   Gym List is Inaccurate and is Never Corrected. I signed up for the membership specifically because the gym list included two local gyms, however when I went to sign up with those gyms the first told me they aren’t a part of the network and Aaptiv has never removed them, while the second told me I would have to increase my membership level to the $120/mo level to join their gym which is double the membership rate to just join their gym directly. I informed Aaptiv and they said they would get it corrected, but the never have.

   Keep an eye on your bank statement!. Cancelled my subscription a few years ago and just discovered they were still charging me each year. They said I must’ve just deleted the app but I sent a screenshot of the confirmation and they refunded me. Let’s see if they actually cancelled it this time…

   Horrible customer service. Somehow ended up with a monthly and yearly subscription. Tried to change this but the customer service link to do so is out of order. Horrible service and likely illegal as they account cannot be cancelled

   Buggy as heck. Got this to work out at home, every time I go to log in after paying the year subscription, it locks me out and won’t let me log in. I press the reset password button and never get the email even though it’s the same email I signed up with.

    App stopped tracking workouts. The app stop tracking workouts a few months ago. I can open the actual workouts but I don't get credit for completing them. It also stopped tracking my progress on any programs and challenges I join and programs I completed years ago now show incomplete, even when I redo them. I reached out to customer service and was just told to uninstall and reinstall the app, which obviously did not work. I have emailed them multiples since and have received no response. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge people $99 for an app that barely works and not even have the decency to respond to paying customers. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and while I love the workouts, I can no longer justify the price or continue to support such an unprofessional company.

    Do NOT get this app. I signed up for the free trial, thought it was month to month after. I missed cancelling at the end of the trial, though oh well I can try it another month, then discovered they charged me 100usd for an annual subscription.

    They refunded me. I downloaded this app through a work-related and I never was able to get access and they refunded my money. Which is very nice thank you

    Bait and switch! Do not expect them to honor the 100% no questions asked guarantee. Was giving it a try and signed up for the one year. Turns out it wasn’t quite for me so thought I could get a refund since I had only been around 15 days. App Store would not issue a refund and their website’s help center no longer works. It directs to a page that says: “Oops, this help center no longer exists”

    Harassment about connecting Bluetooth multiple times a day. I cannot get through the day without Aaptive asking via pop up box for access to Bluetooth and there’s no option to tap that I don’t want it to connect. It makes me just want to delete the app straight up. Work outs and meditation? Great! Harassing me? Hard no.

Just taking people money do not use I signed up and I have no access to gyms the gym ask you for a benefit ID and I called the benefits I D personnel and they couldn’t help me then reached out to Aaptiv to cancel my membership and they charged me again I didn’t get the service I signed up for on the first payment I won’t stop until I get a refund on top the 877 # is no longer in service unbelievable

    App Update is Useless. Since recent update for annual renewal, I can’t track weekly workouts, calories, or minutes. This app is essentially useless now. I’ve used this app for 6 years.

    Decent program. App needs some updates. Biggest issue is they don’t have a “current location” option on the app. So I always have to guess the zip code or name of the city. Try Dallas Fort Worth. If you somewhere in between…. Impossible. Then if you select a club and go back it won’t remember where you are and revert you to California somewhere. Super silly for a 2024 app making millions…. My team could do better in Phillipines

    Pointless. Got this from employer who stoped reimbursement for gym membership. Can’t even find how to use this to get membership. It is just a pointless collection of marketing campaigns that are not as good as just googling discount codes

    Worst UI of any fitness app on the market. Please give us the ability to create a plan that works. Not one created by a poorly designed preference algorithm that lacks any meaningful detail.

    Such a waste. $5 to get the app and there’s nothing on it. You have to upgrade to at least $40 a month to use the gyms.

    Kicks you out and forces you to pay again. I have used this app for about four years, this year I got kicked out and unable to login unless I pay for another year subscription. I have attempted to contact customer support no luck and Apple is no help either !

    Doesn’t Work Properly. I used Aaptiv a long time ago and it was great. Then they started updating it which I thought was going to be fabulous. But now, nothing works right. The app crashes and doesn’t give credit for workouts. The workouts don’t sync up. Just a lot of technical issues. I even attempted to contact support and never received a response. Do not waste your money on this app!

    Cancelled but got charged. Unfortunately u have to sign up with the free trial to see it. Looked at it didn’t have what I wanted so I cancelled it. However I have a charge for it. Customers service is awful. Why can’t it be free to see it. Beware.

    Horrible customer service. To start I was double charged for my membership. It took over a week to get it corrected. I received the correction and then they went right back and took it out again. It’s impossible to get in touch with a real person. The chat is useless. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Aaptiv
