   Slow App. This app is incredibly slow. Every time I open it, it consistently displays an error message and fails to load.

   Is this app dead?. No updates in months and whenever I try to submit a help ticket it fails to send. I wish there was a way to export all past stats and data.

   Update the App more frequently!!!!. I am having so much issues with your app not loading. Needing to refresh but then not refreshing. I mark off episodes and it tells me I haven’t. You really need to update the App like every other week because it should not be this hard for me to check off an episode of a show that I watched. Hell I shouldn’t have issues accessing the App in general. It says your app was last updated 7 months ago. Do you not understand how terrible that is? It needs an immediate update today. Again it needs it frequently. TV Time is the only App I have that doesn’t have constant updates. There are a bunch of bugs that need to be fixed.

   Not Worth the Headache. I really wanted to like this app, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. The interface feels cluttered and unintuitive, making it harder than it should be to track shows. Features that used to work smoothly now feel buggy or inconsistent, and updates don’t seem to improve the experience—they just move things around or break something else. The worst part is the performance. It takes around 5 minutes just to load when I open the app, and even then there’s about a 50/50 chance it’ll fail and leave me staring at an error message. That alone makes it almost unusable. On top of that, the app can be slow and unresponsive even when it does load, which makes something as simple as marking an episode as watched a chore. Notifications and recommendations also feel off or irrelevant more often than not. There’s definitely potential here, but in its current state, it feels like the app is going backwards instead of improving. I’ll be looking for alternatives.

    App is completely broken. This used to be an amazing app, when it worked. Now nothing loads and you constantly get a network error notification. No way of reporting the issue to the company when you constantly receive the network error pop up.

    Frequently doesn’t work. I love being able to track what I watch and when the app works, it’s great. However on days like today, it’s been down all day for some unknown reason and this happens frequently.

    Used to be Great. This app used to be great. Over the past few days it’s been terrible. I can no longer view all of the shows and movies I’ve watched over the past 5 years, and every time I log in, it says “no user found.” I’m extremely disappointed because I no longer have a record of what I’ve watched!

    Trash but good idea. The idea of the app is great but the app itself is absolutely trash. I don’t know how it has so many good reviews. It crashes constantly. If it isn’t crashing, it’s freezing. There isn’t a single time I can just open it and use it without having to close out and reopen the app. I’ve tried everything. This app is garbage and unreliable. I’ll be looking for a replacement app asap
