this APP for years and loved it! It was perfect…then someone decided to “fix it” and now it’s almost (is) unusable! First, when you click on a login item to check it out, the app closes the item automatically in half-a-second…so fast I can’t even read it. (2) I like to alphabetize my entries, and it used to do that. Now the lettered tabs are gone, and when I do alphabetize, it automatically reverts back to what ever sort (almost random) it wants to. (3). I’ve tried to write the help desk multiple times but the app doesn’t seem to actually be sending the trouble ticket, but just does nothing or freezes up. (4). This has been a minor, but ongoing issue for years. You used to be able to customize your icons for different groups, and it still offers that. However, whenever I do set up a custom icon, it never sticks…just goes back to the default. Not a big deal, but still…. Bottom line, until they fix the “automatic” close on items and the alphabetizing issues, I can’t use this!!! PLEASE FIX!! Once fixed….I’ll give it a 5 star.

    File closes - can’t access passwords. I have had the free version of this for years. Loved it. However 2 months ago it started closing the individual pages right after opening so I can’t access my pw. I downloaded the file of info and purchased the “upgraded” version to upload my data into and the same thing happens. I have over 100 pw stored and I cannot access any of them and to make matters worse, I have tried to contact support multiple times and I get NO response. So frustrating.

    You have screwed up my favorite ap.. Since last update my 2 ipads will not stay open after a site has been selected. The update did not effect my iphone thank god. Please fix it. thanks.

    iPad app. In the pane view of the app you cannot edit anything anymore or view your passwords after the most recent software upgrade. The view of your website or account closes automatically when selected, The app has become useless and unuseable.

    Can no longer add or view photos or other content…useless now. Not sure what happened but I have been expecting a fix for it that hasn’t come. Can no longer view or add photos or other content as screen flashes and returns to folder list. Pretty useless at this point.

    Bad app. I have used this app for several years and was very happy with it but this past year I have had the app delete all my passwords. I reentered them and again within a month it deleted all my passwords again. I have tried one more time to renter my passwords and now when I open up app and go to a category to get a password it will not stay open to see or do anything with the passwords. Truly disappointing. I can no longer count on this app and would advise everyone to look elsewhere. No support and no fixes.

    Don’t waste your time. I used this app for years. Now suddenly my back ups are gone! And it crashed every other use, i would have to activate my back ups over and over. And now, they are gone!!! - ZERO !!

    Didn't know this was available!. UPDATE: new update to this app deleted almost 800 of my precious photos that I was saving until I recovered from surgery to get prints made. Looking for a better way to do the same things this app offers but not with this company. I’d never recommend again. Someone shared with me the importance of having a place to keep all information handy yet secure. This app is perfect. Cost was irrelevant. I don't use it to get direct website access as it's just easier to do it myself than to take time to open app and locate information. Best feature is the photo album(s). Your photos can be deleted from camera roll but are still available within the app. Keep special ones within app for fast access.

    Ipasssafe+ shows detail for only seconds. I have had this app working perfectly. After recent update, it shows data for only seconds rendering it useless.

    Overnight 5 years of passwords gone! 😡. Used it last night just fine but this morning all my passwords just gone. No new update. No iOS update. So no reason for the disappearance. Months ago, we assumed that an iOS update caused my husband’s password safe to empty. So I turned off auto-update & have been living with the irritating red dot. But today, there hasn’t been any new iOS update in months, & no app update. Back up process is not easy either. Would I recommend? NO. Developers!! This is on YOU to fix! 🤬

    LOST EVERYTHING. I used to tell all my friends & co workers about how awesome this app was. I had it for over 4 years. NOT ANYMORE!!! Three times I have LOST all my passwords, credit card information, and some other things. Apparently, it doesn’t automatically backup to iCloud. The first time I lost everything was when I upgraded from iOS 14 to iOS 15 (sometime in February). Then I did a couple of updates within iOS 15 and twice I lost all my passwords for a second and third time. The developer never returned my emails or any messages. Looking around now for something new.

    NO NO NO!!! Deleted 100% of Passwords. I woke up today to find the app was RESET AND 100% of MY CONTENT WAS GONE. PAID VERSION. I’m so upset. Apparently it was ON ME TO BACKUP THE APP, which I thought I did to iCloud, but then no files in iCloud were to be found today. Imagine saving all of your passwords and usernames in one place for 3 years and then it’s gone. NO. THIS IS CRIMINAL.

    Was great until it wasn’t. I’ve had this app for many years and put MANY passwords into my safe. Last week, I went to my safe and it was ALL GONE. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. CLEANED OUT. I reached out to CONTACT US THREE TIMES AND GOT NO REPLY. SO, now I am without my information and no one from the app to help me. I would consider this before purchasing this app.

    Do NOT use. The developer has completely abandoned this app, there haven't been any updates or changes in over 2 years and they aren't even bothering to respond to all of the people who lost years worth of passwords and other important info. Their website is useless, they say you can email yourself the most recent idb file with all of your info, but the one showing as 'active' in mine is years old and there are no instructions on how to change it. It's bad enough that you just abandoned the app when you know how much critical info people trusted you with, but it's even worse that you abandoned all of your customers and refuse to even respond, let alone help. Well never use ANY app by this developer again.

    Lost all my passwords…. Just like many of the other recent reviewers I lost 6+ years worth of saved logins and passwords. Not good at all. If this doesn’t get fixed… Which it sounds like it won’t… Then I will definitely be finding another means of saving my passwords. What a hassle.

    Where is my information!?. I’ve been using iPass for several years. I stored every password I needed on here. Had I rated the app last week I would have given it 5 stars. It’s been a great app up until today. However, today when I tried to open the app, the Face ID didn’t work nor did my passcode. I realized it had reset the passcode to the default of 0000. Everything is gone. Websites, bank info, notes, ID into, every piece of information I put in this app is gone. I’m in shock. Not really sure what to do. I checked the app developer page for help but don’t see anything to help recover my information. Guess I’ll be resetting passwords forever but I sure won’t be saving them on this app again.

    LOST ALL MY DATA AFTER 5+ YEARS!!! DO NOT USE!!. I’ve literally stored everything on this app for years and had no problems until they just asked me to retype my login and wiped my entire library - gone, everything lost! DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU REQUIRE A SAFE AND SECURE PASSWORD APP. I’m gutted. Not sure how long this will take me to sort out.
