   Not worth it. Even though I’ve had this app for a few years, my main issue is getting the QR codes to scan. They NEVER worked once! Not only that, but if you have a screenshot of the QR code, the app doesn’t recognize it. Frankly, you’re better off not even getting this app.

   Bait and Switch Scam App. First you’ll get a notification about your password leaking, then when you open the app you’ll be bombarded with notifications unrelated to that advertising their app’s features before a final bait and switch from skip to confirm that leads to a single click payment.

   Not the MS Auth App. This is not the official MS Auth app. App Store show it next to the MS apps and the icon is similar. Didn’t realize it until after I downloaded it and if wanted to charge for everything.

   Free trial, but.. it’s not because it charges you immediately $53 LOL. Don’t even waste a click on this app. I clicked 3 free days! Because I had an old account that was set up from this application, so I had to switch it and thought oh good, 3 days how perfect. Nope. In 1 blink my credit was charged and customer support email is nonexistent since a few days ago. So looks like I have this useless garbage $53 app on my phone until December 2026. Just save your dollars and don’t even consider it.

   Dano2361. I have outlook on my cellphone through my work. I try to send text pic to outlook. It shuts me down. I have to send to my personal email then to outlook to print. So f’ing stupid.

    Absolutely Atrocious App. Sometimes, you cannot even access your codes because of the Premium Pop Up. If you install this app, don’t say I didn’t warn you of the pain of accessing simple authentication codes.

    Locked me out my account. I had an account secured on here and I come back to find somehow it magically disappeared! Now I’m logged and stuck out my discord account thanks a lot.

    Don’t use - will lose your data. I switched to this app after Google Authenticator lost all my codes. I wanted an app with support and backup of your codes in case they are accidentally lost (again). Well, lo and behold they lost my codes, the backup doesn’t work, and support does not respond even if you have a paid, premium account. It’s going to cost me hours to fix this mess, again.

    Literally useless. I initially used the app over a year ago. Since then, it’s dumped the information and now I’m trying to login and it won’t let me because it doesn’t remember my account.

    Ads whenever you open the app and I also lost my authentication for an account after it updated. I am required to use this app to access an account. I otherwise wouldn’t even have this app. That being said, every time I open it to get my code I have a full screen pop up ad trying to get me to subscribe to premium. All I want to do is get into my account, it’s annoying enough to have to use 2-factor authentication and now I also have to deal with pop up ads before I can get my code. Additionally, the app recently updated and removed the only account I had linked. I cannot access my account now because I cannot get the code for it. This is ridiculous.

    Cant rename the token cards. I have some items that wont label themselves upon QR code scan. The lazy devs wont even let you rename it. I am switching to yubico. Screw these devs for excluding basic qol.
