   Fraud/ scam. I booked a tour for my family at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City. Upon arrival, a mass was in progress, which prevented us from participating in the tour as scheduled. After the mass concluded, we attempted to proceed with the tour but were escorted out by security and informed that a private mass would immediately follow and that no tours would be permitted. We then spoke with the staff at the tour desk and explained the situation. The representative advised us that some third-party booking agencies do not coordinate with the cathedral’s schedule. She apologized for the experience and recommended that I request a refund. I did so promptly. However, after 10 days, four follow-up emails, and multiple phone calls—most of which were disconnected—I finally received a response stating that no refund would be issued because St. Patrick’s Cathedral is a working cathedral and that this was “part of the experience.” What I paid for is not what I received. While the mass was beautiful, attending mass is free and open to the public. I did not pay $75 for a religious service; I paid for a tour, which did not occur. I will be proceeding to file a fraud claim with my bank. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others when using this app, as the lack of coordination, communication, and refusal to issue a refund feels misleading and unprofessional. BEWARE!!

   Can’t add hotel address. If it doesn’t know your hotel, you don’t have a starting point! You need to be allowed to enter an address because maybe my “hotel” point is an Airbnb. It’s kinda useless!

   Just not for me. Not the kind of things I would want to do. Mayo when I first started to travel, and all I was looking for was to see the city. No cultural, no historical. Just tours, and high end dinners - you don’t need to spend $100’s to “see” a city.

    NOT friendly enough. Nice concept but you need to do a lot of work on this app or website. Can not edit your travel itinerary or move your plans from one day to another. Can not add “things to do” from the tab into the itinerary, sends you to another site.

    Frustrating, Unusable. I really liked this app/website in the past. The feature where you can program a day’s itinerary is awesome! Unfortunately, while that feature may still be available, it is simply inaccessible. Every time I open the app I am inundated with links to book pricey day tours. I can’t even find itineraries (easily) anymore. Really sad and frustrating - not worth the struggle.

    So difficult to use. We travel extensively each year- gone total of seven weeks .. big trips overseas with many day trips and excursions to choose and coordinate. I thought this would be a good place to plan visits to major cities. Started with Hong Kong and Tokyo as a “ test”. Spent hours collecting options and choosing daily itineraries , logging them chronologically and then unable to actually figure how to “use on the road”. I’m going back to a pad of paper and pencil! Need better tutorial direction on the site if one is to use this app for its go to #1 site for city planning.

    Not friendly app. I planned my trip itinerary on the website and wasn’t able to print it. I downloaded the app and still wasn’t able to print, all it want you to do is book tour trips with them. And there’s no help button or nothing.

    Fake star ratings!. I tried to look for stuff in a very popular large town, and there were about 15 things total. No restaurants. Almost all of them random tours and most had no reviews associated with them. This is a skeleton of an app, and somehow they fabricated their excellent rating.

    Was good but the update is terrible. I made plans for a trip to Barcelona. The night before I’m to leave they completed an update. This deleted only my Barcelona plans and they could not be recovered. I have food allergies and am staying in 2 different hotels. I am redoing my entire 5 day plan and find that I cannot add restaurants twice anymore. I also cannot change/add a different hotel to multiple days. There is no override or way around it that I can find. There may be a way but this occurred at 4:00 PM and I am leaving for the airport at 3:00 AM so I honestly just do not have time to figure it out again. I had used this app before and thought it was fantastic but I’m upset and disappointed with the new layout and limitations as well as the surprise of the lack of carryover from my plans that I had arranged.

    Not trustworthy!!!!. I cannot trust it!!!! If you intend to use your own activities and schedule, this app will not work for you. There is no way to set designated times aside from setting the duration of the previous activity. If you mess up and add something (in my case a hotel) on the wrong day and time, if changes ALL other calendar entries.

    Challenging app. This website makes it very hard to make changes. It doesn’t always update with the correct travel times between places and any changes you make to the original itinerary creates a whole new itinerary under a different title! The offline map (Apple Map) requires internet access and I was not able to use. I had to download a separate offline map to use instead. Very frustrating!

    Issue loading page. Your app was amazing because we were gonna use it to book some things on our trip and now the app won’t open pages. For a full week now showing a warning “app is slow loading”. Then after it tries get a message “issue loading page” can’t do anything on app now.

    Wrong information on packages and no way to fix. We bought a package Louvre + 2-day hop on hop off bus tour and they only gave us a one-day pass for the bus. ParisCityVision claimed that Viator had the wrong information and they would not help. And Viators offices were closed. In addition, the ratings on VisitACity are fake, as I cannot write my own review to complain. Skip this app. Buy direct to ensure you get what was advertised.

    Great idea, poor execution. I used this app to create itineraries for several european cities but none of them would show up on the app when you really need it. You also can't make last minute changes with the app while on the go and the map feature is nothing but a joke. The idea of creating custom itineraries is a good one and much needed while traveling. I hope another app maker comes along and does a better job.
