Stole my money. I needed a website protection/malware scanner so i found that i already downloaded this app. It offered me a 3 day free subscription that i had no idea I had already claimed. Regardless, it was set up to look like it was still offering me a free subscription to I “purchased” it without knowing what I was getting into.after a few minutes I had realized it had charged me. I’ve submitted a request for a refund but im afraid that it will not work as you can only submit one request for refund and I didnt list any details. No they didn’t actually “steal” my money, it just has a horrible subscription system. And yes id still like my money back.

Worst customer service. Beware. Don’t give any credit/debit card info!! They ruined my phone. After I downloaded this app my phone runs slower and images don’t come up on google. Everything’s a blank square when googling images.

Free Trial Does Not Work. The app advertises a free trial for 3 days. I downloaded the app and wanted to try it, but instead of letting me complete the scan…the app wants my payment information. For a free trial, I shouldn’t need to enter payment information. Since I don’t have the ability to enter credit card information or bank card information I cannot see if I like this app or not to purchase an iTunes gift card for payment of the subscription. The subscription plan is also weekly instead of a low monthly or an annual rate.

Not free, false advertising. I get so frustrated with these apps advertising they are free. You download the app and you have to pay to use them. In a date where people want transparency, advertisers have become quite crafty ad deception.

Don’t get this. User beware! I’m currently stuck and get the app to work. The email found in their info was not going through. There is no phone number to contact someone for help and the contact prompt gets no response. I would cancel if I could find a way to contact them.
