   Hijacks audio (broken again). Below issues has returned. Back to 1 star. In a recent update as soon as you open the app it hijacks any audio and stops what you are listening to. I’ve sent bug reports but the devs must think this a good feature people want.

   Privacy settings are ambiguous. The way the privacy settings are presented, I don’t know if I’m permitting or denying by clicking a slider. Plus, I could easily spend hours/days tracking down every vendor’s settings.

   Can’t see list of newly added movies. It’s been a week now that I can’t see any movies added to my services past 1 day.

   Show Tracking is Soooo Buggy. Should be a good app - love the ability to track shows across all my streaming apps so I can peruse my watch list or notice when a season has returned…buuuuut…I have messaged customer support numerous times over multiple years with no resolution for the horribly glitchy show tracking. Some shows, no matter how many times you mark them watched, eventually uncheck themselves, which is such an obvious and dumb glitch to have when the number one feature of your app fails repeatedly.

    It keeps logging me out RIGHT after logging in.. It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use the app for any type of watchlist. I’ll start looking to make my lists elsewhere.

    Wildly inaccurate. I’ve used this app for about 2 years now. Seems like it was more accurate back then, but now it has no idea which streaming apps I have (they haven’t changed), but instead keeps taking me to my streaming apps login/create acct page. In addition to not keeping track OF MY 4 apps, it’s unable to track which platform gets new movies and when the movies leave that platform. I routinely leave feedback in app, but seems to not matter. Hilarious they want people to pay for this nonsense. Oh, and there’s never been an update in 2 years, other than delete/reinstall

    Great app turned greedy. This used to be a great app until they locked the feature of hiding shows, episodes, and movies you already watched behind a pay wall. Every time I watched the newest episode of a show I could mark it as watched and it would hide and wouldn’t show up at the top of my watch list until the next time a new episode was available. If the feature returned for free then this would be a five star app.

    Deleted after 20 minutes. No link to import my IMDb watchlist means JustWatch has no practical use. I’m not manually finding 100 movies when I’ve already got them saved somewhere else.

    Nothing works. I have watch lists set up on the app, but even when I connect it to my TV none of my lists show. And on my TV, I CANNOT add shows to even the basic watch list. And most shows can’t be viewed with a link from within the TV app - you have to go to the streaming service to see it. So what’s the use!? I keep looking for an app that will be a central place to - Look for shows across my subscriptions - Provide a LINK to where a show is streaming - Save shows I am interested in (lists) - Save my progress through series shows Justwatch does ONLY the first. IMDB works better for this, AND - provides ratings, - provides a wealth of information about each show, - allows me to rate shows, - allows me to make a list that I can filter by streaming service, genre and many other criteria, AND alerts me when shows in my list become available availability on subscriptions I have. Update 12/10/25: STILL A HORRIBLE APP!!! Nothing works right on the smart tv app! I’m paying for the Pro version and it doesn’t synch AT ALL with the iOS app! None of my custom lists show. It only shows saved movies manually added on the tv app - nothing else. It fails to show any series added even to the default list. How can an app be SO BAD after all this time!?!?

    Just stopped working. This was working pretty well on my firestick then all of a sudden it just stopped working on the firestick (still works on my iPad) . Gives me the “oops problem trying to gather streaming services in the U.S. Tried everything, uninstalled, new firestick, etc.

    Update August 2025. They just made an update that if you don’t agree to let them mine EXCESSIVE amounts of data from your phone, you cannot use this app. It will display only error messages if you say no. This is no longer a legitimate reference app, just an identity theft app. Delete it.
