   The notes don’t work!. After the recent update the adding of the notes/ tags after you set the alarm don’t work. The icons are too big to “submit” or whatever it was and if you swipe down it goes away. Fix this.

   Stops working all the time. This app works for me 1/10 times. Every other time when I wake up and go to shut it off, I find it automatically stopped at some point and didn’t count any of my sleep rendering it useless

   Cash grab. After using the app for 5+ years with all features unlock for a small fee, the app has reverted my status back to free version with adds. Not trying to pay additional monthly fees for an application feature I previously had. -app deleted-

   NO DATA PRIVACY. Seriously, READ the privacy terms and conditions. They openly admit to saving your “social media log in credentials” if you input them into the same device you use their app on. They save all the data about you they can get their hands on from your phone. Do not download this app onto a personal device.

   loud ads, ads in foreign languages, bad reviews. I've had the app for years and the devs have experimented with ugly ways for them to make a buck off of you - playing loud pop up ads as you're setting your alarm - I even have gotten ads in foreign languages where the close button is (I assume) the word "close" in that language... not to mention how they hound you to set up an account (more data collection). I've also had my share of mid-night crashes that cause me to miss waking up on time. very unsavory and antagonistic view of their user base - avoid this app.

    Obnoxious promotional ad noises. I cannot believe yall read all these comments and decided “oh we’ll put a blaringly loud noisy ad to promote our premium app and the only way to get rid of it is to go and ignore the ad”. The weird freaking alieny music that gets louder by the second unless you X out of the ad is absolutely insane. I’m honestly shocked that you guys really did this. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend.

    Terrible noisy commercials. How is it OK to play a noisy commercial at midnight when I am setting my sleep timer on next to my sleeping spouse. Sleep time you have to do better! It us not OK to blast a commercial on full volume at all. I understand the need for commercials, but please turn off the sound!

    MAY DAMAGE YOUR EARS. Allow users to disable volume change I don't use an alarm, I just use the vibrate and the analysis. Don't touch my volume. Edit: Huh, looks like the Alarm Volume maxes out regardless of its setting. This is DANGEROUS. Do not max my volume ever, I might have buds in. My ears still hurt :(

    Doesn’t work and can’t get resolution. I really wanted to like this and paid for it with the 30 day free trial. However, it doesn’t work. It simply alarms and doesn’t gradually awaken you at your least sound sleep. I don’t need an alarm. I already have that. I contacted support and was told the developers would be contacted and was given instructions to cancel. I didn’t want to cancel, but to get it to work. Frustrating!

    Used to be great.... ...then they “updated” it. All the screens are bright white. Terrible to look at when you’re about to go to sleep. Black it out please. I don’t mind the ads, but the app also maxes out the volume when the alarm goes off. Give me a setting to disable the audible alarm. The buzzer wakes me up, I haven’t heard the alarm in years, but if it snoozed and I’m looking at something on my phone, when the alarm goes off again, (only buzzing, not audible yet) the volume jacks all the way up, regardless of what I’m doing. Nothing like looking at a YouTube or TikTok and having the audio go from 15% to 100 instantly with no warning. It’s ridiculous. There’s one setting for alarm volume in the app, but it does nothing. Anyway, it used to be an amazing app, now I’m looking for something better.

    Impossible to try. I wanted to try this before buying but there were so many ads on the screen I couldn’t even get to any page for help without being confronted with more ads to get me to upgrade! Frustrating! Deleted.

    Doesn’t work 50% of the time. Alarm stoops working for an unknown reason. Bug report sent in but it is still frustrating that I cannot rely on this to work when I need to get up.

    Worked great until it didn’t. I love the app when it works. The customer support when it stopped 6 weeks ago has been nonexistent. I’ve tried all the channels available to reach them for support. I have a premium subscription that renewed in mid Feb. I updated my phone soon after and now I’m in an endless loop of trying to access premium features and the app saying you already have a subscription. Great, let me in!!! So I guess I just made a donation for the year. I get things can go awry, but no response for support is just sad. Here’s to hoping this reaches someone at Azumio that solve issues or cares to.

    Insane bee buzzing sound?. I downloaded the app and set the time I wanted to wake up. All of a sudden there's a swarm of bees! The sound continued even when I closed the app. It woke up my partner and scared the crap out of me. Had to delete the app to make it stop. Maybe this was one of the adds the other reviewers mentioned?

    Good luck.. Maybe this is a great app but you’ll never know bc it’s impossible to figure out how to use it. There is lots of flashy “concept” content if you dig around but nothing that actually tells you how to use the bleeping thing. I downloaded it and it immediately decided I was trying to sleep... at 10 am. Now it’s 11:41 and it’s telling me my alarm is set for 6am. I don’t want to get up at 6 am. I can understand waking me up +/- 30 minutes from a time I set. Or after it’s done some machine learning of my sleep patterns. But it has literally only “known” for a few waking hours so why is it trying to force me awake with only six hours of sleep and one and a half hours before I normally get up!?!?

    Too intrusive for privacy. There's no valid reason for the app to require an email/FB account (no Apple sign in) to run. It also collects way too much personal information that's irrelevant to sleep tracking. What does the user's full name have to do with an alarm? It doesn't even matter whether you claim not to transfer any data for other uses; the mere inclusion shouldn't be happening.

    Alarm turns itself off. Dangerously unreliable. I’ve been using this for sleep tracking for 7 years. The sleep timer just disappears sometimes. Cancels itself in the middle of the night, no alarm goes off. This is obviously unacceptable. It's gotten so bad lately that I can't use it anymore.

    Stopped being reliable when updated to iOS 14. I have been using this app for years! I don’t even use the sleep tracking, I love it solely because I can flip my phone to snooze the alarm. However, ever since updating to iOS 14 the app had become very unreliable. I set the alarm for 5:30am every night and sometimes it goes off in the morning. But more often now it won’t go off, and when I check my phone it says the alarm is set for 5:30pm...I don’t get it.

    Crashes all the time. I have to use this app for Virgin Pulse employee health points. It is just ok. It is not very accurate as it will log times I am asleep as awake. I think it picks up my dogs movement. Recently started crashing every time I try to open it so now I can’t use it to gain employee health points. If it were not for my employer points, I would not sue this app. There are so many other ones that I can sync with my Apple Watch and would be more accurate.

    Not accurate. Just an expensive alarm clock.. Tried app for a week and saw inconsistencies. For example: Yesterday the app indicated that I was awake from 1 am till 1:30 am. I am a heavy sleeper and was so tired from work yesterday that there was no way I was awake that time. And data gathered by this app can’t be detected by Virgin pulse. So I am deleting this app.
