   App does not work on any device or TV. Worst streaming app I’ve used by far. It used to be great, in February I updated to a yearly subscription, ever since then I can get through maybe one episode of a show before an error message shows up and tells me the app is not working, I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps, talked to multiple agents and the same issues occur after half an episode to a full episode! It’s turned out to be a waste of my money. Got my subscription canceled, but I already paid for a full year!

   Fix the ads issues. The app already has too many ads, but it plays one set at the end of an episode and then right again before a new episode. Back to back, and it often puts me in the wrong spot when resuming a show.

   Liars. Update regarding your response: I spent an insane amount of time speaking to your chat agent yesterday and they told me over and over there was nothing they could do for me. I have the email transcripts. This was such an easy problem to solve, and both Paramount and Apple blamed each other and told me there was nothing they could do. Signed up for the 2 months for .99, got charged 13.99 two days after I signed up. Both apple and paramount AI bots couldn’t help.

   Not working. For the past week, it hasn’t been working. Just a blank screen I’ve restarted the app deleted it and redownloaded it and now it won’t even let me login.

   Terrible. This app is awful. I don’t know what changed but I constantly have to restart it and hope it plays. How do you make a streaming app in 2026 that doesn’t stream? Good thing I bought a year of paramount.

   Can’t choose season on the app. I cannot choose which season on the app. I literally have to go on the browser to then pick from there and then be redirected to the app. This is not user error either. I’ve tried it on multiple different devices.

    Trash. No way 4.6 stars is real. I’ve had paramount+ for about a year, and only experienced loading screens, my shows crashing, and constantly having to restart the app. I unsubscribed for about 6 months, and restarted my subscription, excitedly, about 2 weeks ago, only to be met with exactly what I remember, despite my other streaming services working fine. TRASH TRASH TRASH

    It WAS great. Now it’s a rip off. Well they still haven’t fixed the bugs noted below. Plus now it is a nightmare if you want to fast forward, or rewind because you dosed off and missed something or want to skip something. The program is so determined to make sure the ads get viewed it is impossible to actually start an episode where you left off. So glad I get this app free from a third party vendor, but this issue is going to make me rethink the choice of streaming service. Loved paramount when it first came out. But now it is garbage. It’s glitchy af and if you try to rewind you’re gonna get stuck with minutes of commercials. Won’t play on some platforms. Out of seven platforms in my home, I can only watch on one. Gonna have to say goodbye and go get peacock. Damn

    Fatal errors. I feel like I can’t get through more than 2 episodes without having a “fatal error “ popup and I’m stuck watching 3/4 ad’s just for the error to happen on the last ad. I end up watching 12 ads by the time it magically wants to work.

    Paramount does not work with the Blind. Paramount does not care. On the screen where it displays all of the shows where you tap on the one you want and that takes you to the next screen where you can hit the play button, on that first screen the motion of Blind person uses to trigger the show to open does not work. It used to. I reported it to Paramount several months ago and they don’t fix it. They don’t care about Blind access to their app or shows. They discriminate and you should not use them because of this after waiting six months I contacted them again they’ve made no progress. And they keep on sending me form letters generated by AI that have no bearing on the issue. They won’t contact me in person these guys really suck and they have no care for the quality of life of the Blind.

    Useless on mobile devices. I live in Colombia and have a paramount plus account. I normally watch on my tv. But when I try to watch on a mobile device it directs me to the App Store. I download it, but the login never works.

    Least functional app. Of all the streaming apps paramounts is the one I constantly consider canceling my subscription. The app is glitchy and just doesn’t work well. I am currently trying to get into my account to change the card I pay with. It won’t let me into my account on the app so I can access that area. When I try to use the website it says I haven’t entered the correct information in. I was actually able to login into my account via the website once and I actually was able to get my new card info in but when I went to finalize it, it said it could do that right now. Seriously one of the most frustrating apps for streaming and is constant source of frustration and stress. Paramount do something to fix it or I will cancel my streaming subscription with you.

    Horrible experience.. Ordered paramount for the fights, they advertise that you could stream them from 2 devises. Which I did because I wanted to but they didn’t come through. So I ordered a second sub for my father. Big mistake, I ended up moving and selling the original devices that I signed in on. When I got to my new home I tried to cancel one of the subscriptions. I couldn’t, they require your original devise. So I emailed them, they refused to cancel the subscription and told me I had to go through the Google play store. I couldent go through the Google play store because they too require you to sign in on your original devise. Paramount ended up charging me for months without my consent. My bank couldn’t even stop them short of canceling my card. This has been the most predatory experience I’ve had in some time. Plus, the shows SUCK. Screw you paramount.

    Service only works great on your phone. I’ve lived multiple places throughout the country. Paramount is the only streaming service that has so many issues to wear. Somethings wrong. Please try again later. Right in the middle of watching a show. You called their customer service. They don’t care they don’t even have a sense to help. Paramount is the worst streaming service and it is a great unfortunate deal that they took UFC because now I have to watch UFC on my phone for not to skip. Or for me to even be able to watch it clearly. If you stream it on your computer, it works fine and it works good on your phone. It does not work good on your PlayStation does not work good on your TV. The worst streaming service with the best nostalgic shows and movies. The worst streaming service and I hope UFC realizes that and goes to Hulu or something else because Paramount is garbage and I wouldn’t have Paramount if it was it wasn’t for UFC it’s too disappointing to be watching my nostalgic shows, and consistently interrupted because they don’t know how to keep their streaming

    PREDATORS. This app purposely makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. For Roku app purchase, you have to hover over the icon and press the * button to cancel subscription. That is absurd and deserving of a 1 star.
