   Online Shopping is A Nightmare. I used to absolutely love the convenience of shopping online and having my orders delivered to my door. Not anymore. The service has deteriorated so quickly and causes me more grief than it’s worth. I have received other people’s orders; received orders with half the items missing. I don’t know if the drivers are keeping items on purpose or if they are dropping multiple orders at my door because it’s less work for them? All I do know is that online ordering is a nightmare now. I reordered items that were missing so I could literally go to the store and pick them up myself. Yes, I’m inconvenienced but at least I know I will get the items I ordered. As a senior, this is sad.

   App severely slow!. Every week. It takes me an hour or more to do my groceries. It is extremely slow. I have to keep getting out of the app and back in it. It kicks me out. It’s very frustrating.

   Walmart Do better. I kept trying to give Walmart a chance, but this is happening officially four different times. Every time I shipped my items they Always get a third-party driver to pick it up from the store and bring it to home but the issue is it’s always items missing out of my order. If you call customer service about the missing items “they will say because the driver marked it as delivered “ you can’t get money back for it or a replacement for the items that the driver stole. I i’d rather go to target at least I know my items won’t be stolen if I get it shipped!!

   They want to be Amazon and it’s hurting the user experience. They want to be Amazon and be an online retailer and ship From warehouses. Great. I go to Amazon for that. I go to Walmart when I need to pick something up in store. Can you do both? Sure. They just do it horribly. I filter by the “in store” Option. I want to know what’s local that I can go pick up. Yet even with that filter on, everything It shows is order only. What’s the point of the filter? Do what you do well, before competing poorly at something else. Abysmal UX

    Cancelled Order to Force Shipping. Order cancelled and not allowed to purchase in store at same price. Reason given was store did not have case SKU code for items yet same items were delivered from same store individually. Make it make sense.

    Helpful. When I am unable to shop due to health reasons, this service is very helpful. I just wish there was a little more care when handling the groceries. I’ve had broken eggs, smashed bread, and rotten produce. I know you wouldn’t select items in that condition for yourself, why select it for the customer? I paid and tipped, which is not always affordable when trying to feed my family. I know you are a business but you’re also part of a community that relies on good products.

    Helpful, but…. This has been helpful, but there are a few things that could be improved upon. First, the app closes unexpectedly while doing an order. Next, it would be nice if you could save the alternate pickup person. The app/account is in my name, but often my spouse will pick up. I have to add their name and contact info every time. Overall though, we’ve found this service and the app very useful since my spouse has a walking disability and they are unable to walk the store, but still likes to be involved in choosing our items. Thank you.

    Walmart delivery is so convenient. I can’t believe people shop for ME FOR FREE. I worked in Walmart online delivery for a couple months and they always strive to make employees pick the best produce and be quick and efficient with the orders.
