   Not For Me. Even though I entered that I don’t have equipment, every time I do a search, I get workouts with weights. I would love a simple yoga, Pilates, wall Pilates would be great. I don’t enjoy hiit and that seems the majority of the workouts and the hand weights which kill my elbows.

   Update is horrible! It stops streaming when your phone goes goes to sleep sleep!. Love being a member of the HASfit tribe, but the new update is a nightmare! You literally have to hold your phone and continue tapping it for it to stream to your TV. Holding a phone and dumbbells proves very difficult.

   Can’t x out of ads. Just downloaded the app and wanted to start working out. Still has ads before getting to the workout video. When the ad comes up the button to x out of the ad shows up behind the battery percentage on my iPhone, and I can’t go forward because I can’t x out of the ad. Please fix this for the iPhone 13 mini!

   Not worth the price. I got this app because I enjoy their YouTube channel. I paid for the year and notice that when I tried to cast it on my Visio television it was a not good. I feel they should fix this bug before promoting the app. I deleted my subscription and kept using the YouTube channel.

    Couldn’t get the app to work. Like their website & wanted to try the app. Signed up for monthly access but couldn’t get the app to work. Disappointing.

    I’ve never seen anything like this!. I downloaded the app. I registered including a username and password. The app said I needed to verify my email address. I got the verification email. I tapped on the link. The link brought me to the website. The website had NO PLACE to login and NO WAY to contact anyone! Too frustrating to continue.

    Can’t log in. I have downloaded the app from the App Store and have created a login from email. The app says it will send an email verification. The issue is, it never sends one. I have waited a full week for the email. I have also tried to delete the app and reinstall it and tried a different email address to the same results.

    Won’t verify account using gmail. Immediately deleted app. Received link to verify app. Opened in gmail. Site opened in chrome but app keeps saying account is unverified, and tries to get me to reinstall the iPhone mail app. No thanks.

    Wast $$$. Paid for premium so I can download for offline. Unfortunately non of the workout can’t download. It stopped around 10-20%. I want my money back because bought it for a year.

    Constantly freezes. I love these coaches but I’ll stick to YouTube videos. This app constantly freezes and buffers. I can’t get anything accomplished. I’m really bummed...

    Can’t sign in. Created account but even though I’ve verified the email address I can’t sign in. Disappointing and frustrating. Deleted the app. Too bad.

    Useless. I could not for the life of me log in to this app. I spent 30 minutes going in circles between the log in app telling me I needed to authenticate my email, and the email sending me onto the website only for nothin to happen from there. The website didn’t have a place to even log in so I’m not sure what they expected to happen with that link in the email. So frustrating!

    Don’t Upgrade!. Very angry, new upgrade appears to force subscription to access find and selection option. Very disappointed , very disappointed! Used to be a great resource and was ok with forced commercials as was a great offering. I do however detest forced choices and on some levels feels like bait and switch to me.

    Updates. I love the exercises but I can’t login the app. I took one day of rest and now I can’t get in. What happened? The reset password doesn’t work.

    Great workouts, app needs work. I wanted to love this app because I loved the workouts on YouTube, however it's very buggy for me. First I had issues with the app crashing when saving workouts, then when following workouts, airplay keeps disconnecting. I subscribed to the paid plan to be able to use airplay and I can't get through even a five minute workout without multiple disconnects. I have no issues with airplay from YouTube or any other source, but this app continues failing for me. I'm sorry to say, I'm cancelling my subscription and sticking to YouTube. The content is wonderful, but this app needs some technical fixes.

    Never received answers from customer service. App looks like it works fine. However, I paid the 52.99 subscription and was never able to access the program as an error message kept coming up. I sent 3 different messages and never received a response. The money was taken out of my checking account but I’m unable to access the paid programs. I love the workouts on YouTube , but unfortunately not a fan of the customer service so I wouldn’t recommend the app.

    Firestick interface not reliable. Disappointing app. Only have 20% success rate getting it to sync with Firestick. No rhyme or reason for when it does or doesn’t work. Forced to switch back to YouTube to get workouts on TV. Any advice to get that feature to work reliably.

    Always a problem lately. I bought this app because I liked their YouTube channel and wanted to support them but lately there’s always a problem with it. It freezes, won’t open or let me switch it to Roku. I just end up going on YouTube so why spend the money?

    Screen sharing is broken. I WANT to LOVE this app and even pay for a subscription. Screen sharing doesn’t work at all for me and I’ve tried several different attempts using Roku, screen mirroring, and other screen sharing options. I end up having to go to YouTube which is fine.. but it doesn’t make me want to keep my subscription or the app when I can just watch on YouTube for free. Make the app work properly for screen sharing so I can pay you for the great workouts!!

    Never received email verification. I watch hasfit videos on YouTube and really want the app. I have tried several different times to install the app, but never receive the email to verify... so i cant access the app.

    Clunky on IPad. I like the workouts and will probably revert to YouTube. The app doesn’t render in a landscape setting on an IPad. I travel for work and wanted to use on IPad.

    Locked up my iPhone. My fitness instructor recommended the app but I just want to try the free workouts first and it’s too pushy! So much it locked up my iPhone with ads!!! I have 3 stars because I like the Kozak couple but still feeling out the workouts. Not as good as a live class to me!

    Why does MadMuscle take over your App ?. As soon as I try to get into one of your programmes, another programme, Max Muscle takes over the screen and I cannot se your App ? Can you fix this ?

    Great content, super glitchy app. The workouts are great there are a lot of programs available. What’s frustrating is that the app runs very slowly, in loading content, even checking off a workout takes a good few seconds and that’s a very simple task. Also the app always closes out about 2 minutes into the video and I have to restart it. I love the effectiveness and simplicity of the workouts (no screaming and hyper-over the top motivation). But the lagging in the app is really frustrating.
