   Such a disappointment. I was super excited to use this app. The script was easy to read and I love the first video. When it came time to download my first video I was unable to do so. It just kept spinning saying it was being downloaded. This lasted over 15 minutes. I still can’t get my video.

   Wouldn’t let me export. I recorded a long video using this app and it would not let me export at the end!!! My phone just got extremely hot, like hot to the point that you couldn’t touch it, and the app showed that it was fully done exporting. I tried re-recording it and the same thing happened. This is a complete waste of time. Do not install

   Doesn’t need access to my camera or mic!!!😡. Ok, thank you. While I’m not going to change my star rating (since I don’t need this app), I will delete the review after you read this. Also, why is there a regular teleprompter app and the premium one? I downloaded the premium one first then seen the regular one and download it to see if there was a difference and I can’t seem to see any between them.

   Ruined. The new update is a disaster. Thanks for making me have to buy a new promoter app because you turned this one to garbage. Ever time I tray to time it for under a minute it just runs whatever it wants. It also just dims me to near blackness for no reason at all. It’s a train wreck!

   Video blown out/Subtitles don’t match. I’m a paying customer and despite repeated attempts to reach customer I get zero response. The subtitles start too soon and don’t come close to keeping pace with my words no matter how I adjust. It won’t let me “lock” a size font and speed even though I use it everyday I have to reset it everytime. And the app blows out the video when I hit record (yes after setting the aperture and locking it.) They offer a customer service email, but don’t respond. So I’m trying publicly. To the app developers or anyone who cares: Please respond with information on how I can connect with a specialist to troubleshoot or suggest fixes. Thanks!

    Won’t work with bright lighting. I tried and tried and tried to get this app to work on my iPhone and then on my iPad but the lighting I used with my green screen would NOT work with this app. The lighting was fine with my actual camera app but when I tried to use this app, my face was brightly washed out and I looked creepy/ghostly instead of professional. I’m irritated that I wasted money on it. It’s a great idea but it seems to lose a lot of camera features when used. I’ve never rated anything on the App Store - this is how irritated I am with this product.

    Was a good app. I downloaded this app it was working good I wanted to try it before I bought it. Now it’s not working properly recorded the same video for times and it will not upload like it was doing before it will not save my video I’ve wasted over two hours of my time trying to create a video that keeps disappearing it’s very frustrating I’m not sure if I’m going to purchase the app I don’t want to spend money on something that’s not gonna work properly.. The company emailed me back but I was so upset I did not reply to them because there’s nothing that they could do to retrieve my last video my app sent me a notification that the bugs were fixed so I tried it again and again this morning my 20 minute video lost gone never uploaded I should just give up and delete the whole thing in definitely

    Won’t save the videos. The app either won’t save the videos or hangs and crashes when attempting to save, rendering this app useless. I have an iPhone 7s with latest IOS installed.

    Lame. Unless you want their lame watermark across the entire screen of your video, don't use this app. To get rid of it they make you pay $15... better apps out there for free.

    Wow. What trash. I must have spent two hours filming a video application with this app cutting me off every 3-5 min randomly, each time "saving" my videos. Turns out it didn't save anything except the 6 time I actually pushed the button. Each time it cut off it would randomly set its prompter speed. For example when starting I had the speed set at 40.5. When it cut me off 40.5 would be breakneck speed so I would have to dial it to low 20s. The NEXT time I was cut off it did the same thing causing me to dial it to around 11. Etc. etc. It's just so frustrating when an app that costs $8.00 doesn't work well and will cause me to refilm most of my work again tomorrow. I'm so disappointed.

    It’s not free. Was looking forward to the app however didn’t realise you need to pay to remove the watermarks etc. I don’t think it said there were paid purchases when I downloaded it

    Invasive watermark. Leaves an invasive watermark on any videos you make which can only be remove if you pay them money. Of course, they don’t tell you that BEFORE you waste your time making unusable recordings with their advertising splashed all over it. Complete waste of time. Deleted. *UPDATE* The arrogant tone of the developer response has further vindicated my decision to opt for one your competitors. There are FAR better options out there. Avoid this one like the plague. **UPDATE** Developer has now edited their original response to seem less obnoxious. Don’t be fooled. Use an alternative app.

    Don't bother for testing it out. This is next to useless without an import function. It at least needs some example scripts so I can test it without spending ages manually typing in a script that I'm not going to use just to see how the program works. I get that you need to make money and I don't begrudge that - if it had been suitable for my needs I would have happily paid £15 but I'm not doing that without seeing how it works. Won't be upgrading and won't bother next time.

    Nice idea, but forces you to register before trying it. I'm testing lots of teleprompter apps to find one that I like. I liked the concept of this was, but found the forced registration requirement before even trying it to be annoying. As soon as I was registered, I was prompted to upgrade. Poor user experience, I just wanted to try the app for a few minutes without being pestered. Instead, it annoyed me enough to leave a review.

    Doesn't work with auto cue unless you pay £4. When you are using autocue it offers this 'free' however it isn't linked to the content you are using on autocue unless you upgrade.

    Don't bother with upgrade. I paid for the premium version and you cannot merge scripts, rendering the app totally useless. No support from Joe Allen. Rip off.

    What this doesn’t tell you .... ... is that on the Lite version it adds the line “Recorded with Video Teleprompter on iPad” in big letters across the screen. Makes the video unusable. I guess you have to pay the full price to remove that. Shame.
