   Devastated. I downloaded this app, unloaded so much content on it for years. I pay monthly subscription. I thought that all of my content was saved through the app. I recently got a new iPhone just to find out that all of it is gone. Please please help if you can. This is really devastating news to me

   Too many adds. Normally would be a good review and I understand the free app is going to have adds but it’s way too much. Full screen add completely blocks out what your looking at and are way too frequent, one every minute.

   In Tears. I used to love this app. Haven’t used it in some time, but my boyfriend recently passed so I opened the app to look at some photos I had saved there. Well, every single photo is gone. All of my folder say zero content. I thought maybe it was because my subscription ran out so I paid for it again and nothing. These photos were irreplaceable and I am just beside myself. I feel so stupid for having trusting an app to protect my photos.

    Too Many Ads Switching Now. I used to like this app but they just blast you with ads every couple of swipes. Makes the whole thing more annoying than useful or convenient. I just switched apps.

    Broken features. Used to be a good app. It’s very different than when I last used it and the web browser in-app is broken. The address bar just googles the address you paste or type in. Also the Face ID unlocking is buggy and delayed sometimes, it seems like a haphazardly put together app.

    The app it’s not open. Three years ago I’ve been using this app suddenly it’s stopped to open. Unfortunately I have an important data in this app. Now I stuck for what to do.? I tried to chat with the support people for this app. They stopped to answer me. I don’t know why. Really I feel bad about that The problem I trust this app and I lost my important data

    Lost everything. I trusted this app not to loose my pics or videos but unfortunately I lost both you want to trust they will be safe but if you delete or reset your phone you will loose everything
