   This app is trash, plus $200 a year!?. there’s no port builder or ability to dive easily into leveraging the app it’s clustered, crowded and just a honey pot of research AI could and is probably doing for it.

   Not as advertised. Not as advertised! Also, there’s no free version. Plus the free trial is too short and will make you pay for the full year if you forget to cancel after 7 days.

   21,59$ THERE’S NO FREE TRIAL. They charged me $21.59 for the free trial, isn't it supposed to be a FREE TRIAL? In the app itself there is not even the option to contact someone from technical support, there is no number, email or even a support chat and there is no option to directly request a refund. And yes, I canceled the subscription as soon as I redeemed the free trial so that they wouldn't charge me after the 7-day trial but they still charged me that amount.

   Political Bias. You can’t can’t recognize that the economy under Trump was the strongest that the US economy has ever seen, easily provable with multiple data points. So then you proceed to write an email knocking what the economy would be like under another Trump administration. It’s incredible how many stupid people there are in this world because they can’t get over their political bias and look at overwhelming data. It’s amusing to watch an “economy” app try to spin this.

    Just really AI. Every day a new AI story. If you want to know about NVDIA, MSFT, APPL, TESLA, etc…get the app. If you want to research individual sectors like healthcare, don’t get it. Data is extremely outdated. Example: Centene still shows Michael Neidorff as CEO, even though he’s been deceased for 2 years. Employee count at 22k although it’s actually over 67k. Not sure how you really trust any data on the app…just an app to listen to someone talk out loud about AI…every…single…day

    Basically yahoo finance headlines for $80/yr. If you remotely read any real financial news Finimize isn’t super useful. It’s basically the same depth and usefulness as headlines from auto suggestions from the Google app. I like the idea of Finimize and I would have given a 2 star review instead of 1 star, but they have the scummy hidden cancellation option which lost them a star (can’t cancel in app, need to go through extra steps).

    In app ratings and reviews. Giving one star because I have in app ratings and reviews off in iOS settings yet Finimize can bypass that. A pop up prompt asked me if I liked the app and I said yes. Well then the app took me away from my article to the App Store to write a review. Don’t like that at all.

    Annoying. I was minutes into a free trial and I was yanked out of what I was reading, forced out of the app to write this review. I don’t like Finimize because it’s rude. It’s not allowing me to rate the app with stars, either.

    Cannot cancel. Was forced to subscribe for a year automatically after a trial period. They are unresponsive to my request for cancellation.

    Why pay when tons of quick info is available for free. Finvize, Zack’s Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Benzinga,…. All do the same for free!!!

    Very Shady. Canceled during the free trial over a year ago, but recently they keep trying to take $80 from my bank account. Luckily they keep attempting from a bank I no longer use, so I haven’t actually had to pay, but still it’s wrong that they’re charging. I even have email proof from Finimize asking for feedback regarding why I canceled the trial.

    Don’t do business with these people. Don’t do a trial. Don’t do anything. I’ve already been charged twice now and I’ve never had anything more than a trial subscription that I canceled before the deadline for it not to create a subscription. I’ve been using iPhones and iPads since the original iPad and iPhone 3. I’ve never had an app try to pull this repeatedly.

    Overpriced. Downloaded the app to try it out. Have a bunch of free apps that do the same thing, but why not add to the arsenal. But this app isn’t just paid, it’s price gouging. Don’t support this. Just stick to the free ones or one that are fairly priced.

    Useless without subscription. The app is not only useless, but extremely frustrating without a subscription. It’s unclear which articles if, any you, can actually read without a subscription, so you just get constant ads for it. Uninstalled.

    Annoying to cancel. I never leave reviews, but after jumping through hoops to cancel my subscription, I’m annoyed enough to actually write something. These apps and subscriptions/canceling the subscriptions are designed to take advantage of people. Also, the information presented in a lot of the articles can probably be found free other places.

    Good for Noobs but Quite Woke. If you’re a novice vis-à-vis all things finance & economics, this app could do the trick for you… as long as you’re on board with not-so-subtle Woke pokes at free speech, conservatives, etc. Would be better for their credibility & readability if they kept the politics out of it.

    So many fake reviews. You need to pay to use.. The number of fake reviews is staggering. It’s almost like subscriptions were given for free at colleges in exchange for 5 star reviews. This is the only app in Notification Center that Apple prompts whether to continue receiving notifications. Here’s my review of the app: * You can’t use the app without providing an email address. Why do you need my email address right at the beginning? * You can’t use the app without signing up for a subscription. Free trial isn’t really free. You’re signing up for an annual subscription that you can cancel in 7 days for no charge. The burden is on you to cancel. This sort of predatory nonsense says a lot. * The articles in the app are extremely basic… stuff you can get for free from your brokerage, cnbc and personal finance bloggers. * Stock coverage is poor. * I invested some money in the market based on recommendations in the app articles and actually lost money (S&P index funds were up 21% during the same period) * The privacy policy is scary. Your data is immediately harvested.
