   Unusable by design. The “added to cart X times” notifications covering the photos of every item are so irritating. I love Revolve and they have great service but I have stopped shopping this app since it’s so hard to get a better look at the items now.

   Please add the price scale filter. It is IMPOSSIBLE to browse clothes by sorting by price. There is SO much merchandise and just searching for dresses from $100-$200 is a nightmare. I get to page 12 and then the page refreshes and returns back to page 1. And the price range gets up to only $120 or so when the page refreshes! So anything from $120-180 or so is IMPOSSIBLE to see! I tried from high price to low price and vice versa — same thing. Both in the app and website. Hideous. Please add the price scale, so we can adjust the $ range ourselves. When the page refreshes, at least we can start from the same price point. Dividing into price ranges ($100-200, $200-300) in your filter is absolutely USELESS.

   Terrible user experience. For some reason, after YEARS OF UPDATES they still have not fixed the search filters. It’s impossible to accurately filter what you want to see. Filter “mini dress” and the first dress is a maxi dress. Want to look at only black dresses? It will include every color you don’t want. Not only are the filters pointless but the way the app is laid out, it’s impossible to view categories. It’s so simple yet when I go to “lingerie & sleepwear” I can’t look at just sleepwear, there’s no categories anymore. User experience keeps getting worse and I’ve reached out to customer service many times throughout the years.

    Thieves. If you are returning a lot of items at once, they will not give you a refund for everything. They will claim it’s been flagged by their quality team as damaged and ask if you noticed any stains or removed tags. Once you confront them, they immediately refund you. It’s all a scheme to keep some of your money. Be careful!!

    Helpful feature removed. I used to rely on the section that showed the model’s height and the size she was wearing to help choose the right fit, but it seems to be gone now. That feature was incredibly useful and I really hope it comes back!

    Recently it’s been automatically checking out my entire cart. When I click ‘buy now’ on one item somehow it purchases my entire cart! This has happened twice in last two months and it doesn’t even let me confirm if I wanted to buy the entire cart. I wasn’t even in the cart interface. That’s crazy to me.

    Beware when you return. If you have multiple items in your return, make sure they credit for each item returned. They will conveniently only credit for one item, and not credit for any additional items. If you ask about it, they will claim the other item(s) were damaged. When you state that were not damaged, then revolve will credit for the remaining items with 15 minutes. Pay attention to their scheme. They hope you will not notice.

    Wishlist disappeared. My wishlist disappeared out of nowhere. Came to the App Store to update it and the wishlist is still gone! Tons of items saved, gone. I can’t even remember what I had. Disappointed.

    Worst retail app (read to know why). Hello everybody, About two weeks ago I ordered a shoe from revolve and I was convinced into getting one since they had the lowest price, but I should have known it wasn’t because of any good will or price competition in the market, it was because of their bad customer service. After getting the shoe it turns out I got the wrong size and just like anybody I wanted to exchange it to a bigger size so I contacted them and thats where they trick international customers, they told me this “ Revolve isn’t responsible for returns and exchange shipping fees and if a customer wants to exchange or return any product they will be responsible for the shipping fee’s” it’s a company that offers international service but refuse to help their customers after getting paid. I paid 300$ for shipping to return my shoe and what makes the matter even worst, after I paid and asked them to help with compensation one of their customer service employees told me to keep the shoe and they will ship me a new one with the right size BUT AFTER WHAT ! After I have paid this absurd amount to ship the shoe back. I advise everybody to stay away from this company and their trickery behavior with their customers.     IT is an absolute mess. The app has so many bugs and a poor UX design. I genuinely feel like they cut engineers to save a quick dollar, and it’s sad because the app being junky has really ruined the vibe for me. Revolve used to feel top of the line but now it feels like another corporate shill giving us less and less for no real reason.

    Pop-up text over product image is trash.. The pop up text saying “popular! 72 have looked at this” is SUUUUUPER ANNOYING and low brow. The text covers the image of the item I’m trying to look at, and takes a few seconds to disappear. I love shopping Revolve but this is a bad update. Very in-your-face shopping bait, makes me angry every time.

    App issues. They should really fix the app. Many loading issues that stop shoppers from having a smooth experience. This truly stopped me from making several purchases and I will be deleting the app and using the website from now on.
