   Terrible customer support. This maybe the worse customer support ever. I have paid for this app for several years. The app corrupted and when it was added back my files are gone. I have emailed customer support for two weeks as the app said I need a code from Kyle Allen which is worrying but have got no response. Do not use not secure or professional

   Stopped asking for a passcode!. I have a subscription that’s good until December of this year. Recently, it started trying to get me to renew it now. At the same time it stopped asking for a passcode. So it’s not so secret anymore…. Not happy.

   Poor Features for the cost. I use a photo vault and this one has very poor features let me explain. I need something that can move thousands of pictures to it at a time not something that seems to only let you move what 50 at a time? Not good at all this would take me hours to do if needing to move 5000. If you are going to charge a very high subscription rate you better have some very good features to justify that high subscription rate. This app does NOT do that. That alone I would give this a zero star review if it would let me. This app did not even last 5 minutes into the 3 day free trial before I knew it is not worth the money in any shape or way.

   Non functional app. Adding photos does nothing. The photos never appear. App asks for money with every click, as much as $70 sometimes.

   Doesn’t save on cloud. You still have to save all your photos on your personal cloud. If I can save my pics on my cloud and hide them on my private folder, then what did I actually pay for when I purchased this app? I switched phone and thought all my videos and pics were still saved on this app. Nope. All gone. I feel like I got had. Don’t even see myself using this app even when i paid for it. Jokes on me.

    Don’t use the app !!. The app will charge you even if u cancel subscription and then when u email them to try to figure it out you get no response.. definitely not worth it

    ABSOLUTE SCAM. The app has a clunky user interface with enough pop ups to drive you mad. Plus on top of that when you sign up for the “premium membership” you are awarded a 3 day trial that you can cancel at any time. Upon purchasing this “premium membership” you click on the premium tab AND IT ASK YOU TO BUY IT AGAIN! THEN WHEN YOU’VE RECEIVED YOUR 500TH POP UP TO BUY IT OR LEAVE A REVIEW, IT WANTS TO CHARGE YOU AGAIN FOR THE “PREMIUM ACCESS”! So I hit “no thanks” and it says something along the lines of “oh i understand, here is a discount” so assumed okay must be a glitch so I clicked okay this time. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED IT, IT CHARGED ME AGAIN WITH NO TRIAL!!!! AND STILL DENIED ACCESS TO THE “PREMIUM FEATURES”!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!! DO NOT GET!!!!!

    Crashes all the time. You’d think for the price the developer would respond to an email asking for support but no, no reply after several attempts but happily took the funds the app crashes constantly!

    Do I have a minute to write a review?. Sure. I’ll write a review. This app was tip top for the longest time. I loved it and it was well worth the annual fee. But, as soon as I lost my phone, I lost access to my data when switching to the new phone. No worries though as it’s clearly stated that the developer, Kyle will gladly assist with renovating your data. The only problem is that you can’t get in touch with Kyle. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. I wrote a review before hoping to get a response from Kyle…and it worked. He asked that I email him again or contact him via twitter or IG. Tried both twitter and IG but his DM’s are off. Tried posting @him but no response. And I’ve emailed several more times with no luck. I want to give this app 5 stars. But I can’t without getting my data back first. So, Kyle if u are reason this man please help me out and I will gladly change from 1 star to 5.

    Stole my pictures and videos. I have messaged multiple times with no response. Worked great for a while until this happened. Do not download or they might steal your pictures and videos too!

    I really hate it when an app says it's free but it's only a free trial.. This is probably a great app, but it really pisses me off to go through the whole sign-up thing and find out a free version is really only a free trial. One star.
