   HATE 5/2026 update. Loved this app until the last update…harder to quickly check up weather for the week or day… very disappointed…actually, disgusted with the new update!! I wouldn’t have any other weather app before, but now looking for a different one.

   Horrible Update. App looked awesome before - nice and simple. Now they just copied Apple weather’s design - too much unnecessary info. Add feature for Classic design.

   Used to love it. Not sure why, but they ruined a great app with their most recent upgrade. Layout is now cluttered, and busy, and requires scrolling when it used to deliver a lot of information at a glance. I can no longer recommend this app. Looking for a new one that will provide more complete information at a glance.

   LOVED until 4.20. First, why wasn’t 4.20 numbered as 5.0 - the UI was rewritten (and poorly!) Issues w/ 4.20 revamp: - Detail weather page has redundant current condition e.g. “Scattered thunderstorms” AND “Thunderstorms and Rain”. Wasted screen space! - Now have to scroll past new *horizontal* hourly fcst to view daily fcst - Hourly fcsts are now HORIZONTAL… DISLIKE! I originally *BOUGHT* LE since it still had VERTICALLY expanding fcst layout. Most other weather apps have horizontal layout (or switched from vertical to horizontal) which makes no sense as phones are held VERTICALLY by default! - Daily high/low temps have switched positions … why make change just for the sake of change? - While viewing daily fcst detail, after scrolling the hourly section to right, then changing to next or previous day via left/right arrow, the subsequently-selected day’s hourly fcst remains in same position as prior day, rather than resetting to left-most time (12 AM) - New layout junk wasn’t updated in App Store nor dev’s website. Perhaps bring back the prior/better layout, or add option for preferred layout…?? - Several items differ between pre-4.20 and 4.20: High/low daily temps, Humidity, wind speed, Sunrise/Sunset times. Seriously? I will NOT update LE to 4.20 on main phone. Thankfully I tested it on old phone first!

   Unable to load any more. Dear Author, I wasn’t able contact you through the App Support link and so I have to use this as my method of communication. I am one of your happy customers up to my transfer to iPhone 17 Pro using iOS 26.3. Now I cannot load your app either from my iTunes account or your page. There is no error message. I have done shutdown and restarted and cleared my caches. Since the app is not on the phone I can’t erase it and reload. This has happened to at least 30 other applications from a variety of authors. There was some change in iOS 26.3 that is interfering with loading. Would you please create an update to fix it so I can use your app again? Best Wishes, Eve

   Severely Declined In Quality. When Living earth first came out it had accurate weather forecasts, a little temperature badge that you can see from the main screen, and it was aesthetically pleasing to look at with a view of Earth from space. When it was working this app became a favorite, however I found that this app has severely declined over the last few years. The weather is no longer accurate, the temperature badge is gone, even the animation of the Earth malfunctions on a new iPhone 16 Pro. I am extremely disappointed in the product and cannot recommend this app to anyone.

    No Longer Works. I have used this App for 4 years and loved it. As of Jan 2025 it no longer works. It’s starts up, but weather data is not reported. Developer, please correct me if I am wrong!

    Horrible graphics. This app self destructs constantly It’s clear and cool and then adjust to hazy and poor graphics The only way to fix it is to delete and re install Pathetic

    Wholly disappointed. A sailing publication recommended this app for useful weather data. It is useless. You cannot zoom in any closer than the size of North America, how in any way can that be described as accurate?!? Never mind micro climates (it says it’s raining here and it’s not), you cannot glean relevant information for any mariner. No wind direction, no pressure zones, you cannot even recognize Hawaii on full zoom. Save your money. Much better information is readily available on the internet.

    No longer reliable. Temperatures for my area (Palm Springs, California) are more often inaccurate than accurate. Currently it says it’s 86 (it’s over 100), and the temperature tab for the time of day it is, is actually close to being accurate at 103, the same app…. Two different temperatures. Something is wrong. Adding cities, “San Francisco” shows more than 2 dozen results, NONE OF THEM IN CALIFORNIA?!? Pathetic and sad. LOL

    Incredible temperatures. The temperature of some of the areas I watch can go from 30 degrees to 137 degrees in two days. Definitely not even close to accurate!

    Used to love this app. Unfortunately, for several weeks now, it has been off by 10-20° for the current temperature and 5-10° for forecasts in Chicago. It is so bizarre. The Dark Sky app is having the same issue. I am leaving on a trip to four cities tomorrow and I’d have no idea what to pack if I only relied on my once-favorite weather apps.

    Does not update. I have had this app for yaers and have enjoyed it on the ohone and the mac but recently it has not been working like it is supposed to. The weather does not update anymore. Maybe its because there has not been an update in a while. Very disappointed

    Always wrong. I've never seen more frequent inaccurate weather reports than on this app. It's currently snowing, and it is expected to last for hours, but this app says its raining.

    Alarm doesn’t work. The set alarm doesn’t work all the time. I have my settings set to a loud location all the time.

    Privacy. Privacy or lack of. To have this app you have to agree to app collecting data on you tracking websites and cross tracking websites. Then selling the collection of data and tracking all your activity. Not something I’m willing to participate in.

    The app doesn’t work yet. I have an iPhone 7+ running system 13.5.1. I just purchased and downloaded Living Earth version 4.10.2 and the most basic function doesn’t work. I can’t select any city with a single tap. The preloaded cities are the only ones in the list. I restarted my phone, and deleted and re-installed the app. No selection of cities. The other functions are displayed in a row across the bottom of the screen. Can the developer help me out? My Google searches only come up with issues that occur AFTER selecting new cities. Thanks for any help.
