   Not functioning at all. Camera permissions were granted and camera never loaded through app to scan qr code, ive reinstalled twice, toggled permissions, nothing. Useless and wasted my time

   Cannot tell what service. If you have multiple accounts you get codes for, it is impossible to tell them apart. No way to title or nickname things. Google picks its own names. Very hard to use.

   Deleted all my codes. I only click into the app to get a code when needed. Logged in one day and every single one of my accounts was no longer there. No codes for anything, and guess what? Now I can’t access anything else. DO NOT USE THIS APP

   Didn’t Transfer Codes. Got a new phone and it didn’t transfer any of my codes when I transferred my data from my old phone to new. Now I’m locked out of everything and there’s no back up options. Extremely frustrated and can’t believe there’s nothing they’ve done to prevent this. I’m screwed now.

    Horrible. I simply can not get the Authenticator to work with my iPad, iPhone, and desktop. I have only one gmail account and it doesn’t recognize any codes or keys on any device. Years I’ve dealt with this. Years. No fix.

    Don’t prompt for a review when you are in the middle of adding a new entry. Don’t prompt for a review when you are in the middle of adding a new entry , it just messes up what you are trying to accomplish. Very bad user experience.

    Completely Sucks!!!!!!!!. I have been messing with this stupid app for hours now. Trying to renew a license on a state website that requires authenticator to log in. Will not accept the code being populated by the app. Complete pos. Support sucked also. Still dicking with it.

    Doesn’t work. It doesn’t send me codes. I can’t access my lab results. Will never use this again. P.S. I am not some old person. I authentication apps all the time. I have literally locked out of my health record websites because I signed up for this and it won’t send me a code when the website says it did.

    Hate THEM ALL. Authenticators are the most non-intuitive pain in the rectum that have ever been invented. They are a score on the Earth. This one is no better.
