   Won’t Download. I can’t get into my school email portal because duo won’t let me download the app without asking for ID verification. It goes straight to my credit card info and when I verify it still won’t let me in.

   They should go bankrupt. This is genuinely the most unprofessional app/website I’ve seen in my 23 years of life. I’m 23 and writing a bad review, which shows how childish this entire company is.

   Just terrible. AI bots must be giving this app 5 starts because no way they deserve that. They have no help once you get a new phone and no customer service line. It’s always been a waste of time and energy now it just can’t do school.

   Compatibility with FIU. Horrible compatibility with FIU. It never worked for me and whenever FIU made WhatsApp 2FA unavailable I couldn’t log into my canvas.

    Terrible app, used to be much better in the past. App was so much better and more responsive in the past, now when you login in the website there’s a solid 15 seconds before you get a notification on the phone. And once you pretty verify on the phone there’s another 10 second delay. It was instantaneous previously.

    Sabotage App. This buggy app is exactly the thing that universities should force their students to download so that they can cry at 11PM, unable to access blackboard to submit assignments because Duo refuses to open and authenticate their login.

    The worst. I don’t know why businesses or schools use this it’s so annoying and an extra step- most emails already have two factor authentication- this feels like a waste of time

    Hard to Log into. I had to update my phone at the Apple Store because my battery was charging slow. I have not found a way to get back into my account at all and I am not sure what to do.

    "Connect a new phone" doesn't work. It generates a QR code, but when i scan it with the new device, it says the code is invalid. Tech support is only available to organizations, not users, but none of the organizations i use duo for can help because the problem is on DUOs end. Thus, i can't sell my old phone because I'll be locked out of nearly every account.

    App failure caused me to fail my final. The app would not open despite being up to date at the time I had to take my final exam for an online course. This resulted in me having to take a 0 on the exam and barely pass the class instead f getting an A. Fully up to date iOS and app. Disgusted that my hard work was completely negated by the failure of this app. App crashed immediately every time I tried to open it.
