   Do not use. They give you a 7 day trial. But then charge you the next day. I canceled my subscription after 2 days bc it wasn’t the kind of app I wanted. I have sent these people 3 emails and I still haven’t heard back from them. This is very frustrating. I just want my account cancelled and a refund. I have had such hard time trying to figure out how to contact someone. That isn’t ok. And it’s very infuriating.

   Not free!. I downloaded the app, built my profile, and then it forced me to a page where I had to start a seven day free trial and into a paid plan. I closed the app and delete it from my phone. I’m happy to see ads for a free app. An app should not advertise itself as free with ads and trick customers into free trial leading to a subscription.

   No way to use free basic. Very misleading first application takes you through tons of questions only then to come to the screen that the only way to get out of it if you subscribe to the premium version. I don’t want Premium version. I don’t want Trial but they don’t give this option misleading marketing.

   Booooooo. Stupid. I remember this used to just be a solid seven minute workout. Then you copied Fitbod. There’s already a fitbod. And it’s for amateurs. Give me the classic 7 minute workout you had 10 years ago and a streak counter. Please.

    Horrible. I tried the “free 7 day trial” cancelled after 2 days and was charged the full years subscription. Horrible. Scam.

    Unusable without paying. I have used the basic features of this app for years. Now when I open any workout, an ad comes up with no way to close it and no way to continue. You can either subscribe for $30(!) or close the app.

    Avoid this app. They advertise a free trial, but charge you for a full year immediately. This is extremely misleading. Once the money is taken, no one will help you get a refund. The developer ignores messages, and when you try to contact support through their website, your request is marked as spam. Very dishonest behavior. Avoid this app.

    No option but to choose premium upgrade immediately. After doing the quiz it immediately when to a screen to upgrade to premium. “Free trial and cancel anytime”. No option to decline and just use free option. Don’t like the push for going directly to premium. Would rather have the option to choose premium or not. Let people try the program first and decide if they want to upgrade to premium later.

    Scam. If you want to be scammed out of $20 something bucks for a “week free” trial, sure sign up. They don’t respond to contact attempts, and even after them fraudulent charging me based upon false advertisement. STAY AWAY! Many apps that will ACTUALLY give you a free trial.

    Charges. I tried the 7 day workout to see if i liked it. In which i didn’t like. I found better apps and its free. They ended up charging me $53 and will not refund me. I didnt even have the whole 7 days free

    Taken it Away. For years I have used the same workout for free. Now they want to charge me. I already get the advertising, but now they want money. That is shameful.

    Be careful with trial will take your money. I downloaded this app and signed up for the trial and I cancelled the subscription prior to the end of the trial and I was still charged $19.99 and Apple would not honor my refund request I asked for a review and was still denied a refund. I cancelled the trial right after signing up I do this with all trials because if I want to continue I can activate it anytime but I don’t like getting stuck with subscriptions that I don’t want so I have made it a practice to cancel my trial subscriptions after signing up so I don’t forget. So that’s how I know for a fact I cancelled in time. I complained to Apple several times no response and then when I requested the refund I was denied twice. I went to the app support site and there’s not even a site for this app.

    Great workouts at home. Update 11/2025: I’m so glad they fixed the bug that tried to force upgrade to Premium; there is decent variety in free workouts to supplement my gym workouts or when I travel or need to squeeze in a workout at home. Update 8/2025: still using this app regularly, and have found the dumbell exercises are also very good to build strength. (Original review: Exercises in this app were a lifesaver when I couldn’t go to the gym because of COVID, and now that I can go back I don’t need to. Favorite workouts are sweat, tabata, women - I often do them multiple times in a session for a longer workout and sometimes mix and match for variety.) Thank you!

    Ace. Took me through the longest onboarding flow before showing me the pricing I was not aware of. Then I signed up for a trial and the first trial video for Abs looked like a joke.

    App overhaul. With the recent overhaul of the app (which used to be my favorite & only workout app) I can’t find anything. The old filters are gone. Now they only have filters by body part. I miss the cardio, HIIT, standing only…etc). Number of workouts appears to be reduced. I’m usually all for change and improvement, but these changes decreased the usefulness of this app.

    Buyer beware. Used this app for free for years. Finally decided to pay for it and it’s terrible. Latest update offers no variety of workouts. Same 11 moves every day. No response from developers after complaints. Do not purchase!

    Buyer Beware. I have used this app for 6 months. At the time I looked at all The exercise apps out there that were out there. It seemed to be the best for what I was looking for; yoga, Pilates, stretching, muscle training etc. very well rounded. I paid for a year upfront (don’t do it). The programmers have completely screwed all Of us and changed the entire format and direction of the app. It is now a novice app at best and is something I would not recommend to anyone. It WILL NOT communicate with Apple health after every update. I worked with developers on the last one and spent waaayyyy too much time with screenshots, examples, back and forth emailing China trying to get it back online with my everyday use for nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. They company does not care about those that bought it and will change it completely from what you bought. They have changed it three times in the last 6 months. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.
