   Password won’t work. Not allowing me to log in even though I know the password.

   stopped recognizing my pro account. I paid for the pro version last year and a few weeks ago it started offering me the pro version again. I don’t have access to the facial recognition feature anymore. Same thing happened to my sister and she forgot her password, so she lost access to the app even though she paid for the pro version. Very disappointed :(

   No longer allow Touch ID login. Latest update prevents me from using Touch ID to login. If you want to use Touch ID, it gives a prompt to require you to pay for subscription. I paid for the app and it used to have Touch ID. Now they removed this convenience just to push you into buying subscription. Greedy developer!

   They will get you. Would have given them a 5 star if not for the Strong arm tactics. after using it for over a year they suddenly want you to pay to access it. All my passwords are now lost.

   backup and restore is too complicated. good luck trying to get the app to look somewhere else besides itunes files. doesn’t work very good

   Password. I would give it 5 stars, if not for the fact that I chanced phones and forgot my password and now I have to delete everything in order to get it to work because there is no way to reset my password.

   No user name/ No sharing function. IUpgraded to the full version and paid $3.99 to find out There is no family Sharing function as advertised. My mom recently passed away and used this app and I wanted to log into her account on my phone. I downloaded the free version first and noticed there was no user name function so paid for the full versions and there is no user name available to login. Since I need to turn in her phone to AT&T I will no longer be able to view for her Passwords and Loggins since there is no family sharing function as advertised. this is very troubling. What a waste of money!!!! I personally use The app LastPass and it does have a function to share with family members as well as a function to launch the websites, populate passwords for you automatically and add website addresses when setting up each entry.

    Great simple wallet.... I was happy to find this app here in the Apple Store. Used it a few years ago on a different phone and now happy to have it again. Easy to set up without any unnecessary stuff. Thanks!

    Sneaky. After using it for many years, they now require you to pay more to retain face unlock and cloud sync. Super sneaky and underhanded.

    Non existstant customer service ruins this product. I need urgent help with the ap, sent numerous emails over days. I even upgraded the app to try get help. I got shafted. For being loyal to this app for 10 years I’m super annoyed. I lived by this. I’ve lost all my passwords to everything, for my elderly parents

    Misled. I was led to believe this app would sink to iCloud so the data would be available across my devices. That doesn’t appear to be the case. Disappointing

    One problem. As with every password manager I have tried I need to remember the master password. I’ve tried but I never do remember it because I never use it. I set the manager up then use my finger print off face recognition to open the app. Then I bought a new phone but have no idea what the password is to open the app so now it is useless. I understand the need for security but not I have lost all my information. I can’t even find a way to make a new account and start again.

    In Android it is awesome but not for IOS. I have been using this in Android effectively but once I got my iPhone, I dont see any option to use that data.crypt file from android to ios, in fact in Android it clearly specifies where that data.crypt is stored, whereas in iPhone, it just says it is stored in iTunes File Sharing Folder and don’t mention any path, and Im not able to locate that file in my iPhone at all… so could not use this app. I dont want to use this app unless if Im able to access the file to store it somewhere as a backup to restore later They reached out to me via email and this is sorted out!! Will continue to use it thanks!!! One star less because in IOS there is no way to access the data.crypt within the phone to backup in drive, we need to connect to PC everytime

    Great Password App. I needed a replacement for my previous password app that was no longer being supported. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles that also auto fill passwords or that gave me features I would never use. aWallet Password Manager fills the bill for being both simple and easy to use, yet powerful enough to be customized in a way that makes it a great app. I would give this app 5 stars, if only there was an option to export and/or backup to email. Having to use iTunes to access this file is both cumbersome and difficult to follow. So, please add option to export or backup to email. Features that would be nice (but don’t impact my score are: 1) Ability to add ID cards and/or credit card images. 2) More colorful icons for categories instead of the drab gray ones. 3) The ability to access web icons from a website if a URL is used. 4) The ability to add a colorful icon to item itself (not just a category). And while I made suggestions here, this is an AWESOME app that makes it easy and quick to save and access your passwords in a secure way!

    Restore Failure. I wasted my money. Worked perfect on my Android. But has issue that will not allow import of csv or backup password files unless they are located in iTunes directory. Not very convenient coming from android.

    I Love This App!. Been using it since its initial versions and I store ALL my UIDs/Pwds in it. I love how you can create categories to keep your IDs organized. There's only one thing I wish it had. Thats the ability to move a record from one category to another. But thats about it. It works great, love the face recognition to open, and easy, sleek interface.
