   Would give zero stars. The app’s password stopped working and I can’t login. I’ve tried working with customer support and it still will not work. How many passwords do I need for ATT accounts? And why so difficult for a cable service provider, will someone hack me and erase my recordings?

   How sad - it’s not as portable as it once was. I need to watch the World Cup in my garage it prevents me watching live and recorded. Nothing but expletives for this app. Dump it.

   If Only…. …these “rave” reviews were legitimate. …my U-verse didn’t stall, stutter, black out, and freeze constantly—and NEVER during commercials. …the value/quality/service was worth the gold I have to pay to have U-verse. …the FCC took a hard look at these telecom monopolies—prices would fall dramatically and quality would increase. …we were allowed equally competitive competition—only “subcontractors” are allowed to operate within “districts.” …AT&T were has “concerned” about their cell coverage, rate limiting (but you have to”5G!!!”), and call quality as they are about a useless app like this one. Don’t respond. You don’t care. I don’t want to hear your patronizing AI bot response.

   Kicks me out appox. Every 3 to 5 minutes. Frustrating to be kicked out of the app every 3 to 5 minutes. It use to work without any problems but now it only happens on my iOS tablet and iPhone. Works without a problem with my Tablet but only until I used an older version of the app. Otherwise, the same thing was happened with my Android tablet and phone. PLEASE FIX!

   Only works for 15 minutes before crashing. On both iPad and iPhone, app crashes in first 15 minutes. So consistent that it feels deliberate behavior.

   U-Verse keeps crashing. This App used to work well. However, since February 2026, it has been trash. The app crashes after 5-10 minutes of live streaming. And before anyone says I need the most recent iOS update, that has nothing to do with it. Both my iPad and iPhone are up to date. It’s an issue with the App. Please get this fixed.

It is starting to become a great app again. *****Revised: 4/3/2025 when I try to record in the guide I have to go through the process twice before it will schedule it to record. Sometimes I get the yellow “recording successful” banner and most times I don’t. *****Revised 4/25/2026***** the latest update apparently removed the ability to record in the app. No record option when you select a show in the app. Please tell me that this was an error. I know you are trying to discontinue the service so maybe this wasn’t an error. *****Revised 4/26/2026***** Sorry, my bad. It returned after a reboot.

    Constantly Crashing. Very limited channels are available in the app. It crashes every few minutes even after updating iOS and reinstalling the app. This has been a problem for many months. Att needs to update the app.

    Missing channels. Here it is in April and the crashing is still happening. Also, the Guide does not show all available channels. Why not just replace this version with the one from last December? The at would be an improvement.

    Poor Working App. The app only plays for 4 mins and it will return to the Home Screen , and this problem started January 2026. When you ask for support from their AI or a live person they cannot see the problem, but AT&T continues to collect your money.

    Crashes every five minutes. I wish someone would tell me why the app crashes every 4–5 minutes. So frustrating when it crashes while I’m watching CNN news. Makes me want to cancel my AT&T phone, Internet, and TV service.

    Crash crash crash. All this app does is crash. I have signed in and out. I’ve even tried to delete it and reinstall it that does not work either. AT&T, you need to come up with a solution for this. It shouldn’t be that hard.

    Uverse app. This app has not worked for me in over 2months. I have sent reviews twice. I have done all the troubleshooting twice a day for two months on my phone and iPad. Nothing works.     Turned to junk. I’m not sure what is going on with AT&T and this app, but it’s terrible and no one cares. It closes randomly while you’re trying to watch, sometimes every 5 minutes, or you get a message that a channel is currently unavailable. I can watch it on my TV but not on the app? We pay big money for Uverse services and the app is supposed to be part of that. Ridiculous

    Cannot log into app. Cannot log into this app. When I attempt to login the screen freezes. Called ATT and was told there was no longer an app. If that is so then why is it in the Apple App Store?

    Crash and burn. Worked for a month or so then it began crashing after 3 or 4 minutes. Uninstalled, no help. Stood right next to router with a perfect connection and you guessed it, no help. It is now an utterly useless pile of garbage that gets no attention whatsoever. I use AT&T because they used to be the best service I could get in my area. Now I don’t know what I’m going to do.
