   Terrible updates!. I was using the very first version of the app and was very happy with that, but updated a couple days ago and new version is terrible. So frustrated! Why is it so difficult? Why the pop-up window does not showing apparent number? Why the main dark moud is not working with the app? Why to make dark moud I should go to settings every time? The dark moud map colors are terrible! Give me old version of the app please!

   Cannot even add first destination. When I input address, city, state, anything, it doesn’t search. The address remains as is and doesn’t recognize anything I put into search bar. Cannot add destinations to even use app?

   Update: pure garbage. New review: I am done. Everyday this app separates the last address out from a group of addresses so that i have to return to a gated community that is now out of the way. Everyday i submit feedback to the developers and they seem to not care. I am DONE and cannot stress what hot garbage and a time waster this app is. Old review: it is soooo much better at organizing destinations that i felt i HAD to update my review. It will still have you blow past a stop right next to another, but it has improved so much and i find it a valuable tool as a usps letter carrier. Old review: It helps organize the parcels destinations, but not much. If you know the area, you can do better with a pen and paper and a few minutes.

    False advertisement. Bought app and was told the purchase would ensure me full support. Now customer service is saying they switch to monthly premium. This is false advertisement that’s is not what I paid for! Restore full support to existing users. People who already paid for your subscription should not be forced to pay again! Their website still mentions that this app is “one time low cost”!!

    FRUSTRATED. I work for FedEx, having to do about 120 stops a day. When switching from the app to the map, by clicking in the address, it sent me, more than 5 times, to the wrong place. Literally just clicking at the saved address in the app, it would send me two miles off, I lost about a 15% in service this past friday, and it might cost me, not maybe my job because is the first time that I use the app and also the first time I fall behind so much in delivery time, but I will have to hear the big bosses tomorrow. Extremely frustrated and mad at myself for trusting in a not well working app.

    Very disappointed customer of this product. When I first discovered this app in the App Store, I downloaded it and loved it. The app works great and met all my needs. I then chose to take it advantage of their lifetime subscription and paid for it, after I used the app for a while I got an email saying that they were discontinuing the lifetime subscription and they would grant me an additional six months but after that I would have to start paying either monthly or yearly, given no choice I continue to use the app for six more months, today I open the app to use it and it will not let me use it so I had to pay for another monthly subscription even though I originally a purchased a lifetime subscription. I sent an email letting them know of my disappointment during this COVID-19 epidemic in the fact that I was struggling for work in the first place. My email was polite and professional but stated my concerns, I receive an email back that started out being professional and then it ended with the following statement which I find extremely rude and signifies to me that this company doesn’t care what their customers think or feel,all they care about is their money because they made it very clear that no matter what type of review I post they have a mechanism to have it removed? I found this company deceitful and dishonest and I would recommend spending your money on any other route software, this company will not support you even though you pay for the product.     100% Rubbish. I have been trying to decent route app for a while. I decided to give this one a try, I paid for the monthly subscription and you can still only optimize (5) times per day max? Also there is no sync so you have to re-enter addresses each time. It's just a very bad app.

    Changing prices. As soon as you purchase the app they will change their prices constantly. I purchased this app 2 years ago for a full price but no they added a new rule and I have to pay for every search. Not recommended. You can pay them and after a while, they will change their prices and you will have to pay again. Check other apps who are more responsible and love their clients.

    Useless App. I’ve been trying to understand how his app works for weeks now. I finally managed to get four addresses into a common list but I could not get it to show any routes between any of them, much less create a route incorporating them all. It keeps popping up an error message “Error, Failed to find a route between the addresses” —I thought this was the whole point of purchasing this app!! I do t know what the other reviews are doing, but I’m tired of wasting my with this useless app. I work for USPS and need a good routing app. This is not it. Also, unless you upgrade to “pro” status, you have no access to their support team. I want my money refunded!

    Don’t waste your Money. It’s terrible I cannot set a start point that is not my home address. lt also it cannot give me a ETA or the ability to rearrange the order. This is a Waste of my money. I drive most of these route and it’s way wrong...

    Waxk!. I’ve used this app in the past... got the job done... I needed it today and it SUCKED. Totally killed 30 mins of my time. 4 out of 20 addresses were accepted. Crashes after crash.

    How do I get my money back?!. This app is horrible. It does not calculate the routes correctly at all. The order that it placed my route made NO SENSE. It crashes every time you open it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

    Abandonware. The developer has abandoned this app. He'll still take your money, but check out his Facebook and Twitter accounts. Not updated since 2013. Never answers email or PM. If you got questions or problems, you are on your own.

    Absolutely no support. I was pretty happy when found this app. It works good but it has a limit of 100 stops. I work as a delivery driver and have 150-190 stops per day. I've sent an email to the support team. After 2 months of waiting no response. So 1 star for support.

    No stars!. This app tho. It's telling me I need more than 2 destinations for a route but like you can't go more than 1 place at once. Yo it's mad weird cause it's just like I paid for Apple maps. Piece of garbage. Kewl.
