   doesn’t let me in. i haven’t used the app since before the new update and it won’t let me in. i typed in my 4 digit pin and it says my password is wrong. i can’t use face ID because i set that up. again, that face ID and password thing is new. the old version just had a 4 digit pin. i have no way to get into my notes. but before the update, it was a good app

   If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.. It was a great, simple app and then they updated it and now it’s so frustrating. It barely works, nothing looks pleasing, and for some reason I can’t even see what I’m typing while I’m typing it because I can’t scroll down far enough for it to be past the keyboard. Very very mad that this app was ruined

   Update ruined it. I have used this app for YEARS. LOVED it. I hesitated to do the recent update and stalled for months. I don’t remember accepting the update but suddenly yesterday the app was entirely different. For me it’s unusable now. It doesn’t work. I can’t access the folders, I have to go into Notes and even then it’s glitchy and annoying. It doesn’t display my text the same way it used to. It’s so incredibly different and frustrating, I have already found a new app and will be deleting this today. Bummer.

   new update is trash. this used to be a great, simple notes app. encrypted and super secure, with an easy to use folder system that kept notes organized and a simple but refined design. then they decided to roll out a new update and ruin it all. the new user interface is overly complicated and glitchy. the app runs so slow now that when i write notes, the letters i type appear a whole 1-2 seconds after i type them and sometimes never appear at all. the option to have a simple 4-number code is gone, and the only options available now are a typed code or face ID. worst of all, essential features that were free before are now locked behind a paywall. it’ll be a pain to move all my notes elsewhere but if it’s what i have to do to avoid this app’s greedy developers then it’s what i will do.

   Subscriber. I cannot get into my information after current update. Had me writing down 12 words for security??? No ability to reset password and access my info. I will delete app.

   Deleted Notes. Accidentally deleted a note, no way to recover, no way to contact anyone, not even a Trash Can to select, and it was a highly important note! D U M B DUMB! I need to find a replacement ASAP!

    i wish i could rate it 0 stars. this app is so glitchy, it locked me out of all my notes and has no way of contacting the company to address this issue. the app won’t even properly open and the security issue is very unstable. this is literally the first app i’ve ever felt the need to write a review- no, sorry- a complaint for. literally so bad omg. i hope every time u drink water out of a glass cup, it smells like egg whites. seriously pls fix your app. xo

    Horrible. I downloaded this today and it worked fine at the start but sucked at the end. It locked me out of my one note and will not let me in. I’ve likely lost all my work. What a disgrace.

    new update. i loved this app before the update but now it is so slow to open and when you eventually manage to open the folder that you want, you cant even type. it takes at least 10 seconds per letter and every time you back space or press space it takes you to the bottom of the page. the whole app is now laggy. i also had some photos that i had copy and pasted into my folders and they are now gone

    Update locked me out of my notes :/. The app was perfect before. Yeah the UI was ‘dated’ but it did everything it needed and worked awesome! Now it updated out of nowhere and I can’t access any of my notes since the loading screen is stuck on “migrating’ my existing notes. It’s been loading for an hour, which is frustrating. Hopefully this will fix itself soon so I can access all my work again :(

    Update ruined it, completely unsuable. It now takes more than 10 seconds to even open the app and access your notes, compared to the instantaneous process before. And now I can’t even access my notes, the app doesn’t even load. It takes almost a minute just to open one note .I can’t believe this. I literally lost access to everything because of unnecessary UI changes that didn’t need to happen and no one asked for. We’re at a point in society where corporations can ruin all your information and data on a whim and we’re supposed to just accept it. Revert the update and let me access my old notes so I can delete this app and get one that actually works

    Unable to access. I loved this program, then suddenly they claim to have done a security upgrade. Now I only get a picture filled with jumbled words whenever I try to open it. Thanks for locking me out of my own data!

    Used to be a simple useful app, major update wrecked it. The recent upgrades have destroyed this app - major issues which haven’t been fixed despite multiple releases since. User interface also wrecked - overly complex and cluttered.

    Really dislike new update !. The previous software was lovely, straight forward and very easy to look at and digest. Now not only are they changing a ridiculous subscriptions fee for small benefits (such as theme colours and folder capacities), but the new layout is confusing and unsatisfying to use. The changes are very stark, jarring and disappointing and have rid the app of the simplicity which I loved and that made it reliable. It is truly a shame to see a trustworthy app change so drastically

    UPDATE IS BAR. This used to be my most trusted app, the whole layout has been changed and there is now limits you can only have 5 folders compared to having unlimited,it doesn’t always lock now either this is ridicouls change it back please.

    Do not recommend. If you forget the passcode, you cannot change it or access your notes. The makers do not respond to help requests and there is no option to change the passcode.

    New Refresh. I’m not happy with the new refresh. It seems less responsive; I CANNOT open folders as it doesn’t recognize my finger tap. Screens open in “edit” mode rather than preview, a clunky UX. Can’t easily edit. Tried to create a new folder and it doesn’t work. And now the app opens with an ad, that takes too long to load, and it forces me to wait until I can access a password. I ABHOR the new update and am ready to ditch it!!!!!!!

    Too protective. It is very protective of your stuff but that’s also the bad thing I forgot the password and now I can’t get in to my notes and there’s no way I can get in for it. If it were me I would have a little setting to see your passwords
