   Riddled with bugs. Despite my best efforts to make this application work properly it simply won’t do anything right. Can’t add anything to the library and have it save, files play and then disappear from the library. Playback when using picture in picture stalls, freezes and lags.

   Terrible Customer Service, Capability Doesn’t Work. I purchased this based on the description of the application. It has not worked since day one. I have contacted customer service 5 times without any help. I want a refund, this is a terrible application. Nothing syncs as advertised. Update - to respond: I can’t reply in report a problem. I already tried to request a refund with your company, they have said no. Apple won’t let me request a refund through report a problem. So if you actually want to help, you can reply to my emails to your company where they denied my refund.

   Don't Purchase!!. Update March 2024: Still cannot recommend this app. Issues are still present. STAY AWAY! App is unable to play files through Airplay saved directly in the app. You have to save them elsewhere and then play them on the app. So you are unable to build a library in Infuse Pro. I have tried contacting customer support, but this issue still has not been resolved and it has been over a year. Also basic functionality like gesture based PIP (picture-in-picture) are not enabled, so you don't get a floating window when you swipe up like almost every other media app. Look elsewhere!

    White Bar now always visible on VisionOS. I’ve written to them about this multiple times but several versions ago there is a visionOS bug that now constantly shows the center bottom white navigation bar even during media playback which is a huge visual distraction. It was not always like this. Some 6 months ago the bug was introduced and no matter how many times I reported it they never wrote back or acknowledged or fixed it. So 1 star review and have canceled sub and moved to CineUltra

    Does not work without internet!!!. I loved lifetime product, but new version is not useful at all. We have a lot of old movies that we watch when the internet is down. We do not use product for many months and when we try to use during internet outage, it does not even remember the password to the NAS. Loses all custom configuration constantly. Subscription requires account to be signed in and verified often which is not possible during internet outage. The time we want to use it the most, it does not work. It has some nice features when they work, but is pointless to customize as the setting will never save.

    Muy mala sincronización. No me gusta, es buena la idea pero sincroniza muy mal, si reproduzco algo en mi iPhone, nunca aparece ni en el iPad Pro ni en el Apple TV y nunca agrega el contenido de google drive completo, hace lo que se le da la gana, y eso que pago suscripción, lástima por que esperaba más según los cometarios que he escuchado, y casi eh pagado un año de suscripción, y esta es la hora que no termina de agregar contenido, bah!! 😪

    Waste of money….and support is non-existent. I intended to use this app to share my media library with my household Apple TVs, but it never worked despite multiple attempts. Developer support never responded, despite numerous attempts, and Apple denied my refund request without explanation. I’m left with a useless app, while both Apple and the developer keep my money.

    Terrible organization. The app does not recognize sub folders. For example, if you setup a base folder called “Shows” and put each show’s individual folder inside.. every single show’s episode is displayed in one huge list. It makes it impossible to find the show you want to watch as you have to scroll through the entire list to find the show and episode you want to see.

    errors. Limited versus VLC. It is only good at indexing video. Does not recognize audio files. So if you were thinking of audiobooks or music forget it. Also the jump back button does not work properly

    Don’t upgrade to version 8.4!. Used to be my go to app. Updated to version 8.4 and videos stopped playing. No issues if playing it on plex or VLC. No fix available yet and support has not been responsive. This is a classic if it’s not broken don’t fix it!

    Payment Subscription ONGOING. No free video playback.. Extraordinary state of affairs. Video app doesn't play videos. Apple's GREED breeds video player app developer GREED to REQUIRE ONGOING MONEY to be able to play media. We would be OK to PAY ONCE. But not this ONGOING THEFT Mechanism.

    Terrible. Once you get it working this thing is mediocre. The UI is horrendous default Apple template garbage. The information it gives you is wrong. Subscribe? Good luck getting what you paid for. Had to reinstall this garbage 3 times, restart my Apple TV twice before it would grace we with lossless audio, which is a separate free store purchase, for some reason, because buying it with money wasn’t enough? It’s a shame because the video player is the best. But everything else about it is the absolute worst.

    It stopped working. I have used infuse more or less happily for almost a year. When I installed OS 26.3 my Mac and iPad stopped talking to each other. Firecore has been unresponsive. They could at least acknowledge the issue and estimate when and if it can be fixed. I am currently looking for a replacement
