   Not a good platform. Definitely be careful what you do. I’m not saying this app is a scam but no good. My account is always in the negative. These are apparently professional traders that you are following, but I have done nothing with this platform but lose money. I have what’s called the founders access meaning I’ve been here for a long time so I only the $10 a month for the app but for those are new have to pay for each person you follow you are going to do nothing but throw your money in the trash I guarantee it so if you want to try it out, go ahead but don’t invest a lot of money in it seriously I’ve lost thankfully not a lot of money but everything I’ve done in this app has been a loss

   Beware. Forcefully make you setup a thorough account before you can see if the app is actually helpful and whose trades you can choose from. Scummy and bait tactics. They aren’t confident in what they provide so they make you agree to sign up before you can see anything. Be careful. Scammy behavior

   Constant updates. Every time I open this app - it could be daily, they are pushing updates. If your app needs updating every day or weekly, you probably designed a terrible app. This app sucks. Avoid.

   This app sucks. I downloaded this app with high hopes that it would help to automate my investing and grow my money. After downloading the app, you quickly realize that all of the good portfolios to copy are blocked behind the premium paywall. I ended up paying the $100 for access to the “dub advisors” premium portfolios. After paying the money, I tried to invest my money into several of the portfolios within the “dub advisors” category. Every time I try to invest, the paywall page comes up again and asks me to subscribe even though I already did!! Extremely frustrating. I reached out to their customer service and we went back and forth a few times and they accused me of subscribing to a portfolio that’s not a part of the “dub advisors” category and that that was the reason why I wasn’t able to invest my money. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me using this app but my experience was terrible. I want my $100 back but I doubt they’ll refund me.

   Not worth it. This app is highly confusing the people you would wanna copy comes with $100 a month subscription I deposited 150 bucks on the 13th it has still yet to appear in the account. They are refusing to cancel my account. I am unable to get my $150 back it is just in limbo. This app is a well put together a scam run.

   Customer service is lacking. I’ve had a recurring issue since I’ve started my sub account in June 25. It’s related to the auto invest feature that imitates recurring deposits and then invests. For the first two to three months, the deposit either wouldn’t initiate, or if did, wouldn’t invest. It would take days for customer support to respond saying the issue would be cleared up. It finally did clear up, but 12 days ago, I once again had a recurring deposit not invest. The app’s chatbot is poor AI, doesn’t address the issue, and now adds even more time until you can reach customer service. I got through to customer service two days ago saying, “We’ve escalated your case to our internal team for further investigation. For now, we will be placing your ticket on hold, but don't worry - we’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update.” It’s been two days and counting and still no response. I’ve responded to the email as directed twice and still crickets. I don’t want to invest the money because in the past, they’ve told me that messes up the system. So my money continues to sit there uninvested, and I continue to wait without a response. Good app for investing. Awful for customer service. Among the worst.

    Zero stars!! Easy in almost impossible out. I would not recommend this company unless you don’t want all of your money back. I tried this app for a year and decided it wasn’t for me. I initiated a transfer in kind to my brokerage. The whole shares went through and partials were sent back for liquidation to be swept later. Almost three weeks later I have half my account value in cash sitting in my account and I can see it on the app. Dub is not releasing the funds and saying I don’t have any money in my account Fidelity took it all in n the transfer. Three weeks of this back and forth and nothing is resolved. Terrible customer service, no support at all.

    can’t deposit money. I’m sure this app is great but unfortunately plaid won’t link my bank account. I paid for an annual subscription for nothing because I cannot deposit any money. Every time I try it says there’s a problem linking my account. Even with more than enough funds in my bank account it will not even deposit the minimum payment of $200. Super frustrating very annoying. They got $30 and I get nothing.

    Scam. It’s all good till you try and sell your position. I was up +$400. I placed an order to sell my position and now for the last month all it’s says is pending sale. Now my position is -$25. Starting to believe this is a scam!

    Don't use it, Withheld funds. I sold my securities over a week ago and they still will haven't made it withdraw-able. Never has a broker given this problem. And never has there been this problem with smaller transactions thru them.

    Unable to cancel and not profitable at all. Deceptive.. Tried to cancel my subscription. All they gave me was a renewal fee for half a half off every time you try to dismiss it and cancel it won’t let you. still disputing have not heard back. Deceptive.

    Locked Money. Can’t transfer out money. Due to technical issues on their end (their claim) they have locked my money and it has been impossible to transfer money out of the app. Technical support is copy paste templates. I would urge not to deposit any amount of cash you may need to liquidate quickly.

    All Risk No Rari. Everything was going fantastic until Brett Simba decided putting half of his No Risk No Rari portfolio into Chipotle was a good idea. Bro lost over a million dollars in copying capital over the course of three months, wiping out all of the portfolios gains since June of 2025. The s&p500 has been outperforming him lol. Seriously, just use public and it’s AI etf creator. Far better, more liquid, and easily editable by you when you need it to change.

    Showed me incorrect stock info, I sold, they withheld my money. I put money into this stock, it shot up in value, I sold the stock, they are currently holding my profits and reached out saying they messed up and I’m getting 1/5 of my money.
