   Constant crashes. The latest version constantly crashes for me on iOS 26.3.1. It opens sometimes, but then as soon as start scrolling down it crashes. Not a great experience if you can't access your work accounts because of this glitchy software. This erodes my trust into what I perceived as a premium product line.

   Bro. Junk. Installing UniFi for years. And struggling to make sense of this. And struggling to show others how to use it.

   Changed phones and lost all 2FA. Bought a new phone and used iCloud to sync the new phone. UI erased all 2FA accounts and now I’m locked out of everything that used the Verify app!!!

   Worst MFA App Ever. This is quite possibly the worst MFA app in existence. I get a notification to approve a login and the site says username and password are not correct even though I signed in with that same username and password for both the app and the server software. I’ve never encountered something as frustrating and unfriendly as this app

    App is Terrible. Hard to understand how to go between this app and the Protect app to try and get devices linked together. Worst thing about the security system. Just don’t understand why the apps aren’t synced together in the first place. Really difficult to figure out

    Do not depend on this for your door security. Impossible to use. UX is terrible. Gaining access to multiple apps is inefficient and confusing.

    DOES NOT WORK. Sends you in a loop! I’ve been trying to sign in all day. This is absolutely ridiculous by this company that they forced you to two factor authentication. Once you buy their product, you should be able to do it without going into their website. Enough.!!!!!

    Does not work. QR code only reads on this app. UniFi asks for code but only does a push (FAILS). UniFi also fails when 2FA code is sent to email.

    What?. Looks like I need a secret key to get the verify code. So I need to sign in but can’t without the secret key. Looks like my equipment is protected from me. Don’t see the value.

    Fails 95%. I try to login using Safari on my iPad, get the Verify prompt, verify it’s me, switch back to Safari and have to repeat the process. It rarely grants me access so eventually I have to manually enter the code. This 2FA process is ridiculous and needs fixed!
