   Confusion UI. It’s just me or what? The UI is very confusing. It’s tough to figure out how to add additional investments. I am trying to see how to upgrade to pro and it’s not easy to navigate. All in all I would give the UI a D at most and F at worst.

   Username. There is no clear instruction on username creation. Finally got some error other than “name not valid” which gives username creation rule but those rules are also vague and when try to create a username satisfying all those conditions, I again get “name not valid” error. If they can’t fix the registration process, I don’t know how can I trust them with my data.

   Lacking and careless. This app removed Vanguard from their linkable brokerages. No warning or anything. They have no estimated time to fix this issue. (They could care less) Literally, the main reason why I use the app everyday was to check my portfolio progress. Will change review if they ever get their app together.

    Every name is taken?. I’ve tried 30 different nicknames and somehow every single one has the same prompt “that name is already taken” so I can’t even get past the username screen😳 for some reason you can’t bypass this part of the sign up phase… so I guess I won’t be using this app.

    Terrible Experience. If I could give 0 stars that’s what it deserves. The whole idea is cool and that reels people in BUT the app and functionality of the app itself is nonexistent. I really don’t understand how you can charge $60 for an annual subscription for brokerage account syncing and then it just doesn’t work… at all. Ive tried linking my broker a while ago (few months back) and it never worked. Now I just tried linking THREE DIFFERENT BROKERS MULTIPLE TIMES that they promote as affiliated brokers and absolutely none of them were able to connect to blossom. How is that even possible? And they ask for $60 subscribers for a product that doesn’t work because if it did I wouldn’t have the same problem 2 different times with 3 different Brokers. And part of the problem is apple for allowing apps that do no work on the App Store. Especially ones that want to charge a subscription for a service that doesn’t exist. The idea of the app is ok , it just won’t work.

    LEAKED MY INFO. I started using this app after being hesitant for so long but they ended up leaking my account including passwords and usernames, which luckily, my broker blocked this app from further access so I can no longer use it. I like their idea but they need to crack down on their security which is what stops most people from trying the app.

    I have pro, but no pro features.. This could be a great app if it actually worked. I signed up for pro so I could track my dividends. Every time I look to see them, it says I need to update. There’s no ‘restore purchases’ option anywhere. What a joke. I messaged their support team 8 hours ago and have still to hear back from them. Real nice! If I could go less than a 1 I would.

    I deleted this app. I wanted so much to use this app.BUT after 2.5 hours of trying to put in a password and being effin declined!!!     Rycey. I combined RYCEY from Fidelity and Robinhood for 2500 shares. I tried to delete this and split them as part for RH and some for Fid. Would not let me delete and add them separately. I had to delete the app reinstall and sign in as a different user. This is too confusing. I have 43 stocks in Fid and some in both Fid and RH.

    The system is down, at least for Quest Trade members.. I’ve been using Blossom since March 2023, and until recently I would have rated the app as a solid 4 stars out of 5. However, within the last few weeks, the wheels have come off of their API for Quest Trade account holders. I understand that the purpose of this app is inherently social- sharing information, facts, and a lot of opinions, with Canadian investors. However, the API with Quest Trade has recently been broken, and trades have not been automatically updated. I had only recently started my free week trial at the Pro level- which I have cancelled because of this on going error. I refuse to pay a subscription to an app that does not perform the most basic of operations, and relies on me to do the labour for them in updating my account, to share that information with other users. My recommendation is that you do the same if you are a Quest Trade account holder, and are experiencing this problem. I find this particularly ironic, as many You-Tube channel personalities in the Canadian Investment Management Community - people who openly recommend Quest Trade, are also involved with Blossom. Go figure.

    URGENT DEVS PLEASE RESPOND. I’ve been using your app for a week and I was using the referal system to make some money, one day it stopped working so I shot a dm to the support team and when I woke up the next morning. My account was gone, this is an outrage, I withdrew 400$ and never got that money nor did you give me a warning or anything, just straight up deleted my account, please provide an explanation and give me a confirmation that I will in fact be getting my money

    Missing .UN tickers from canadian Markets. Missing .UN tickers from canadian Markets, as title suggests + too many taps/clicks to add things manually, if i select manually, then why keep asking which brokerage again and again?
