   Stupid ads you cannot close in the sleep app. I seriously made it a point to go out of my way to give you one star, because you invaded the sleep app and made an unclosable full screen WHITE ad with an X that cannot be clicked. Stupid, infuriating design purposely made to irritate you into downloading the Fitness app. I downloaded this specifically to give you one star. Congratulations you’ve not only convinced me that there’s no way I could trust your fitness app, but I’m also going to uninstall your sleep app as well.

   Updates keep making it worse. New update 7/15: Since they sold fitness buddy off, it no longer transfers the workouts from fitness buddy over to Argus, so it’s not even tracked Now longer able to log exercises on the Apple version since the update. Every update takes away things you can do, now I can’t even log a workout with specific exercises to keep track. It’s literally worthless app now. Even going to their workout buddy to try to log them they don’t work I’ll be cancelling my premium account immediately

   Bug filled app😡. I have used this ap for over 5 years and it has been constantly crashing and counting or coordinating steps and challenges 😏 Customer support is totally non responsive except for deleting all the negative reviews this app. Whatever you do don’t spend any money for all the frustrations that Argus causes!!

   Deleted heart. Cmon, been using for 10 years and you get rid of heart feature so you can peddle your other app? So much for tracking my heart relative to other activities, like how my meds, coffee, etc interact. All for naught

   Used to be good. I used to recommend Argus to everybody I met. I even used it in my classroom and had challenges with my students. Used to. This app used to be good. About a month ago it stopped tracking my steps accurately or I would lose anywhere from 500 to 2000 steps if that wasn’t annoying enough now every time somebody sends me a challenge, I get a notification that the challenge was deleted. I thought it was rather strange and asked the Argus community about it and they agreed, several telling me that they had the same thing happening to them. I’ve reached out to the company a few times now and the last couple of times they don’t even respond to a bug email request for help. i’ve now canceled my premium subscription because nothing works.

   Misrepresentative…. A lot of the features they depict in the preview section of the App Store have been removed. They dummied down the app DO MUCH from when they first released it. Making it kind of pointless to use. The app is misrepresented in the App Store. DELETED.

   Lots of wrong data. There’s a lot to like about this app, but then they blows it. I like scanning barcodes, but when I get a match, then info is wrong a LOT of the time. There’s no way to report it or fix it. Other things are wonky, but I can work around them. I can’t believe this app is so highly rated. Seems suspicious.

   Don’t understand the high ratings. App is complicated to maneuver and constantly freezes on an IPhone 14. Extremely difficult to add foods or meals. Do many better options. Waste of time and money.

    Great until it wasn’t…not sure why. This app was great for tracking everything and now it’s not. Now, all I keep getting is notification after notification that “Argus stopped tracking. Open to resume”. Like 20-40x a day. I still use it as I’m taking part in Heart Health Study. If it wasn’t for that study I’d deleted this app months ago. UPDATE: They got rid of heart monitor feature which was needed for my study so I deleted app. Makes zero sense why this app went downhill the way it did.

    Loved the app, but no more…. I have Faithfully used this product for many years. In addition, I practice clinical medicine and I’ve had many of my patients use this as well to track blood pressure. I always thought this was the best product on the market in Health space. However, they took away the ability to manually enter blood pressure. I just don’t understand it considering cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in the world. I reached out to their tech-support and they confirmed they did remove this component. It seems like such a simple feature just to allow people to enter their blood pressure. Unfortunately for myself and any patients I encounter I will be sending them to just use the native Apple health app. It’s not nearly as good with the other features, but having the ability to track blood pressure is critical. I hope they reconsider this and add the feature back.

    Premium member since 2013, Heart rate is latest feature to be stripped. I'm done with this app. They love to make this app do fewer things worse over time, and as you can see from recent reviews, they decided it was appropriate to take the heart rate function away so you now have to get a separate app with its own account membership to record heart rate data. Don't let anyone ever tell you capitalism drives innovation. It drives only extraction of value and profit.

    Once great fitness app.. This used to be a great app for tracking a variety of fitness metrics. They decided to simplify it by removing the heart rate feature. I don’t want a bunch of different apps when one app used to track all my metrics. I’ll be deleting it now, since Apple’s health app also tracks steps.

    I used to like this app…. …but they took heart rate tile out and replaced it with sleep. Heart rate measurement is now a separate app requiring navigation. Very. Bad. Decision. Now I rarely use it and will likely delete it.

    Meh. You couldn’t define the quantities of food as much as other apps. Nutritional info was off. Wouldn’t accept my birthday. I couldn't use the age related parameters for my heart. When I did it put my resting heart rate at 74, meanwhile my Apple Watch said 58. The only way to keep 58 was to turn off the age function.

    Horrific overreach of our privacy. I am not using this app anymore after taking the time to read the Privacy Policy linked in the App Store. This is one of the worst privacy policies I have ever read. Your sensitive data are shared with many third parties for various purposes. If the company declares bankruptcy, your privacy data may be sold as an asset. Remember, health data is extremely private, and when this much detail about your health is compiled and shared with so many other companies, you’ve basically lost control of your privacy. There’s no way to immediately know the ramifications of letting your privacy be shared like an asset with umpteen others, and I highly doubt that they will be able to truly restrict and control their third parties’ use of your data. HARD PASS. I will not support companies that use my very personal info for their gain.

    buggy after recent apple ios update. photo selection for status updates doesn't work, the bottom right photo square remains black on status update the comments bubble and like heart only show 3 dots ... instead of bubble and heart

    Fraud. I paid 30 dollars last night to go premium, yet it’s still running the free version with ads. I have non of the premium features and I’m out 30 dollars. Stay far away

    Its s huge memory hog. Overall, i like that it syncs with my scale and keeps data but they need a compression algorithm because even though i have only used it minimally the data storage is at 500 megabytes. Thats not including the app. Its taking up way too much of my phones memory. Unfortunately i will probably have to delete the app and its corresponding data to free up space on my phone.

    Fix this app. FIX LOCATION TRACKING SETTING!!! It does not work properly! This app is not working properly and continues to turn back on by itself when I have closed the app. I have location set to while using app only. Please fix this ASAP. also does not track step count accruing you move faster than a standard slow walk. Running is not tracked properly at all and makes this completely worthless for tracking anything. Can you update soon? I like this app when I first downloaded it but it continues to get worse and worse with every update!

    Garbage!. I had to reset my iPhone. When I redownloaded the app it is impossible to get your premium features back. I’m using the same email as I was using since 2016... I tried everything and now I have a few months of premium feature I can access. WHAT A WASTE!

    Unable to contact these people. I have tried every which way to contact the developer of this App because somehow Premium got turned on by mistake and even though we immediately went in to try to cancel it, through the credit card, through the App Store and through the website it is impossible to get hold of anyone.

    Huge issue here. The settings button does not work in the app. It will not let me create different profiles on the scale for my daughter and me, which is showing a huge issue with weight trends. What an expensive piece of junk.

    Update broke this app. I’ve used this app for a couple years now without any issues, but after the update yesterday it isn’t working. When I open it the app will work for about a second before crashing. It’s completely unusable!
