   New to site. So far it is very easy to find stock futures.

   Last Update 2 YRS AGO….. The app doesn’t at all parallel the website, as it’s “clunky” and hasn’t been updated in the last 2 YEARS (from today’s date of 12 June 2026), which makes it exceedingly obsolete and subpar to apps like Yahoo Finance, Investing.com, etc. I hope Barchart’s support team devotes genuine care and attention to resolving this matter, and maintaining routine updates, especially for those of us paying for the Plus and Premier subscriptions tiers (respectfully smh).

   Blocked After Constructive Feedback — Questionable Credibility. I shared constructive feedback on one of their social media posts and they blocked me — not a reliable source of information.

   Doesn’t do anything. When I try to sign up or login it just takes me to the website. The app just seems to be a sign in page.

   Doesn’t work on IPad Pro. The display is tiny, has no functionality and you cannot exit the charting screen to look at a different ticker. It does not work on an iPad Pro. I use the website often, which is much much better than the app. In short, it is not ready for prime time

   No notifications or advance app features. Yahoo finance app is way better to provide notifications on watchlist and easy news scrolling. Love their website and its features. They really need to revamp their app with good notification features.

    Dissatisfied with set up new account. I bought Barchart, which I may cancel today because your computer people don’t realize customer’s pay their paychecks. I found you through Google because of your tech prowess and charting, I bought a subscription. Now the icon on my phone is for free stuff and not the ‘plus’ I bought. I’ll put it in caps: HOW DO I ADD A BARCHART ICON ON MY APPLE HOMESCREEN that touched once, says “hi Derek, login in to your account for all access to all the stuff you bought from us?” My gosh, I downloaded Amazon Music Prime, there’s a little icon I press and I don’t need to even login in. Has all songs I bought in my library, plays when I’m on boat, in the car, or at home automatically. I can shuffle too! You think you guys may have thought like that for onboarding new customers? Evidently not. I sent message to your customer service last night, have not heard anything back. By tomorrow I’ll cancel my PayPal, cancel this account, and find a competitor of yours.

    Cancelling my subscription, Paying since 1995. Will not let me copy & paste my fave lists anymore to google sheets ? I use barchart my iphone & ipad & paste to google sheets to analyze data. I do not want to use the download feature, too much data.

    Deleted after much frustration. Such a sad app. I love the web site, but this app won’t even let me sign in to my account. First, it’s difficult to access the password box as the page jumps. When I finally manage to get the page to let me put in my pw, it crashes. Done. Previously, someone from Barcharts asked what I was using. iPad Pro, latest iOS update.

    Frustrating to use with Bluetooth keyboard. As soon as i attach my Bluetooth keyboard(10.5 iPad Pro Logitech keyboard with touchpad) the screen of the app flips on me making it impossible for me.

    Completely Unresponsive. Just installed this on iOS 12.4.3 at the recommendation of a friend. It is absolutely unresponsive, and frozen. Cannot navigate, or even create an account. Rebooted the iPad, but nothing changed. I was hoping it would work on my iPad, but it doesn’t.
