   Waste of time. The app suggested items that are not available in my size. It also kept sending me suggestions for SHEIN after I told the app that I do not want to shop at SHEIN.

   Predatory merchant!. Horrible business model! I haven’t even ordered a thing I got charged for just having the App on my phone. Yes, don’t give us the story that we signed up for it! If we haven’t even asked to for advice from anyone, or used the services, DON’T CHARGE the consumer! To do anything less than that is predatory merchant tactics!!

   Fraudulent charges made under this App.. No idea how those apps are doing this, but I just downloaded the App, never opened an account and through Apple Pay they started doing recurring charges. Check accounts regularly, this is a modality use this random apps they got my chase before and my AMX now.

   Scam. I did not intend to subscribe and never used or downloaded the apps. I repeatedly emailed and asked to unsubscribe and did receive a response that my account was cancelled, yet I continued to this date to be charged

   Charged after canceling. This company has figured out how to charge unauthorized accounts. I have totaled $500 charged after I cancelled. The most recent charge on a completely different account. Oh and theycharged me $100. And they have refunded only a portion of what now equates to stealing! BEWARE!!

   Don’t waste your money. Initially I could see my saved outfits. I hadn’t logged in for a couple of weeks. I came back to look at my saved outfits and not available. So, if you are doing it to track what you like and where to buy the stuff, then it’s a complete waste.

    Keep getting charged and I did not agree or order anything. What a scam!! I looked at my credit card statement and I have been charged numerous times for taking the quiz and I never saw the redults or ordered any clothes!!

    Disappointed. I tried the app and decided it wasn’t working for me at $49.99 per month. I can’t find anywhere to cancel the subscription. Theyve made it very difficult. So, as a busy teacher and mom, I didn’t find the time to spend investigating how to cancel. Now I’m another $50 in.

    Such a scam. Don’t waste your money. Purchased this. It wasn’t what I expected so I requested my money back the same day. Also as charged for an add on that I didn’t choose but was snuck in last minute at checkout. Customer service refused stating I had to use the app for 7 days for a refund and they would not refund the add on (that I didn’t use or want). I then used the app for 7 days and they told me they would give me a 50% refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Spent $35 and got $11 back… absolutely annoying. Not to mention the actual outfits they put together have all designer items that costs $50-100+ per item. I’m trying to style on a budget not pay $200 for one outfit.

    Horrible!. This app was such a waste. I’m so disappointed. I provided information about my body type and preferences. There were almost no suggestions that aligned with anything I like. Even with an open mind to try new things…I’m not plus size and that was most of the suggestions…so no! I prefer my upper arms covered so spaghetti straps or strapless tops…no! I felt like it was a big ad for SHEIN.

    Charging even after free trial cancellation. Careful with this shady app/service. I started a free trial and cancelled several days before the free trial ended because I was not happy with the app. I have proof that the trial is cancelled. Dressly tried to charge my accounts today multiple times for $11.99, (unsuccessfully because I lock my cards) even after the free trial was cancelled. I can’t even access the account online because it shows me upon sign in that the subscription has been cancelled. I can’t download the app because of Apple’s extortion practices preventing downloads when there are unsuccessful charge attempts. I can’t get any help with customer service at Dressly.

    Not worth the money. This app’s algorithm was difficult to deal with. It kept suggesting the same outfits I do liked over and over again. I signed up for the $14.99 promotional deal for four weeks. Before the four weeks ended, they charged my card $49.99. And now, I’m having a super hard time getting my Money back for the $59.99 charge. This app is scam-like and I would not recommend it based on the experience I am having.

    Deceptive money grab!. I downloaded the app & paid the initial fee, never used it and kind of forgot about it. I then found a $50 charge on my Amex that they would not refund, despite not EVER using the app. Refused to refund so immediately cancelled. Don’t sign up and just keep scrolling by to prevent being charged for NOTHING!

    Poor customer service. App functions were fine however the over all experience with this company is unsatisfactory. Please do not waste your time, money or energy. Many clothes are from SHEIN which in my opinion is not impressive. The way you have to get your clothes is weird, you have to take daily quizzes for a while and then I think you get clothes?? I never made it that far. Never ordered from them just not a simple process. Stitch fix and wantable make it easy. And Dressly has awful customer service I didn’t realize how stubborn companies could be on refunds for unsatisfactory results but I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND even after proof of me trying to get thru to them before the 30 days… ironically, one day AFTER the 30 days my request got sent thru and they still won’t honor anything I’ve shown them… don’t waste your time

    Horrible Experience. I am currently being charged for a subscription that I never signed up for or agreed to. I have been going back and forth with them about this but I get no help. At this point all I can do is warn others on their poor customer service. Their pricing is crazy, I don’t know of many people that would pay 49.00 for this! I would review the actual app but I don’t know what it looks like because I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT!
