   Sad.. Not sure what happened. i have been using this FREE app since 2021. today i open the app and have to subscribe and pay a WEEKLY fee, to use ANY of the workouts? this is disheartening. i enjoyed this app and what it had to offer. i no longer support as they gouge out the pockets of people who simply want to better themselves.

   Not free. The app itself is nice, you can download it for free, however if you want to do the challenges on the app you have to purchase a plan. I just want to work out and have fun doing it and not worry about spending money to be able to do it.

   Useless. I thought it would be like 30 day fitness challenge like the android one but it’s useless. I just want an a workout, simple easy, medium or hard option. It’s just complicated with no choice. I don’t want a custom plan.

   Not good. On two separate occasions the app “got an upgrade” and eliminated my prior work history and made me start over as if this was a new program. Recurring Issue where a work out is marked complete, app is closed, next day when opening the app it asks if you want to resume the prior days work out.

   another disappointment. none of these apps are actually free. You download them they look great but you can’t actually start a work out because they want you to pay and subscribe.

    Pay to get fit?. I downloaded this app to stay in shape but you have to pay to exercise? But the whole point of the app is to exercise… I’d take any exercise app but not this one..

    All fitness apps are a waste. Why would I pay a fee on my phone when I can go to a gym? All fitness apps are the same thing. You all want a monthly fee for something that can be done on my own. Maybe it’s just the iPhone. Not good!

    Worst app when trying to cancel. I have about 3 months trying to cancel to my subscription because I don’t use it all. I do the step by step to cancel and nothing. I reach to customer service with emails and I get no response back but I’m still being charged for the membership even after of months trying to cancel. So I had to go ahead and block them from my bank to make sure they don’t keep taking money from my account.

    Impossible to Cancel. Impossible to cancel subscription and get into contact with anyone working for this company to cancel. App doesn’t even show up under my subscriptions in the App Store so I can’t cancel from here. I’m wasting $5 every month.

    They’ll keep charging you after you cancel and uninstall app. I canceled this subscription months ago. Uninstall months ago. They keep charging me and when I try to log in my email apparently doesn’t exist. These people are down right stealing peoples money.

    Taking my money. I unsubscribed but I’m still being charged $5. I don’t know why I am still being charged when I ended the subscription but now it’s getting really annoying that they keep takin my money.

    Double charging. I love this app and I was really enjoying the workouts but they keep charging me for 2 subscriptions; I am paying a total of $10 a week. I reached out to customer service and they canceled my subscription even though I already paid for the week and I can not get back on unless I pay another 4.99. Which means I would end up paying $15 for one week. Not worth it anymore. I wish I could get a hold of someone to fix this issue because I really liked the app.

    It needs major changes. This app was great but I can’t get off of day one because it wants me to Paul’s and it’s too expensive for me I think that it should be free so I deleted the app because it is so deceptive it told me it was free, gave me a preview that was fantastic and then said that if I wanted to do it anymore that I would have to pay for it.

    Impossible to cancel. I’ve tried to cancel this several times and what they decide to do just isn’t there. It doesn’t work like this on iPhone 14. So I guess I’ll have to call my bank and have them blocked payments.

    Glitches and wish it was more in sync with my iphone. Great for an at home workout but consistently will show finish workout the day after it’s been completed after I’ve already marked it and it’s accepted completed which tracks the days falsely. It also doesn’t match up with iPhones health to show active calories burned.
