   Express shipping. I’m very disappointed that I’m NEVER able to select the express shipping option during check out. I don’t understand why this is offered for the product but can’t be selected during check out. I needed a few pieces for my birthday but I’m afraid they will not arrive in time due me not being able to select express shipping.

    Rateros!!!. They are thieves. I bought a pair of Prada shoes and they didn’t fit me. When I returned them, I never got my money back — they claimed they never received the package, even though I gave them the name of the person who signed for it. They just keep replying with the same message you see in other reviews: “Oh, we’re very sorry, but we can’t help you.” That response is pathetic. $1,500 USD stolen, shamelessly.

    Trash app. This review is for their app only. I almost never wrote app review, but my experience of using this app is just so terrible. I saw a necklace on their website and was planning to purchase. It says 15% off if I use their app to checkout, so I did. Then frustration came. Problem #1, the search function in the app is so trash. I typed in multiple keywords from their listing on the website for that necklace, but the search result was never relevant. In the end, I have to come up with some other filter way to find it. Problem #2, they claim 15% off if checkout using the app. I tried, in checkout, after applying the code, it just told me the code has been applied, but the price didn’t change at all. I was back and forth checking to ensure I didn’t miss any steps. In the end, I figured out it’s because they put a condition to use that code, which the necklace doesn’t qualify. The rules of the code hidden within a small button which customers have to put effort to find out. I felt so deceived that I decided to buy the necklace offline, all due to their trash app.

El primer problema me enviaron una zapatos de diferente talla a la que compré ellos no te brindan una solución simplemente cancela el pedido y retornar los que me llegaron luego pasaron semanas para recibir el dinero devuelta, decidí darles una segunda oportunidad error me enviaron un paquete con restricciones y solicité levantar las restricciones y ellos simplemente dicen que no pueden hacerlo cuando ellas la ponen en la paquetería. Llamo para buscar una solución y las personas que me atendieron no me dejan hablar están cerradas a una respuesta muy mal trato al cliente

I order Sunglasses and i got another sunglasses that i didn’t order when i called them they said “ the sunglasses i order was sold out in the boutique so the decide to send me another different sunglasses have the same color of my order :) , that doesn’t makes sense and not professional at all. and since then i tried to reach them to take the wrong order and refund my money and it’s been two weeks nobody come to take the order and zero contact from customer service. they just becoming Thieves and not good app to shop and alot of people got wrong order that is definitely not coincidence at all they do it on purpose and when they take back the order they don’t reply on your refunds :) Just be careful and smart DON’T ORDER ANY THING FROM THEM.

    Turned into a scam — extremely disappointed. I ordered a pair of large platform boots, but they faked the shipment with a package 10 times smaller and 10 times lighter than what it should have been. The shipment got stuck due to “missing or incorrect international paperwork” and hasn’t moved since. Support? Completely silent. Not a single reply after days of waiting. It’s sad to see a service I once trusted turn into a scam operation.
