   Used to love this app …. But since it’s gotten rid of the gift card option, I’m going to delete it. The options it offers to redeem points for do not have any options that work for me or dietary restrictions.

   Rewards are pointless. App used to have great rewards. Amazon gift cards were amazing. Now the rewards are like 5% off a retailer you wouldn’t ever have purchased from which is less than buying from the actual website and including shipping making you pay MORE for something you don’t want. This is not even worth it.

   This app sucks now. This app used to be one of my favorite apps. I would check it every day and look forward to getting the points. I would exchange them for target and Starbucks gift cards and it was really a lot of fun. Now, all of the rewards are not anything that I’m interested in. Bring back the gift cards and I will redownload the app.

   No longer worthy app. It used to be way better but now it’s completely useless!

   Long time user. I have used the app for literal years at this point, I had a 188 week streak and now suddenly the app isnt synching all of my data. I lost my streak and my points and customer service keeps telling me it is fixed. Very disappointing!

   App has been broken for a while. Requires you to “recreate” your account everytime you open it. Literally asks for your name and phone number everytime. Not worth the hassle. Deleting it

    Terrible Customer Service, Deleting App. When I first started using this app, it was really awesome and I hade ZERO issues. Now, over the last several months, every so often, I have an issue where the data is missing for a day and when I reach out with proof , they would manually add it for me. For some reason, I reached out a few days ago and am getting pushback stating it won’t be added manually with the nastiest response. On top of that, the 2 tickets I submitted were just closed without out reviewing, resolution or response by a Heather S, Customer Support Manager. She could use a few lessons is etiquette and proper customer service, horrible nasty attitude. Something that was once an enjoyable incentive for exercising has not become a hassle and no longer worth dealing with. Plus, most of the stuff being offered is just you using your point to get hostile discounts on nothing most would want to spend money on. The free gift cards were better. Using my remaining points, deleting the app and moving on. Don’t bother using it, just a waste of time.

    Limited actual rewards minimal reason to use. The rewards marketplace is a joke there’s like one decent option outside of the app you can use being Starbucks and that’s spiked in price since the app launched. They used to have Amazon and target gift cards and the rewards were actually incentive ….. now if I want a coffee honestly less of a pain to just buy it vs compile 40,000 points for a 5$ card. You used to be good and actually helpful with the rewards you offered. Do better or just let the app die all together because this….. this isn’t it. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it with what the app had when it first started. Yes you’ve added new ways to fan points but that doesn’t help anything if the rewards aren’t good save like one and you’ve raised the cost of that one more and more .

    Said they would give me $40 for taking my info and they lied.. I signed up through Swagbucks to get $40 and consented to my PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION TO BE TAKEN only to be “not approved” 2 months later. SCAMMERS!!!!!

    Garbage App. I am supposed to connect my healthcare provider but the genius coderleft out a search field and after 5 minutes of scrolling and getting nowhere near it I gave up. I refuse to spend 12 hours scrolling. Way to waste my time for nothing.

    Points Increase to Earn Gift Cards. EDIT: They increased the points to earn Starbucks gift cards by A TON I really enjoyed using Paceline, it was a great motivator, especially when I could redeem a gift card every couple of months. But lately, it feels like the number of points needed to redeem rewards keeps going up. Even though I consistently earn the maximum points each week, it now looks like it’ll take several months before I can redeem anything. Also, I added myself to the waitlist for the Paceline card years ago, but I’ve never heard anything back. Just wanted to share some feedback as a longtime and engaged user.

    Getting worse. They raised the price of a $5 Starbucks gift card from 24k points to 40k points. My mom’s account can’t even get a Starbucks gift card. All other rewards require you to pay for shipping to buy some product you don’t need. Becoming more worthless by the day.

    Should of read reviews first…. ***Update*** All of a sudden, the only button on the bottom available is fin serv which I already filled out. No idea if it’s logging this new week’s activities. What a bunch of goods…..So I look at the description: they monetize your data and you get fit through exercise and get rewarded with gift cards. So I sign up, fork over dozens of data points and when I look at the rewards section: no gift cards. Just coupons off merchandise they sell and brands I’ve never even heard of. Lame! All the recent reviews point this out but I went by their own description.

    Rewards nerfed. This used to be a great app with good rewards. First the Amazon gift cards were removed. Then the Starbucks gift cards. Finally deleted the app.

    Little Reward. I have used this app for over 4 years and have watched the decline of value for the user. $1 Amazon cards and $5 target cards are a thing of the past with the points you “earn” being worthless unless you spend your own money on the marketplace. Having a 204 week streak currently keeps me motivated to hit my exercise minutes, but without this in place I wouldn’t even give the app a 1 star review. I’m not sure why there aren’t any items you can fully use points on and pay for shipping if necessary but with 57,000 points just sitting there seems pointless.

    Take it from me. This app used to be the best thing. They had great rewards but now? Not anymore. I managed to finally hit the 35k points reward and got the least amount for the reward. All that hard work for a gift card for their overly expensive marketplace. Was a huge supporter in the very beginning but not anymore. Don’t download this unless you want to really waste your time.

    Pointless. This app doesn’t really make any sense unless you’re entering giveaways with all of your points. Any“deal” that they have is the most expensive I’ve seen any of these products priced at. You’re asking a customer to go through a third-party to spend more money, which makes no sense. I have 40,000 points and nothing to use them on because everything is only 1000 points. Plus the full price of The item on their website site or more. I used to be able to get six packs of beverages to try for 6000 points. Where are those deals?

    No longer worth it. I’ve been using this app for years and have not missed a streak in over three years. At first I really liked it and would check on my progress often and regularly shop the rewards section to decide what I would like to spend my points on. Even though the rewards were only $1-$5 it was still fun and motivating. All the gift cards and anything that could be considered a reward have been replaced with coupons for nominal discounts on fairly expensive products. Some of the products could be good but I’m not familiar with many of them and 5% off retail is simply not enough to get me to spend money to try something I might not even like. Now I find myself opening the app once a month or so to see if anything has changed or gotten better but have only to be disappointed. This is a great concept but with the credit card failed and the lack of a comparable rewards structure, it’s been executed poorly.

    Not what it used to be. You used to earn gift cards for pace points. Now the not options are high priced minimal brand option products. If I have 8000 pace points that should earn me a small gift card. Demotivating.

    Gift cards gone. No more gift cards offered like the past. Now only very small discounts on expensive products they want you to spend your money on. Can’t even donate to good causes unless you have like 10,000 points which equates to a measly $4. What a joke. Bring back how this app used to be.

    Don’t purchase anything. I recently purchased a Garmin watch not working correctly. I reached out to paceline and they are saying that they have to charge me a 10% restocking fee because of Garmin. I contacted Garmin and was told no such thing as being charge any restocking fee. that’s just money PACELINE keeping in there pocket will never purchase anything from this site. I will just delete the app
