   Pass the buck. I am having issues with the app and point disappearing before being claimed . Contacted support and sent in all the information they requested and they are giving me the runaround. Will change review as soon as I get a resolution and the l lost sleep Points and corresponding bonus points for the night of 6/25 to be credited 6/26.

   Not worth it. This is not really a walking app. You have to watch millions of Ads and spend at least an hour a day. Not worth the time. Uninstalled after a week.

   APP REWARDS ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!. I used this app for over a year - daily - and after watching literally thousands of ads, I finally earned enough points to claim a couple rewards. I have NEVER done anything wrong, but the app then said my account was restricted. Tried contacting support SEVERAL times, but they obviously don’t have any customer support because all I got was the same automated messages. DELETED!

   Worst app ever!. I like the features which help motivate good lifestyle practices. But once the account gets locked, they won’t help unlock it and you can’t redeem any points. Support requests go unanswered mostly. Big waste of time!

   No rewards and no customer service. I redeemed for an Amazon card and it shows delivered. It was not and no help is available. Chats seem to go nowhere. Then I see an entry that it wasn’t available for Amazon and points were refunded. Not refunded. Frustrated because I like the app but don’t think it is a good option at this point.

   Feedback/Complaint: 3-Day Waiting Period for $1 Gift Cards is RIDICULOUS!!!. The app works for tracking, but having to wait 3 days for a $1 gift card is ridiculous. If I could give this app a BIG 0, I surely would. It’s completely a waste of time!!

   Mmmmm. I hate this type of apps that requires you to “claim” your daily steps. The app knows you’ve taken the steps as it records it. You shouldn’t have to claim them.

    Gave up. My account was deleted once they switched over to having a login and I gave up trying to get it back. I was close to redeeming another gift card and wasted so much time watching ads and getting the dumb money tree to grow. The customer service/chat is useless, you can't get through to a real person. Avoid this app and save yourself the trouble!

    app doesn’t load?. been using the app for years. recently it doesn’t load consistently, if at all. it is a server problem of some sort. it says to close the app and then open it again. solves nothing. has a button to report problems that also doesn’t load. hopefully i can cash in my points someday

    Moneywalk. What a scam!! Nothing works in this app. Unlock bonus points, can’t collect. Flip a bottle after logging water consumption… nope. Claim points for walking… they disappear overnight. I actually took screenshots because I thought it was my memory. Now I want to redeem the paltry $2 Amazon rewards and they say that there was questionable activity so I can’t have it. Excuse me? I can’t get an nth of what I’m owed and you want to refuse a lousy $2?? Oh and at 7AM the chat says they’ll be back tomorrow at 8PM. Stay away. Stay far away!!

    Dont waste your time. Dont bother to download this app its a waste of time it takes forever to accumulate points and then when you do redeem them they claim to send your gift card out to you thru email but they never do and when you contact customer service about it they try to get by saying you input your email wrong and that they won’t resend your gift card and or refund your points especially if you are in the USA

    Complicated. App only counts steps if you’re holding your phone. Steps recorded through watch apps do not count. Process to earn other points very complicated and time consuming.

    Less than half steps counte. As my title states, it routinely counts far less steps despite having permissions to access fitness and activity data. I’ve walked over 6k and it’s claiming I barely have 1200. This entire thing is for the app to make money from advertising and leading you on.

    Don’t waste your time. You can walk forever to earn points it’s insane numbers that you have to walk to get money. I did 18,000 steps in 3.5 hours ( I work at Amazon ) 4 days a week after 1 month still didn’t have enough for a 5 buck card ! Plus I walk everyday 3 miles for stress relief!

    Very Frustrating. So this is the 2nd day in a row this has happened to me. You choose a sleep schedule and claim your sleep points within an hour of that time frame ending. Okay, fine. The amount of ads in this app is ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous though, is that yesterday and most likely today, I’ll lose my sleep points because I just keep getting slammed with ads when trying to claim them. Please fix this.

    Can’t transfer an account I’ve built for a month. Watch hundreds of ads and tons of walking. Got a new phone and my account just says it had an error and insists I just start over. I say blow me

    Not Worth it. You’re looking for getting money it’s not worth it. It pays you a dollar for 150,000 steps. That’s like 15 days for a dollar and it’s not even real money. It’s a gift card dollar.
