   not sending code, kept loading. i signed up and tried to verify with my mobile, never send code, plus tried to look for JR pass or use filter my result, the app kept loading on every item, sucks!!

   Bad service. KKday is supposed to have someone with a sign waiting for their customers. When I asked the person with the sign if they were from KKday he directed me to a service desk where they knew nothing. The excuse was that they outsourced the reception to another outfit. Never again

   Response is late. I order shared car ride from airport. I made it 3days before service date. Even yesterday just wait wait wait to confirm. I just got airport and sent text message then " it is canceled" I was keep asking canceled or not yesterday to find substitute . Today finally I got message at airport it was canceled

   Be aware of credit card payment. No OTP message nor success confirmation from credit card payment resulted in double booking, KKday asked the customer to pay cancellation penalty.

   Fraud. Do not buy anything from this company. They have zero customer support. Tried to scam me on a $2000 tour.

   Bad tour experience. Took my first tour with KKday to Tagaytay in the Philippines. KKday sided with the tour operator who was ignoring our concerns all day when we expressed that we didn’t get a guided tour in English, as advertised on the listing. We only got a driver who didn’t even know the itinerary for the day. We had to show it to him. We went with the experience all day without understanding what’s going on. Kkday refused to issue a refund.

   very bad booking experience. Trying booking for Shibuya Sky. It keeps showing you there are available time slots, but when you select your desired slot and try paying, it will tell you that slot is sold out. Tried tens of times. Looks like very outdated technology. Really disappointed.

    Worst tour experience EVER. If you are Chinese its probably great. If you are any other asian speaking traveler, it’s terrible. The tour was basically a transportation service (🧐Kyoto-Nara w/kimono). The “guide” only spoke to the Chinese vacationers, had to ask locals for directions to tour sites and basically only told us when to be back at the bus. There was no informational background given on the tour for the sites. STAY AWAY, find other tour companies that actually interact and give a tour.

    Beware. Don't use KKday as ticket service they sold my family 4 tickets to Universal Japan. The next day they sent me an email canceling three of the tickets leaving us with one, then told me that I could not get a refund on the fourth ticket. Beware.

    No customer service. Booked an English tour and was put on a Chinese speaking tour. I messaged the company immediately during business hours and they never responded. I emailed them as well. Nothing! The company does not respond to requests for up when you message them on the app! Zero stars for this company!

    Bait and switch on promo code to try. Doing an order specifically on their APP to try this out with their promo code. Yet it’s Herculean effort in trying to use it. Seems to me it’s bait and switch and false marketing.

    Not taking my payment. I have been trying to book an experience ticket to Universal Studios Japan on the site. I tried to use three different cards and it always say “payment failed” which can’t be possible knowing I have sufficient funds in those accounts. It’s very frustrating because I want to book with KKday because I hear such good things.

    Terrible website. I am trying to buy the 2 for 1 Taiwan high speed rail tickets. Just got a valid promo code but the online booking accepted it then it kept on saying invalid order. No help and I have been at it for three hrs.
