   What happened to Atom. I have used Atom for years and have always loved it. Recently though they have become garbage. I try to purchase movie tickets and the transaction just sits “pending” for days until it’s finally just canceled. The generic email I get passed blame and says to try another card or something. I have multiple time, no difference. When I try to use their in-app chat it doesn’t know how to handle the problem and theirs no way to just talk to an agent without going several rounds with the ai bot first. Then after a short conversation with an agent, they can no longer support me over the app and have to transfer to email responses which just leaves me hanging and then just goes back to generic email responses saying they have cancelled the transaction but no word on how to prevent having further issues. Then after I finally get tickets to a show, I arrive to find that someone else had also legitimately bought the exact same seats. The theater blames Atom and Atom blames the theater so no one takes accountability. I get refunded the tickets but didn’t get to see the show and I get is sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll be using a different method to buy movie tickets from now on.

   Can’t login. I don’t go to the movies often but I assumed after buying a ticket it’d be easy to use. I spent multiple days trying to login before the film to make it easy, and it was anything but. Still couldn’t login day of the film so I skipped it. Hope it’s not a requirement and my emails enough! No point in using if I can’t even look at my tickets.

   Garbage System. Codes only work in the app and not on the site? Already garbage. Can’t login because it needs a phone number. Type in my number and it says no, it’s associated with an account. Yeah. Mine. That I’m trying to log into. I’d rather die than use this app ever again.

   Love Atom. I’ve never had any issue with your payment processor, but trying to buy tickets your payment processor that says my card has been declined because I know this sufficient funds in my checking account. I’ve tried multiple times I tried using Apple Pay and it still will not go through what is going on I will go put it back to five stars when you fix this problem.

   Last update you to buy new phone. Won’t let you use the app unless you buy a new phone because the latest update/version requires iOS 17 or later. I hate it when app developers do that. They’re discriminating you based on the phone you’re using. “Sorry, you’re too poor to be using our app. See ya!”

   No Customer Service. I have two passes available in my profile, which are about to expire. However the app glitches and won’t apply the passes. When going to customer service, you get a bot, which eventually says an agent will be right with you. The agent never comes, even after an hour of waiting. There is no other way to resolve or contact anybody.

    Unusable - Will not let you log in. Logging in is a lost cause. When you try to use the SSO’s it says “an account already exists” even though I was logging in, not signing up. At this point, the app is more trouble than its worth.

    Support sucks. You can’t call, they keep asking for email when you ask for agent but agent never shows up in the chat. Like how do you talk to support!!!

    Problem with the app. I bought some tickets in advance and I needed to cancel the order and buy tickets again with the money in atom cash. I have tried for 3 days, talked to them, asked for refund. Nothing works! They keep telling me to try to buy tickets and they reject my order. They denied me of a refund

    Atom app fails. The app failed to recognize my phone in my account. Online customer service doesn’t respond for hours. Very disappointing. I’m going back to Fandango.

    App needs work. Terrible support not. Literally cannot do anything or understand anything. They are better off not having it. Bring back real people and their jobs. Can’t use my email address because I accidentally started it through Google sign in and canceled it but it still made an account and I can’t get access to that without a phone number but I can’t use my phone number cause I tried making a different account and it wouldn’t me put in my other email, it’s a mess. So I went to support to get help and the bot was the most useless one I have come across and asking to speak to a real person isn’t possible. I’ll just delete the app. There really is no point in using it, especially with WAITING for the two factor identification to come through to do anything. It takes so much extra effort that isn’t needed. It get that it needs to do certain things for account safety but at least have REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE or I’ll never have faith in the company or app enough to use it.

    7 authentications?. App has some issues. It alternated between telling me my account didn’t exist and that it was already created. Agent will be with you shortly apparently means within an hour or so.

    Works like a charm. Easy to use app to watch trailers, pick a theater, buy tickets and choose your seat. Promo code worked like a charm!

    Confusing and often charges me without my knowledge or permission. The whole reason why I was buying tickets on Atom was because I wanted to use the TMobile discount code. And now I’ve been charged and didn’t get to use the code. This is the entire reason why I hated this app to begin with - too confusing and hard to use. What credit card or debit card was even charged?!?! I have no idea.

    App doesn’t work. The app won’t let me buy a ticket to ANY movie let alone the one I want to see. And their “customer support” is a robot who can’t connect you to a human.

    No trustable. Went today to the movie theater and someone was already sitting in my spot. They recommend you use the movie app instead of using third party app like this. I was so mad and it wasn’t no one fault but this app for pulling available seats

    Horrible customer service. I am trying to use the Atom for a code that I got from T-Mobile. I have been trying to log in for 2 days but I still have not received a confirmation code from my phone number. Why do I have to even make a stupid account to buy the tickets. I could go to Fandango and simply buy a ticket and not have to go through the hassle of logging in. I don’t have a problem even creating an account. I just can’t use it because the code won’t come through my phone number. I have the email confirmation but then when I try to do my phone noting. I talked to José on the help thingy but he just rushed me then didn’t respond then left the chat. I hate this app with a passion. I was promised a $5 movie ticket from T-Mobile and I can’t get it because this ignorant app

    DO NOT PURCHASE. After using my debit card on their app purchasing 2 SpongeBob movie tickets, my card randomly got hacked and locked 12 hours later. Mind you this was the last purchase I had made for about a week and a half and this is my most recent purchase DO NOT BUY

    LACK OF EMPATHY. On my way to the cinema I had an accident that send me to the hospital. I contact costumer service because I make a purchase using this company that I use for years. They can't handle the ticket in chat they told me I was going to get an email. They send me that they can't do anything about the situation. This are the world we are living now.

    Why put out a promotion then cancel orders …. I had put in a order for the two tickets they had recently in promotion I was looking forward to watching the movie but today I checked show time and to my surprise they had canceled my order I don’t understand why put out a promotion then cancel peoples orders … so disappointed will not be purchasing any movie tickets on here from now on

    Payment issues. Most of the time when using the app, there’s always issues when trying to pay. Apple Pay never works so I connected my card and it worked a few times but randomly will not go through. And yes I do have the funds. Don’t know why it doesn’t go through, please fix that.
