   Used to be great. Used to be a great app but now that they have gotten greedy, can not add anymore notes without paying $10 so totally useless now. Time to find another app

   Wasted $10. I bought this to have a secure place to store notes/photos of important documents while traveling. There is no scan feature like normal notes or the ability to title different notes. How does a notepad app not have to basic function of being able to title notes even after I bought the premium version?! Lastly I paid so I could email myself a copy of my note but every time I email there is nothing attached. At a minimum it does not work to attach a notepad with only photos in it which is why I bought the upgrade. This is an inferior version of notes and the premium version did not perform the promised functionality. Do not buy.

   1-20-24 Bugs! Freezes! DONT BUY!!. When u first buy this app it works good for a couple days. Then it will start to freeze and the more notes you add the worse it gets. I only have 3 notes and it just started freezing & crashing almost time I try to open it. Ive removed it and reinstalled it, rebooted my phone over & over and it eventually crashes & freezes again. & I have the full paid version too. It crashes when I try to contact support too, so I cant even request a refund.

   Don’t waste your money!. Don’t put anything important on here because you will lose it all. At first it was one folder, and I thought I made a mistake and deleted it by mistake. 30 folders later no problems. Everything’s going fine this morning, Open the app and I now have no folders!!!!

   Deleted all my passwords. I used this app to store passwords because of the passcode feature. When I logged I to it today all everything was deleted. Be very cautious about using this app.

   Not secure. All the passwords stored in this app was leaked. All the leaked passwords matched the encrypted passwords I stored in this app NOT SAFE to use this app to store password Since I have masked my passwords I got lucky

   HORRIBLE. Only lets you write one note. Then you need to pay. I wanted this to be my private diary online and you ruined it. Defiantly deleting and getting a new app. Do not recommend buying.

    Absolutely aweful. I really payed for this piece of garbage. Freezes every 2.3 seconds and I have to wait over a minute before I can start typing again just for it to freeze after another 2.3 seconds. So bad

    deleted all my notes. should've read the reviews before i downloaded. this app was seemingly perfect to me. it has a nice looking icon, simple but charming design, you can adjust the font size and style, it's easier to make text bold, italic, underlined etc than in regular notes, it has a fully functional password system, it doesn't crash (at least it didn't for me). excited, i went and wrote an entire chapter of a story i've been working on. 3000 words+. spent about 2-3 hours. came back the next day, went into the folder, and as i clicked on the note, it glitched and disappeared. i'll probably never be able to replicate exactly what i wrote there and it's fine, i'll just rewrite it in a better app. it's just annoying that i went and wasted this much time for basically no result in the end. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IF YOU WANT YOUR NOTES TO STAY. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU BACK UP, THEY WILL DISAPPEAR. FIND SOMETHING BETTER. TRUST THE REVIEWS. I hope you're going to fix this someday because it was genuinely really pleasant to write in. I'll definitely redownload once i've made sure that you've fixed this issue.

    I don’t wanna pay??. I used to use this app all the time years ago but I recently got it again and if you want to have more then 1 note, it costs a membership?? Not worth it anymore :/

    YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR NOTES ONE DAY. This has happened to me TWICE over the last few years: you’ll be taking notes, laying for auto backup on the cloud, and then one day there will be an app update and you open the app again and all your notes—years of writing—are GONE! It’s a super tragedy each time. And there’s no one you can contact about it. You can write an email but I’ve never heard back from them. Only use this app if you’re fine having all your work wiped out one day.

    Forgot Passcode. Hello I’m trying to reach the publisher of this app too see if there’s anyway I can reset my passcode so I can have access to my notes I had it connected to Face ID but due to water damage to my phone that no longer works and I can’t really access it. I’ll make sure to change review stars if y’all help me

    LOST ALL VALUABLE, IRREPLACEABLE INFO. When I downloaded apple iOS 14.3 - it deleted ALL of the folders in my Lock Notes app. 😭 Because this app is only compatible with iOS 13 - I wasn’t aware that downloading iOS 14.3 would delete all of my folders that have valuable passwords and years of precious data and information I would do anything to get back. I have emailed the app support and NO ONE has responded back. I would be forever grateful if someone would help me. Please. God bless you.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP. ALL NOTES VANISHED. 0 STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION... I don’t know what they did but all my notes are gone. The App quit working and there is a new version apparently but the notes didn’t load on there new version and the old version won’t even open. Support is non existent and will jot help. I had a lot of important notes and now they are gone and apparently the customer support can care less!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT LOSING YOUR IMPORTANT NOTES!

    Don’t Waste Your Money. Have used this in the past and then all of a sudden it crashes, causing you lose your information. Lack of back up support as well so you can’t re download the app and retrieve your notes. Happened twice before and now they change the app up a bit because the older versions kept failing. Use at your own risk.

    Used to be good - stay away from now. Customer support is non-existent. Got the new iPhone and all my notes disappeared. They still exist on iPad but won’t sync over. Have the pro version but that too disappeared from iPhone. Only have it on iPad. Multiple emails to support and nothing. DO NOT get this app. I wish I never did.

    This WAS great until. This morning this app dropped ALL of my notes. I PAID for this. I had passwords on there. Thanks a lot! Some of those passwords were to important sites, and this jerk off app erased everything. AVOID

    Great... until it randomly deletes everything. Title says it all. The app was great until one day I opened it and everything was deleted. No one has access to my phone except me, and I also had the notes backed up. Everything, notes and backups, all deleted, and zero response from customer service. Find a different app. It’s not worth the risk to lose everything.

    Scam. They released this app as free, then won’t let you use it til you pay to upgrade. Great first impression to not trust this developer at all.

    Everything got erased!!. The app was updated and everything was erased! All my information was lost and the backup had nothing!!! I lost very valuable information! -_-

    I lost EVERYTHING!. I updated to the latest version and it deleted the old app information and provided me with a bright and shiny app icon with new-ish features and COMPLETELY erased all of my saved data from the last 2 years. I have LOVED this app for quite a while but, did I mention.... that every last bit of my data has vanished? I attempted an iTunes backup with no results. Really-really disappointed here; with a tad bit of data induced heartbreak. Not sure what happened, was an awesome app until now, but have decided to go with another team. Stuff happens... but this is a total bummer.

    All lost. I switched my phone today. I had I cloud back up. All my notes are now lost. Nothing. I backed up my phone before the switch and now all my notes are gone. Horrible app! Don’t know why I relied on this app when apple has an awesomely good app and keeps my backup. Never again!!!
