   Razor gold card. I ordered the card over three hours ago, I haven’t even gotten the code in my email to use it. I think that’s horrible. They should’ve gave it to you after you bought it.

   Awful business to work with. Best Buy will sell a game you’ve been watching or had in your cart right under your nose if it suits their interest. Was watching a game and had in my cart for months and all of a sudden they put on clearance don’t bother to send an alert (like most other online businesses these days however they harass and text you or notify you about any other stupid thing they have to push on you. I immediately emptied my cart and will buy the expensive quest 3 for full price elsewhere now. Hope thy go out of business

    Notifications for Special Offers and Promotions will turn itself back on. You will always receive notifications for special offers and promotions. Turning off the option in notifications does not work, it will always turn back on. This is not a bug, it is guerrilla marketing. They will not let you opt out of marketing material, it will be turned back on without your consent.

    Bad on ipad. Cluttered with adds and for some reason the layout looks like it was meant to be used on an iphone instead of using the entire ipad screen which is weird considering this is suppoed to be an ipad app

    Not so great. Web site is cumbersome and wastes a lot of time. Inability to actually call the store is frustrating, because the call center is not much help. The AI assistant is essentially useless, and it will drive me to Amazon if you clowns don’t figure things out.

    The slowest online shopping app by far. Constantly getting stuck on loading symbols, everything freezes, when swiping back a page the animation gets stuck halfway, if I go away from the app for even 1 second the whole thing resets. I swear they vibe coded this app into oblivion. It simply doesn't work anymore.

    App is poorly optimized. Ever since the app had a redesign, adding functions like AI, and marketplace, it has been so inefficient. App is slow, buggy, and makes my iPhone 15 Pro Max heat up like crazy. At first I thought it was my phone, but after consulting other people with the app and they are using Galaxy S26 Ultras and iPhone 17 Pro Max’s, it’s the same verdict. App must have been written with AI coding and Vibe coding, because I can’t have the app open for longer than 5 minutes without my phone overheating and functions slowing to a crawl. I’d much rather use the website as it doesn’t make my phone freeze up, but it’s written the same, slow and buggy. Don’t use the app if you care about your phones battery health and don’t mind burning your hands and being there 20 minutes just trying to add something to the cart.

    Gift card use undesirable. The gift card checkout process is clunky. Instead of auto-populating cards already saved to my account, I have to manually copy and paste the card number and PIN separately. Please update the checkout flow to automatically populate any available gift car balance.

    Create an account fails. I installed the app to track a laptop that was sold out in store but I wanted to get it. I kept trying to create an account but anytime I did I got multiple errors then a message saying that an account was already created so I made a whole new email and still said that an account was made…for an email made minutes ago. I like Best Buy the company but maybe they should look into getting a working app.

    Gotten Worse. Used to be a great app, but in their quest to become equal or better than Amazon, Best Buy has gotten sloppy. This is by far the slowest app on my phone. Too much bloat in the app clogs everything. I should not have to wait for a World Cup screen flash to finish loading and clear before using the app. Still waiting on app to load the search I was conducting while I write this. Sad.

    Limit qty on smoke detectors??!!. I was trying to replace all of my smoke detectors in my house because they all expire at the same time. Unfortunately, Best Buy has set a ridiculous limit on the total quantity that you can buy per customer. So now I have to get in the car and drive over there and try to talk the staff to selling me extra units. Absurd!!!
