   Bed Bath and Beyond. The worst thing that has happened to the Container Store is the takeover of Bed Bath and Beyond!! Do not expect the same customer service!! Already has gone down the toilet and it’s only just begun. Been a fan and customer for 2010, not anymore.

   Glitch City. Unable to purchase. App glitches constantly and the add to cart and view cart function is worthless. I’ve basically giving up shopping here because of the app. Worthless - TCS doesn’t want customers.

   Love Container but…... Your website order page is awful!! Once you get to the payment screen, no Apple Pay option or autofill on any of the information screen. Simple fixes that any IT department could fix !

   Biometric authentication to buy $35 kitchen stuff?!????. They must have gone bananas… I have an account since 2013 or 2014, same credit card, same billing address, same shipping address: the app BLOCKS me from GIVING THEM MY MONEY, demanding biometric authentication, which is disabled on my phone for plenty good reasons and common sense. Then I go to the website which demands me to prove that I’m not a bot by pressing and holding, to which IT FAILS to register me as a human, repeatedly. If you want to use technology “tools” at least use them right because all you do is torturing your customers for no extra security or benefit. Shameless waste of time… DO BETTER CONTAINER STORE, you are nearing Chapter 11 already…

    Will not load. This app will not load, whether on cell or wi-fi. And if you have it downloaded and try to do anything from a TCS email or text, it auto kicks you to this technology that does not work. Really frustrating. I finally deleted the app so I could acknowledge that I’ve arrived to pick up my order on the web.

    I love Containers Store but your app is broken!. For a few months now, I’ve been unable to shop with your app. When I try to log in, it takes me to a screen that says this request is blocked before I can ever put in any login information. To shop with my account I have to use a laptop. Please fix it!!!!

    Awful. Every time I wanted to search, it would revert back to a homepage and not even to the item I was looking at once I chose the item and I wanted to add to it. It would shut it down and I would have to find the item again and start over. Basically the same thing happened when I wanted to delete some items, it would only let me modify one item at a time ..it brought me back to the homepage.

    App Doesn’t Work - Freezes on opening screen for months now. I’ve attempted to use this app multiple times over the last few months and it never goes beyond the blue opening screen. I’ve restarted phone, completely closed app and nothing works. App is a dud unfortunately!

    Basic functions broken. The app is irritating to navigate but the last straw was being unable to change my shipping address. No matter what I tried, if I have two addresses saved, it will only allow me to ship to the default one. It’s pointless to have an app and overlook basic functionality. The store is fine, but this app is terrible.

    Cannot forward links. This is gotta be the worst app ever. As a professional organizer for over 20 years I have been a customer of the Container Store since 2003. Spending thousands on containers, closets you name it . When the app came out, I thought great this way I could easily forward to my clients things that I recommend they purchase. However, for some reason in the app, there is no up arrow or forward link to a contact via a text or an email. Come on Container Store get it together how can you not have that option in your app?? And if you do, how am I supposed to link forward and share any items on your app to another person’s phone? It’s been such a big loss. I’ve been decided to just find the products elsewhere and now you’re missing out on purchases. But I also just heard that you are going bankrupt. So good luck.

    Difficult. Difficult because you have items out of stock so I can’t purchase now with my birthday coupon or the bogo and get it later so I have to do multiple orders and save for later making my coupon unable to be used on my very large over $1000 purchase

    Can’t Meet Commitments. I purposefully chose the store that showed my items as in stock for pick-up. The promised pick-up date came and went, and my order (which I had to check on, as no communication came to indicate anything) showed ‘delayed’ with no further information (new date? Option to pickup some items? Apology that items were now out of stock?). I checked status of my order from desktop online menu, using chat, and was told I needed to call the store. Called the store and was told they couldn’t find one of my items. Wasn’t offered the option to pick up the remaining items. Was told they would call back in half an hour when another employee came in who might know where my items were. My order remains in delayed (limbo) status. Re-ordered the exact items, which all still indicate are in stock. We’ll see if they can execute the second order. I could abide by a delayed status if they push communicated to me or otherwise attempted to reset expectations, but no attempt was made.

    I had to log in at least 6 times. Every time I clicked on a new page for the app, it made me sign in. I literally had to sign in at least 6 times. And when I tried to check out, I had to “confirm” my credit card 3 freaking times (it was correct all 3 times). Glitch after glitch after glitch.

    Buggy. If you switch to another app on your phone (or back to your home screen), the app completely resets to the home page and doesn't save your most recent searches or product views. It's incredibly frustrating, as most people are using the app while planning out what to purchase for a project. It's worse than just using the website, so I'll delete and just go back to that. Currently using iOS 17.6.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro with app version 2.3.12. If you'd like my account info for more details, you can reach out. I couldn't find any other way to submit app feedback.

    Unusable Chat Experience. Nobody at the company uses the app obviously. It is incredibly easy to accidentally close out of a chat, lose your spot, and waste tons of time in the process, not to mention it’s impossible to see what you type into the chat bar to begin with.

    Account login doesn’t work. I tired to log in, reset password, everything and it wouldn’t work. I ended up having to make a whole new account with a new email just to check out. I also couldn’t add my shipping address and tried multiple multiple times and when I would check out, it would remove it. One of the worst apps I have used and I had the same problem a month ago with the app so I ended up buying from the store.
